You are so right Hariett..and wdnt you just expect that a mother of ten wd know this too...xHariett wrote: ↑Wed Dec 04, 2019 7:21 am Honeybeex, the first day they were visited the princesses the whole family is there, its just that the girls always went inside first. They went a few days in a row to the princesses and there you're right, no KJ around..
In one of her older videos the boys are playing around and they say "I'm a Ninija, I'm a ninja.." and Nef joins them and says the same. Taina tells her: noo, you're not a ninja, you're a princess!

Don't let me even start about King James and her obsession about telling him that he'll live in the caves and stuff like that.. Erm...love Christmas or can take it or leave it?
What i like...
I like all the lights, the decorations, the trees...they brighten a dark and cold month..
But having no small kids in the family now,I dont find it a magic time any more, and if i was alone xmas day itself,it wdnt bother me at all,as long as i had something nice to eat!
I love best what i call Twixmas..the week between christmas day and new year..it feels like time out of time,so many people enjoying a rest from work, visiting relatives, kids playing with their new toys,chillaxing..a lovely time before the gloom of January sets in..
What i dislike...
Like many poeple whati dislike is the commercialism of Christmas..
and the false bonhomie..why not be nice to people ALL year round!
What I really REALLY love...poeple like ASHLEY..i love how she invited Tainas crew to join her big family gathering.....that is the true spirit of Christmas!

The Rubiks cubes were not exactly well hidden! Game was over in like 5 minutes. At least the little kids seemed to have fun, though to me it seemed rather pointless. At least with an egg hunt, you get sweet treats! Not even junk lentils inside the Rubiks cubes.

Aw, I love Christmas too, but I have to agree that its far too commercialised, people spend money they don't have etc. That makes Christmas sad. It's very exciting for my little girl, it has made Christmas 10 times more magical these past few. So I am excited to spend another with her. I can honestly say a few years ago I hated it, I had a really bad experience. But I like Christmas now that I have my family and those who mean the most with me!Herbert-Sherbert2019 wrote: ↑Wed Dec 04, 2019 11:45 amErm...love Christmas or can take it or leave it?

Funny story actually, today after work I made my boyfriend put our Christmas lights up. It was very funny to see him up the ladder. He is terrified of heights. I shouldn't laugh because I wouldn't go up the ladder haha !

Jeeez...Pointless is exactly what i was thinking Jerrica..just like the latest vlogs, this was quite pointless and soon over with rather an anti climaxJerricaBenton wrote: ↑Wed Dec 04, 2019 12:04 pm The Rubiks cubes were not exactly well hidden! Taina, please note..it is called Rubik’s Cube, not Rubix Cube and it was invented in the 70s..tho never meant for “ Nappy Gang” ages to try to solve.
For some reason, dear T now has a bee in her bonnet about ‘ rubix cubes’...
She wants all her kids, including Omega ( age 1)
(as she insists on repeatedly telling us,even tho he is actually two now,and even if its two months behind,he is 22 months old,not age 1)
Anyhooo, she wants them all to become experts on conquering this ‘ brain toy’...
The older kids look like they are just humouring her,the little ones are too young to understand..
Ah well,I guess it makes a change from chunnering on about National Geographic

I loved that moment. It was so real and sweet. It was a pitty that he couldn't go on giving hugs to princesses. He is just a little boy! Her mother treats him as an adult. It is horrible.Hariett wrote: ↑Wed Dec 04, 2019 7:21 am Honeybeex, the first day they were visited the princesses the whole family is there, its just that the girls always went inside first. And I loved also when Aph is not so "sweet-pink-princess" and just behaves as she wants, free little girl!

Christmas eve when there are “ believers” in the family is just so so special!
Make the most of it honeybee and enjoy every second!Im glad you now love christmas after some bad experiences in the past.
i do find opening prezzys and eating nice food and playing charades lots of fun,so dont worry,I’m not entirely a bah humbug person X
Re: Taina Licciardo-Toivola: All dressed in white, teeth too bright | Part 3
The biggest question about todays video is not, why have they never done an easter egg hunt (I feel like they do not celebrate easter or Christmas - which is odd given their fundamental religious views)
No the biggest question is WHY DO THEY HAVE THAT MANY RUBICKS CUBES ??? I kept questioning why ? I get they have a big family, but that many is too many - proving her Minimalism is a LIE. She talks so much crap about minimalism. An excessive amount of plastic rubicks cubes that they wont be able to store in the van, and will end up throwing away before they move to AUS and adding to the destruction of our planet .
I don't believe that they can solve a Rubicks cube in under a min. My uncle is amazing and he takes at least 3-5 mins on a simple 9 cube one. If they can do it that fast, WOW. But I think its T's lies again. I have never had the ability to do one. My boyfriend can. Maybe I will try over the Xmas period haha !!!
Hardly an exciting video, we saw nothing of Germany, the kids learn't nothing about Germany.
Taina had a warmer coat on. But the younger children are all in those rain suits still, which to me don't look as warm.
Omega was speaking almost better than Nef. At times he was unclear, but he was saying things like "put it in there" impressively clear , compared to Nefs speech. Reinforcing my view that she has some developmental/ speech issues.

Yeah we are very grateful. She loved the lights this evening, her little face lit up when she saw them get switch on after it went dark. Yeah it isn't the same without "believers" - my favourite Christmas film is Miracle on 34th street and It always makes me feel like a child who believes still!Herbert-Sherbert2019 wrote: ↑Wed Dec 04, 2019 12:46 pmAhh bless him going up the ladder! This might sound mean, but I wonder how stinky those poor kids were when they hugged the princesses.... they always look smelly, dirty and unkempt. I wonder what the people they get near, think

Crazy Rubick’s Cube thumbnail. In fact I didn’t realize she had dropped another video until I was doing my daily reading of this board. I couldn’t figure out what people were talking about. I went back on YouTube and found it, and realized I HAD seen it and scrolled right past. That’s how un-appealing it looked. Then I watched it & realized how truly stupid it was.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, we saw the same scenes over & over from different camera angles, .
As far as the Christmas Holiday Season being here, I DO find it magical again now that we are raising two little boys. Seeing it through their eyes brings sweet moments of wonder. I have always LOVED the beautiful music this time of year as well as a greater awareness of trying to Light The World with good deeds. It’s too bad that so much good cheer is only saved for December.

Yes, why, just WHY?
I’ve always loved Christmas and my whole family are big Christmas tree people. I’m just not feeling it this year since I lost my sister a month ago. It’s a struggle to do any decorating. I leave on a cruise Dec.14 and I’m ho hum about that.

I know! I was confused as to what the heck I was watching.... granted the littles had fun, but why rubix cubes? They could've bought geodes, or different "brain toys" to hide around. The buckets they had were a joke too... whose logic was that!? "Yeah these buckets will fit a ton of rubik's cubes for sure!"Dru55 wrote:What was the point of all those fricking cubes? So what, now I guess were gonna see a ton of vlogs of all the kids with their own rubik's cube just constantly with them.
Why cant the kids have their own interests and their own personalities!? When I was little I wasnt into the color pink or girly shit, I liked soccer, getting dirty... none of these kids are allowed individualism and it's very sad.

I know exactly how you are feeling. I lost my beloved sister to Breast cancer 1 month before Christmas. Her funeral was in December and it jarred seeing all the Xmas decorations in Church and her coffin. We always try hard to celebrate Xmas now but we do so remembering it was one of her favourite times of the year and her children always choose the kind of tree she went for (she was always so particular). I remember post that first Xmas lying on our sofa binge watching Game of Thrones. You just do anything you csn to get by. Sisters are special...sending you tons of hugs and love in solidarity xxxxxxxx
Re: Taina Licciardo-Toivola: All dressed in white, teeth too bright | Part 3
"Omega aged one (nearly 2 actually Taina) speaks (SCREAMS) in English and Finnish". As others have observed all those plastic cubes...pointless. You would have been better off cooking a nutritious casserole in the van. And rain suits do not keep out a freezing chill. Poor kJ his hair is messy and matted and Aphrodite keeps falling over because the poor little thing is bow legged thanks to your unnutitious fare Taina.
Re: Taina Licciardo-Toivola: All dressed in white, teeth too bright | Part 3
Talking about Christmas I put our tree up yesterday and over did all the cleaning etc and am now in bed with a painful back!!! Can't sit, stand, lie down. Going to osteopath later today. My son is in Thailand for Xmas so my husband, daughter and I are eating Christmas Dinner out in a restaurant! Never done that before! And Boxing day we are going to the pantomime.
