Okay Folks!
I just made fish and chicken strips in the new instant pot air fryer

The thing is super easy, compact and YOU DONT EVEN NEED AN INSTANT POT. You can use any pot you have , just put the silicone trivet under the pot.

18 mins to crispy air fried food with no oil, no preheating and no hot oven. Great for ppl with small kitchens or foodies who have no counter space

Just an update...

btw- the fish was Gardein vegan fish, Howard Stern was talking about it on his show on Thursday. Its really good

I don't see how a product review is appropriate in this forum. Nor did anyone ask for proof that spices are cheaper outside if the grocery store. Sorry to burst your bubble cilantro, but I came here to vent about this family that can't take criticism of any kind so they close or delete comments and proudly announce their dictatorship. I have nothing to add because I have not watched but was hoping someone here had something funny to post.

The product review is fair. I posted it cause Tawra hates the Instant Pot, but I posted the spice thing to show Tawra and her viewers that Tawra doesnt know everything and you can get spices even cheaper than her advice.

Ok. I'll give you that ihatecilantro. Perhaps maybe because I'm part of this choir, I already know Tawra is a poorly educated. Her choices of what makes movies books appropriate is also telltale. She won't even view or read things in order to know if they are inappropriate. It's how cults act.

I hate the instant pot too. I honestly don't understand why that's a controversy. Your gadget seems better in that it takes up less room. That was the decision I had to make in my kitchen when I was decluttering: instant pot vs. slow cooker. Slow cookers make better food in my opinion. Nothing I have tried in the instant pot ever comes out well. So, it's gone and I don't feel bad about it. I think Tawra should have simply said you can cook with what you got and it's not frugal unless you use it often/maybe keeps you from buying a full range/stove until you have the cash...I also won't get an air fryer because it's not frugal and I don't have the space. I trust all the rave reviews on the product--but I don't care to learn a new gadget. Not getting a ninja blender or whatever either.

An instant pot is a slow cooker and a pressure cooker and a rice cooker and a yogurt maker and a fry pan.

The reason its a controversy is because Tawra got one and BURNED a pot roast in hers. And because EVERYTHING in Tawras life is at fault the Instant Pot was SHIT cause Tawra didnt get how to use it. It burnt her perfect recipe so its TRASH!
The Instant Pot is foolproof, with all its safety features. Tawra tried it ONCE and trashed it. Most ppl experiment a few times before saying something is crap. The only thing that I cant get to work in an IP is Maangchis Ox Bone Soup. The broth never turns milky white.
Ive made my pot roast recipe in mine many times and its always perfect.

Wait, have you ever noticed Tawra has no Slow Cooker recipes? Maybe a slow cooker burnt her Perfect Pot Roast.

Tawra ruins meals all the time. You would think she would know it's her poor skill set and not a faulty product.

I tried making rice in it and it didn't turn out. Was it edible? Yes, but not good. All the food has been edible, but I feel it's tastier made by other means. My rice cooker is easier with perfect results every time. My understanding is that you need to change the lid on the instant pot to make it a slow cooker. Also, there needs to be a certain amount of liquid in the recipe and the metal surface simply doesn't have the right heat distribution meant for slow cooking. Too much learning about this contraption to make it worthwhile to me. I don't make yogurt. And I have fry pans. I like to see the food cook and the instant pot has no viewing capacity. Your points are well taken and I'm glad you found a product you enjoy. I know many of my colleagues live by instant pot. Just not my thing.

No, its the same lid for all cooking methods.
Ppl love it cause its a SAFE pressure cooker. In the past ppl would get injured with manual pressure cookers. But they made them completely safe.

Why rail against things that ppl enjoy and save ppl money? If ppl enjoy couponing and canning why bitch about it?

It does when you grow your own produce.
You reuse the jars. The only thing you might have to buy is lids.
Canning is just another food storage system, like FREEZER meals or dehydration.
People who use those vacuum bags for freezing, hafta buy bags.

Tawra thinks she knows everything.
Tawra, you DONT know most things. The reason you hate canning (and instant pots) is cause YOU couldnt do it.
you tried it ONCE, you failed, then blamed YOUR failures on IT cause YOU can never be wrong.
Narcissism 101.

Tawra please go to a therapist

Hey Tawra? If Christianity keeps ppl pure and good, why is the entire Duggar family about to go down?
Josh Duggar is about to go down for child porn (allegedly) care to explain why this has occurred?

LMAO. Instead of considering the points of the canner responses she does not have the capacity to take their words into account.. she is a total narcissist. When do the new thread get added?

The thing that "gets" me is that she essentially does not work and does not have the mental capacity to learn new products, keep up with nutrition, be in shape, have your shit for your YouTube cooking promos ready, homeschool kids when she obviously hates the school system, my list can go on forever.

I think the name for the new thread should be "living on government benefits." Or "living on poorly written books worth less than a dime to be rich off the poor."

I had to look up that video. She said that was one week of mess? She needs a vacuum. But saying she's not as disgusting as someone is like saying I'm nicer than Hitler. Though true, I can still throw shade at Tawra all day.
