Yes, I completely agree! We had to go to the laundry mat to do laundry during that time (~6 months) but because I could load up several machines at once and use the massive dryers, it was actually probably quicker (though obviously less convenient) than doing laundry at home. I can't imagine having a lifestyle where I had to go to a gym to shower, how would that even work with kids? And I'm a germaphobe, so I'd be wearing flip flops in the shower permanently. We sold the RV we lived in back then, but we do plan on getting a truck camper in the next year. Seems like a lot of us found K&S because of the RV lifestyle.IHateCilantro wrote:I love watching the Tiny House vids, BUT BUT BUT, I always get disappointed when a person buys a Skoolie and they are lacking one thing.deetles wrote: ↑Mon Dec 23, 2019 2:42 pmIt really helped to simplify the process of selling the house to just move out. It also took away any romantic ideas I had about tiny houses. Turns out I like a bit of space. I'm not a fan of massive houses, BTDT, but we are quite happy in 1800 sqft versus the 3200 sqft house we used to have.Rubberbiscuit wrote: We bought an rv a few years ago and I started looking on YouTube for rving ideas. The Knorpps were in the middle of their rv living phase at the time and they were interesting. I don’t remember which video I watched first, but i remember watching their rv tour video back around then, so maybe that was the one. I really liked Mikes organizational skills. I still watch a lot of videos of people who live in their rvs. It’s my favorite YouTube genre.
I think that’s a brilliant idea to move into the rv while you have a house on the market. I’ll have to keep that in mind if we ever sell this place.

Like very few Tiny Homes and Skoolies have EVERYTHING in one. Like they have everything BUT a toilet, or Everything but a stove.
I prefer the 5th Wheels. Sorry but I dont wanna rely on GYM MEMBERSHIPS to shower or Bathe.
