Haven’t checked in with her in a while but I am surprised they are not moving. I know Alex doesn’t want to be on her channel which upsets her but I thought he would at least cave on the moving. I would never buy a house with the master upstairs and the kids downstairs. Even with a great security system. He really is cheap. The house they have is set up weird and cramped. He works at home so it’s not like a commute is a factor to them moving. I get it , Liza is materialistic. But she’s a bored house wife with two kids and a husband who works all the time and probably makes well into the 6 figures. This might be a pain point for me as I am married to a cheapskate myself lol although he’s not making anywhere what I assume Alex is making ( and I work too). The Northeast sucks to live in. I looked at a 4 bedroom , 2 and a half bath home in my area , 10 years old , one owner , needed some work - 1.2 million. I guess I’m just lucky we found a house where and when we did ( and we still overpaid). Give her the damn house Alex.

Hopefully their families will chime in on not having the kids downstairs and them up. That’s really risky.
She wants the upstairs because it will be new and thinks custom. Her husband always gets what he wants. It will be a very basic renovation to secretly build a nice home office upstairs for him—completely far away from her and the kids. Liza will be notified of this when the project is complete. lol

She couldn’t even manage taking Cam out of the house before Quinten was born so it’s no surprise to us that she can’t take both of them out lol
She really shouldn’t have more children. They all stay inside everyday and I don’t know how she/the kids/Alex aren’t going stir crazy from being on top of each other. Plus, the weird layout of the house is not going to stop her from wanting more space. Layout matters and the plans to add a master upstairs and redo the kitchen is actually lame & going to create zero resale value - there’s not enough space to do that. They’re better off gutting the entire house, or better yet... MOVING!
Did she address where she’s going to live during the renovations?

She's barely used to taking one kid out at a time. Before it seemed like she would always go shopping or out while camden napped. She should try wearing the baby out and maybe go to some kid friendly places to begin with. I watched her house tour too and the basement is as big as the upstairs so not sure why they would want to add on instead remodeling having a family/play room downstairs. They have to realize most potential buyers won't want to pay extra for an upstairs master when there's just a tiny kitchen and living room.

What's the point of adding a master suite to the house when the rest of the house cannot accommodate the entire family?

I wonder if her husband won't let them move because he inherited the house and has an attachment to it. You can tell liza is unhappy there because she's been window shopping first a new house for forever.

I wish she could be thankful with what she has. My aunt and uncle inherited their house and it’s not the prettiest but raised a happy family in it and were able to do a lot more without a mortgage payment. I can’t imagine how much freedom and stress relief it is to own a home and it be payed off, she could really enjoy her kids and her life not worrying about that payment. She has to be obsessed with more more more though.
Same with Tara. They own a big beautiful home and they need more more more.

I'm a Dave Ramsey follower, and we learn about how mortgages make you pay out massive amounts of interest. Your $300k loan ends up being $515k paid over 30 years. I can only assume he follows DR which is why it's paid off early. Debt sucks

No, real estate records from their house listing when they had it on the market shows he purchased it before they were married. It's public record.

Finished watching the last vlog she did. I don’t know
why Liza’s surprised Cam ran off from her mom, he
was probably overly stimulated because he NEVER
gets to go out. I probably would have run off to if I
were him. Cam playing with that little robot was cute
but at same time sad. He really needs someone his
age to play with.
Liza if you want more children you better grow a
thicker skin and toughen up. Those people who
you depend on aren’t always going to be there.
Maybe this is a sign that two children are enough
for someone who seems unwilling to adapt.

The latest vlog was just Cam opening Christmas presents on Christmas morning. No sign of phantom of his basement. Looked like she filmed it alone. Was weird like she just did it for show and that’s that. Then her cleaning was throwing the wrapping paper away.
I am wondering if she’s been harassed on social in the past for being Jewish or thinks it’s just easier to fake being a Christian. That would be awful. Again, makes no sense why she would all of the sudden be all about Christmas when she was never raised with it. Very fake and sad of you Liza. Why can’t you be shown being proud of who you ARE in the Jewish faith? Who cares what people think because it’s what made you—YOU!

I'm Jewish. My late Husband was Catholic. Same scenario as Alex is Christian also.

We celebrated both Holidays too. Menorah, Tree and all. Many interfaith couples do. When my Husband died my Daughter brought up Jewish still wanted to celebrate Christmas in his memory.

It's not being disrespectful to her Jewish Faith. It's being respectful by both of them to each other.

Just my opinion. BTW, just this past week or so on an IG Q&A someone again asked her about Alex not in her Vids and she said again He hates being filmed, but supports her doing it...

I'm Jewish. My late Husband was Catholic. Same scenario as Alex is Christian also.

You sure Alex isn’t Jewish? They had a Jewish wedding he had on a yarmulke.(I looked up the spelling hope correct) For a Jewish wedding I thought they both needed to be.?
