Really? I realized how much I was straining to understand her after I missed a word and got completely lost. I can usually follow what a kid her age is saying easily.

I thought it was interesting to hear that Hazzel wanted to go to Mexico and be named Rosalina. I know she was taking Hispanic heritage classes at school but I wonder if Haylee actually told her that she's Mexican or if she's still pretending Albert never existed. I suppose Randy also never existed now, even though he was Hazzel's TRUE FATHER.

Infidelity could definitely impact on the divorce and other legal stuff she has going on there...
I am happy they’re not encouraging her to call him dad, but it’s so fucking sad that she clearly doesn’t understand what that means. “Man mommy has around” equals dad to her, such a shame. Also, telling her Dustin is her brother must’ve confused the hell out of the poor kid - she probably thought she should call Dann dad because how else could Dustin be her brother?

I usually don't care at all about what two grown adults do in the bedroom but intentionally doing it to the point of losing consciousness is very very very dangerous. It interferes with the way your brain is able to communicate with your body and is basically intentional brain damage which can't heal like a cut can. She could easily die or end up in a permanent vegetative state. A quick google search immediately pulled up horror stories of people doing that and going into seizures, having a major stroke, or even just causing themselves permanent memory loss and that was just what was on the first page of the first thing I clicked on. You don't mess with your brain. Especially with children depending on you.

I know a bit about choking because of a loved one doing jiu jitsu. An air choke would take a good while for her to pass out so it sounds like they're probably doing a blood choke, which is actually strangulation. It's super dangerous and easy to make a fatal or irreversibly damaging mistake in either case, and doing it to the point of unconsciousness makes those chances even worse. Not smart at all and there's no truly safe way to go about it, only slightly less risky.
