Eve _is_ mentally disabled to a point. She may be high functioning, but she does have Down syndrome. I don't think Megan knows f*ck all about encouraging a child to speak. Of course Eve just grunts. She gets what she wants when she grunts and points. Telling her to use her words and repeating it correctly for her would take effort, and we know how much effort Megan is willing to put into actually raising her children.
The constant belching from the kids in the vlog was super annoying. I know it's a natural body function, but at least teach the kids some manners and say excuse me.
Is this the brother that just started a financial planning company? Why in the hell would ANYONE take financial advice from someone that doesn't have plans for his family to have a home, other than with his sister. These LDS families man. Isn't this the same sector of religion that support polygamy? Can you imagine Megan as a wife #1 in a sisterwife scenario. OMG.

What I find amusing is that they appear all concerned about making sure nobody knows the location of their new home yet when this whole Peru thing blew up they directed loads of people to this board where the address of the new house has been made easy to find

I'm glad they went to see an architect! It seems like the guy had a real challenge in front of him fitting in all of their needs. The final house design looks cute, super small, but cute. It'll be really interesting to see how the budget meeting goes on the cost of all this.
Megan went on a little rant at the end of the video saying they will do everything they can to reuse the old house but some unforeseen issue might cause them to knock it down. That has me thinking the architect let her know that that just readjusting/moving walls in the old house probably isn't realistic.
Their channel is about Megan and her spending addiction, and her irratic mental behavior. They don’t NEED the money from You Tube, so why put your children (and yourself) through public ridicule? Is it worth it, Megan? “Like, Comment, and Subcribe” but only if you kiss our asses and agree with everything we do. YOU are the ones doing things against “the grain”. No need to be shocked and horrified if people disagree with you. Essentially, money is worth more to you, so you can feed your addiction, than the safety and ultimate happiness of your children. We all know Megan is behind all their strange ideas. She told the world she sits awake at night and keeps Mike awake with all of her “ideas” (ahem, manic flight if ideas). He needs to get his balls out from the pink cabinet in the RV and get her some help.

This fixer upper they bought has made me remember that I used to think the exact same thing about the show fixer upper, which is, why??? No one on that show was getting a great deal especially by the time they put all the money into it to fix it up. All of those people could have clearly gotten a house that didn't need all of that work or even a brand new house for the same or maybe even less money.

All those houses in WACO Tx that Chip and Joanna redid with love and attn and PERSONALIZATION, are all on sale now, and no one is buying cause no one wants to move to Waco. Including the really sentimental houses. WTF.
Notice how we haven't gotten the "we met with the builder" video yet? Probably because they are trying to find a way to film a video where they can find an "upside" to their news on how much it's going to cost for just BASIC addition construction costs....nevermind the fact she wants to try to retro fit all sorts of junk into the design.

I live in a community with ONE Sears Roebuck catalog house. Owner abandoned it to move to Miami. I looked at it when I was looking for houses in 1998. It was NOT maintained and you cannot drive a car into the garage. Just a mess. Hopefully the bank will fix it up.
I prefer Christina and Tareks Flip or Flop style.

It must be exhausting to have to censor all of the comments on these video's. Just for giggles I really paid attention to some, when I filter to "most recent" you can literally see the timeline when Megs was last on to delete negative comments. They go from "Is she the boss of him or what!!??" and "this won't last, you'll get bored like you do with everything else and move on..." and "you need medication..." to "this is amazing!" " I can't wait for you guys to bring us along on this fantastic journey!" etc etc, from the day before, basically anything recent (like what would come in overnight or while she's on her walks talking to herself in the phone) has a much different tone because she hasn't gone thru them yet.... So much time wasted censoring and deleting. It's like she can't turn the comments off because then NO ONE will stroke her ego ever, but a time waster deleting. Hm. Quite the dilemma.
I literally think Megan thinks this whole website is about her. I don't think either of them realize there is an entire forum committed to gossiping about youtubers. Get over yourself sister. They are both so self absorbed that they just googled their names and this string of comments shows up in the search results...so they assume it's ALLLLL about them and there are actually 2 sites committed to them. No. It's Part 1 and Part 2 of their family chatter, on a sub-sectioned subsection section of this one website. The end.
And has anyone else even tried to make it thru the podcasts? I really tried this time to listen, to give it a good shot. The ecosystem one. OMG. Andrew took PERSONAL notes from Elijah's phone (the equivalent to diaries and journals back in the day) and BROADCASTED what he wrote. She even said it was an invasion of his privacy and then continued to read and discuss with a younger sibling his entries. As a parent, I was mortified for him. All of these kids will need therapy when they detach from her strings, if they ever can, since they will be ill prepared for the real world.
