Hi, newbie here!
Is it just me or does Abby have a lisp? I can't seem to understand what she's saying most of the time.

No, don’t think so. Why would a lisp prevent you from understanding her? Funny, I’ve never had an issue understanding anyone with a genuine lisp.AlbaG11 wrote:Hi, newbie here!

Depends. I have a relative with a lisp that speaks so fast I can't understand a word he says.Ohnonotme wrote: ↑Sun Nov 24, 2019 10:55 amNo, don’t think so. It could be from the elastic bands from her braces.AlbaG11 wrote:Hi, newbie here!

Abby has braces, that could be part of it.

Oh boy, those sweat pants chad had on at the Boy Scout thing were two sizes too small! Ruby...get your child some clothes!! You are a clothes hoarder yourself and don’t buy your children what clothes they need. You are a disgrace to Motherhood, no matter what you tell yourself to justify it...you are a disgrace!

In Shari's vlog today, she mentioned likely having compartment syndrome in her lower legs, and that they're looking at scheduling for surgery over the Christmas break. She said several physical therapists have told her, but I hope she's had a doctor officially diagnose it to be sure.
It sounds like she has the chronic version, which is generally caused by overuse of the muscle (in her case, running/exercise). I haven't really seen any videos of her running, but if her technique isn't good and she doesn't allow enough time to recover, I can see how it would happen over time. The acute version would be usually caused by a severe injury (e.g. broken bone) and is more of an emergency, avoid-permanent-muscle-damage surgery.

she had a few clips of her running in school track meets. Her form is terrible! No wonder she is having problems. The videos were in the late spring I think..go check it out.ctx2002 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 25, 2019 7:57 am In Shari's vlog today, she mentioned likely having compartment syndrome in her lower legs, and that they're looking at scheduling for surgery over the Christmas break. Yep. If she had the acute version, she would be in lots of pain, and would be having an emergency fasciotomy.ctx2002 wrote:In Shari's vlog today, she mentioned likely having compartment syndrome in her lower legs, and that they're looking at scheduling for surgery over the Christmas break. Re: 8 Passengers :Private Schools and Public Humiliations | Part #14
They would definitely have to have a doctor diagnose her, not just a bunch of physical therapist word on it, in order for her to have surgery. Most likely she'll be looking at having x-rays, ultrasound, ct-scan and/or MRI, before they go and perform a surgery on her legs based on something a PT told her. While PTs are a lot of the times right, over what doctors say... doctors don't wanna take the chance of being wrong and being sued. So, I doubt Miss Shari will be having surgery over Christmas break... unless they can rush all the tests. and the surgeon isn't booked. (Going off real life experiences).ctx2002 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 25, 2019 7:57 am In Shari's vlog today, she mentioned likely having compartment syndrome in her lower legs, and that they're looking at scheduling for surgery over the Christmas break. Sorry for double posting... but, Chad and Shari share a hotel room, and the other 4 kids shared another... while Ruby and Kevin shared a hotel room?? I wouldn't find anything wrong with that, but, after Shari saying a few times how she would date Chad if he wasn't her brother... idunno, that didn't really sit well after Shari said that.

Ya, that’s weird. Mom and girls could have all had 1 room..with eve on a roll away. Dad and boys in another room. They’re weird.ThisIsMeCeej wrote: ↑Mon Nov 25, 2019 2:28 pm Sorry for double posting... but, Chad and Shari share a hotel room, and the other 4 kids shared another... while Ruby and Kevin shared a hotel room?? Pretty off topic, but does anyone else find that many mormons look alike regardless of where they're from? I swear Naomi Davis/@Taza on Instagram looks exactly like Ruby with dark hair and it's so disturbing.
Re: 8 Passengers :Private Schools and Public Humiliations | Part #14
Hadn't heard of her until now, but I can see what you mean. Similar facial proportions and eyes. Naomi has a more narrow face overall, but if Ruby had the same hair color and style I could see them easily looking like sisters.juliettecr wrote: ↑Mon Nov 25, 2019 4:40 pm Pretty off topic, but does anyone else find that many mormons look alike regardless of where they're from? Well, and the same skin tone. I don't know if its the lighting, but Naomi's skin looks like a natural, light olive tone in some pictures and then others like a Trump spray tan.

Ruby bought all the other children's clothes and uniforms but Chad at 14 has to buy his own!
Also so sick of this 'tween clothes are so hard' to build interest into her clothing brand arghhhh SO TRANSPARENT!
