Yes, the party at “their friend’s house” is actually at her parents’ house. You can see a photo of Joey behind the Christmas tree. They don’t have any friends. After the neighbor reported how many trash cans they put out every week, she’s probably filled in all the other neighbors about the cult living in their neighborhood so now all the neighbor s stay away.

Looks like she edited her caption to say they just stopped by her mom’s to take a picture. It must be exhausting to have to cover your lies constantly.

The Christmas neighborhood party was probably at Jay's house that was sold and the cult probably "bought" his house for a photo prop

They did the same neighborhood party last year. I’m guessing it’s a neighbor who just invites all the kids in the neighborhood. I doubt it’s someone who is actually friends with them. That living room with Santa was not in a Kult Kabin though.

Re: The Jackson Hive: All that cash, and still white trash | Part 3
Okay so this is what Ive learned about COPPPA.
Back when that big child porn scandal happened, it was about analytics and algorithms
In order to stop the algorithms from picking up videos and channels geared towards kids and putting them in the stream of algorithms and creating the situation that created a haven for child porn, YouTube seems to be removing certain videos and genres from the ad carousel completely so they CANNOT ever create the child porn thing to happen again.
Thus they will remove all channels and videos geared towards kids from ad revenue so they will not be in the advertising algorithms.
I cant think of any better way to word it.

I also heard that the creator has to classify their videos as made for kids or not made for kids and if they do it wrong up to 42k fine. The fine has everyone freaking but it’s up to so I’m sure it will just equal any monetization on the video and maybe a small penalty for small channels. Also the made for kids videos has no iCards, comments, like or subscribe buttons on it all of which she wants. Her vlogs are gonna be hard to not have be made for kids as they show her kids and kids might find them enjoyable. I swear I have seen comments from “kids” on her videos before but maybe I am wrong. And the big thing is kids is under 13 so there is a lot that could be something of interest to that age range. I think it’s going to cause family vloggers to have a hard time monitizing on YT. Honestly YT is smart to put the burden of the fines on the creator since YT is basically a hosting site and they don’t have complete control over the content on it. Government is severely cracking down on social media companies lately so this COPPA thing is gonna be interesting. Social media has gotten out of hand anyway so I don’t care what happens I try and keep in mind how fake a lot of it is l.

Yeah, they have to go video by video individually. The big ones that family creators need to demonetize, are any with ad’s that could be construed as geared towards kids.Gelkat011 wrote: ↑Wed Dec 11, 2019 9:22 am I also heard that the creator has to classify their videos as made for kids or not made for kids and if they do it wrong up to 42k fine. For instance, Jesssfam just did a huge deal with Mattel to advertise Barbie products on her vlog. Because it’s an ad for toys, she will likely need to demonetize it, or get penalized. They have through the end of the month to finish all their video changes. Anything that is marked as being for kids will be removed from advertising and YouTube won’t be able to recommend the video based on someone’s past searches.
One page also said they think that anything marked as for kids can not be saved as a favorite video, or searched for. You would need to go directly to someone’s videos and just scroll through their content to locate it.
With creators who have managers, they likely have someone scanning through everything with a fine toothed comb to decide what is fine, and what isn’t. They can hire someone to advise them, and make sure they are compliant, and go through to reset every video for them.
For people like Shitmom, it means that she probably spent the time while her vlog was private, she was removing videos like the Disney ones that look unfavorably on her, but also setting the individual for kids, not for kids info.

Also, there is a difference between kids watching a video, and a video being marketed towards them directly. If kids comment, it doesn’t mean the video was marketed to them. That’s the fine line they need to decide as creators, and hope they fall on the right side to avoid any fines, or having their channels removed.

That’s exactly what she did. All the BS about “it’s what’s best for our family” was just another one of her ploys to get people to beg her not to shut down her channel. Probably didn’t get as many beggars as she’d hoped.NarcoelpsyMom wrote:Yeah, they have to go video by video individually. Also, OT I know, but has anyone else noticed the “friend” she used to go to chick fil a with is no longer doing play dates with shittalkinb and the kidses? You know if they were she would tell IG about it because she always does.
Let’s see if there’s an explanation forthcoming....wait for it.

She’s low key faking a sponsored ad now. She stood in the middle of Target reading a product box, and called it an ad.
Recently a few people have been outed on IG and YT for making it look like they are being sponsored to do an ad, in the hopes that it makes their “brand” more approachable.
