Both ER visits are one in the same...for Scralett who was looked at and quickly discharge not needing treatment.

I hope the organizer comes over to build a room for the Minkys. Maybe when they get to 100, will have enough. I'm sure donating them is out of the question.

On IG, the heavies were playing on the slide platform, which never got any kind of railings. One of them was leaning over and it's a pretty big fall head first. Are they just tempting fate to have a true ER emergency. They are so reckless.

Poor Bison is sick now. So much for his journey to health. He says he caught what the girls had--I thought the girls had croup.

The latest vlog - Scarlett was in ER and I didn’t hear her cough once while she was there. The poor child looked like she had been dragged out of her nights sleep to go there.
Later she is jumping up and down and sounds a little croaky when she speaks. Ashley says she’s struggling to breathe already
In the bedroom, she says it has to be cool, moist air - not warm air. That is not actually true. Warm, moist air can be used. Both of them give a little cough, but it does not resemble a croup cough in any way. When my children had croup, it was worse at night, but they barked like seals during the day as well.
I just don’t understand!

I 100% believe all those kids had was a cold, or mild bronchitis at most. Had their breathing been soooooo horrible, doctors would have used a nebulizer at the ER.
They never had any videos on IG with a croup cough or stridor.
Always looking for attention...

And I still want to know where those “steroid pills” came from. Because not once did they mention taking any child to the doctors office

As somebody with lung issues I totally agree with everything you’ve both said. When Scarlett was taken to the emergency room she was nowhere close to respiratory distress. Evidenced by the fact that she wasn’t even given a saline nebuliser/breathing treatment let alone a medicated nebuliser and her oxygen levels were perfect (98% and above is considered perfect) on room air (without supplemental oxygen or any form of treatment). I’m not a medical professional and am not making a diagnosis but my guess is that the only thing that child was treated for was ‘overly dramatic mother syndrome’.

It was Evie who didn’t go to the ER, so presumably hadn’t been seen by a doctor, that was given two steroid tablets. I’ve watched that section of the vlog multiple times to check the size of the tablets in her mouth and compared them to my 5mg and 25mg steroid tablets. I’d be very interested to get an idea of how big measurement wise you SISsies think those two tablets are.

Edited to add - I’m betting the pulse ox monitor was from when they came home on oxygen and monitors as premmies and they dug it out of the basement for dramatic effect.

My 18 yr old who is relatively small recently had a 5 day course of 40mg prednisolone daily for her asthma. She took 8 x 5mg tablets a day, in a single dose.
For croup the dose would be around 1-2mg prednisolone per kilo, as a one-off dose. They usually give on liquid form to be more precise about the measurement for kids.
I though the tablet Evie took looked to be around 5mg - she took two, I think.

That was Elderberry Syrup---it's a nutritional supplement and is supposed to help with upper respiratory infections. She poured it into the clear cap that comes with it and the measurements are marked on the sides of the cap. It was a gift from their realtor. Imagine that--someone is considering the importance of good nutrition for quick recovery. I'm glad others are looking out for their miracles.

Jesus she's just done a whole IG post that went on forever about how thankful she was to the lord because her children were playing without fighting. Do we know how wonderful that feels ? It is so so special. FFS. Maybe if you gave your children some guidance they wouldn't fight 24/7. And the kitchen is clean so there is no way she is doing any cooking. She is having home delivery and wanted to know what the best one was to use. Most people might have home delivery once a month or more, not every few days you absolute moron.
