Social Blade also estimates YT earnings, but it doesn't include sponsorships-- just Adsense.
Rumor has it that the middle range of the SB estimate is about right. The Binghams top out at $500K on SB, so they probably make around $250K just from Adsense. Sponsored vlogs and sponsored IG posts can really rake it in. Once they hit a million followers on IG, they can get big bucks on sponsored posts.
It's going to be interesting to see what happens to them in January....

Me too! I watched two or three of Our Life in Holland's videos today, and all I can say is what a difference. This Bingham brother NEVER interrupts his wife, treats her with total respect and is not a yelling attention YOB. Nice and refreshing. Branden is THE problem for me, but hey, I'm not perfect either. I loved the video where they went back to Target to find the kid who was selling Pixi sticks. Their kids are all nice too, and I loved how Lindsay kidnapped Ryler to help her do her son's locker at school. NICE!

But I did find a site that estimates YouTubers' earnings. https://statsmash.com/calculator/this-i ... ngham-net-. It's mind-blowing.
and this is why these people are doing this...the $$$$$$$$ is hard to resist. it really is easy money - You are the boss (no employer). No commuting (get to work from home). If the Binghams wanted they can drop it to 3-4 videos a week. They control their schedule.
But the money is going to change next month. The kid-directed content gets the most views, generally, because kids watch videos over and over.
I'm laughing because the 2 HOUR video about Disneyland only has 64K views. ImageImage

I’m surprised they haven’t done any pay it forward videos this year/holiday season? Last year they made such a stink about paying for people’s fast food behind them and the whole set up at the grocery store paying for people’s groceries. This year: nothing. Just “LOOK AT ALL THE TRIPS WE SPENT ALL OUR MONEY ON. WATCH OUR STUPID MOVIES”

So much clickbait today. The four year old didn’t split her head open. And stitches in her eyelid? Nope. Didn’t happen either. Her eyelid bled. Y’all didn’t even put a bandaid on it. The end. And they also used it as the title of the vlog the day after it happened. It was a 30 second mention in the vlog.

Plus in Jared and Britt’s vlog, you can see Hazy cuddled up with Chelle
Yesterday or today’s vlog said she went straight to playing

They are SO bad with the clickbait!
And how did Hazy injure herself? Doing something she shouldn't have been doing? Wouldn't surprise me!
What I don't understand is why people think they are so amazing when the evidence is right there: they lie, (or at least stretch the truth a lot), are big time hypocrites, (who takes their kids to a VERY expensive restaurant to talk about the "meaning of Christmas"?), and are always trying to get money/gifts from their viewers-- "buy our merch!" "Send us money on Super chats and we'll give you a shout out!" "Here's our Christmas lists(wink)"... Yet people still worship them. Do they even realize that the videos are edited and curated to make them look like a perfect "happy" family? Nobody with that many kids is happy all the time.

I rolled my eyes as they talked about how sharp the corners are on the banister. Never heard of any of the people that live in that house getting injuries from that banister before. Not surprised that Hazyl would be the one to get injured.

You are SO correct. Justin obviously respects his wife. He lets her talk, he looks at her with adoration while LISTENING to her talk. He’s not waiting to jump in to interrupt her. They don’t fall over themselves trying to tell a story. I wonder if Branden’s siblings roll their eyes at him. I’ve said it before but they all seem way closer to their parents than he does. The dynamics seem off.

Branden's speech is ridiculous. It's sooo bad. So fast, slurring his words, tripping over himself, repeating over and over the same thing, how they're having an awesome breakfast, getting ready for school, etc. Over and over, about three times. The only nice thing about the livestream is that he can't do his stupid 'editing' where he makes everyone sound like they're talking like a machine gun. Why doesn't someone tell him? GAWD. And you're right, Hazy was in Chelle's arms as she was holding an ice cloth over her eye. During the end of the livestream, Ryler said he was DEPRESSED and looked miserable. Someone needs a rescue.

I spoke too soon because she posted on IG that today’s video is them paying for groceries. Or they read here and we’re reminded..hmm.

Of course they recorded it. Gotta get everyone’s reactions so they can get gratification that they are kind and generous. Meanwhile how many people help people in front of them pay for groceries daily and there are no cameras. Some things are just meant to be intimate situations. I don’t know if I was someone being filmed that I’d want my face on the internet and I’m sure they don’t ask these people nor do they blur their faces.

That’s what I was going to mention
When the kids friends are at home - don’t blur
In Brexie’s concert - blurred

I think with those 2 blonde girls, they babysit them sometimes and I would imagine they asked the parents permission (who knows). I think this was the first time he’s blurred other kids faces at the school programs. I wonder if they got some flack for it in the past.

He likely had seen GQS get flack and didn’t want to be the recipient of that so he jumped in and did it so he could look like he cares about other kids privacy and GQS doesn’t.

Hello everyone, merry christmas eve.. :xmas:

This is going to be my first post, just curious about a recent video.....

Ok in the 'Costco Christmas' video that was posted a week ago- the beat that was in the background while they were shopping, is it like a beat where anyone can use it in their videos?? b/c that same instrumental music is someones vlogmas intro song. I feel like that beat/entire song was made for their intro.. I haven't heard that music in anyone elses background until just now..

Now if its some universal beat for the holidays forgive me..

I don’t think they go about this the right way. They are finding people that clearly can afford carts full of groceries. Sure it helps these people and they can use that money for other things, but it would have a bigger impact if they first of all put the damn cameras away. But maybe went to a food bank and donated. Went to a homeless shelter. Domestic violence shelter. Something other than a grocery store where people have the money to buy carts full of groceries already. Find the person that’s using WIC coupons. Find the person that can’t afford a massive feast. Maybe I’m being too cynical. But I don’t understand their methods for picking people. Also the comment they make that they’re finding people that look like they might need some help. What the hell does that even mean!? You looked at that person and decided they could use some money? Based on what?

I will give them grace though that they’re actually giving back and not acting like they do without ever doing it like the Gardners.

I love that they did this. I haven't read here in a very long time and I have no idea what people have said about it. That's ok...
I'll tell you why I love this... regardless of knowing who really needs the gift of food, I spent many years on Christmas without food or gifts. Not just 1 or 2 but multiple years and maybe if just one person had shown this type of care and kindness maybe things would have affected me differently? Who knows. To me its about showing the world that people out there do still try and care about others regardless of anything. Yeah, shelters, etc... would definitely have been a great place to donate. But seriously, this made my heart warm. It is sweet and wish people would do things like this all year round, not just around the holidays. Blessings to everyone and have a safe and happy new year. You all are amazing and so glad we have this forum to come to. Merry Christmas!
