All she ever does is tell you how to live and behave. Does she follow any of the five million quotes that spew out? No.
We’re supposed to believe you’re reading How to unfck yourself. Nice try.
Here’s a tip: to unfck yourself, pick up your phone and make an appointment with a local therapist.

Yes, such a minimalist. Be sure to shop her style on like to know it. 🙄

Makes sense. Her sisters don't want to do YT. Trying to force them... I like that Kardashians theory. I wonder if she thought they would make it big time so she could hold it over their heads, like as if she did them a favor. You know what, I kind of do hope they make it big time, much bigger than her channel could ever be. She would hate that.

So far I don't think she has cut down on Instagram usage at all, she is still posting every 2 days (opposed to every day) I think she is trying to appear to use it less by posting less. Her obvious usage will slowly creep back in I think. We all see how quickly she loses focus on her goals. Like others pointed out it seems that the Beastons have been too lazy to stick to their schedule. I think Vlogmas was such a bad decision for them to partake in. They are burnt out.

That’s funny I was thinking of her picking
up her secret second phone when I wrote
that.

Truth! That’s the book she drags out when she wants to appear intelligent-seen it many times before. She’s had it awhile. She puts the glasses on and it creates the illusion of a brain to her stans. I’m beginning to think it’s the only non children’s book in the house.

what was the point of vlogmas? i tried watching one instalment and almost fell asleep. just the same tired crap, them sitting around with their hideous coffees (wtf is with that whipped cream on top ) talking nothing of interest. a few blurry pans of the kids running around. it seemed like a desperate attempt to stay relevant. anyway i didn’t bother after that.

On her oils insta today, someone asked if she had any suggestions for getting started with oils on a budget. Tiff advised them to get a PayPal credit card to buy her starter kit. 🤨

I took a screenshot but my uploads never work here.

i’m curious as to why the kids eat so little? i recall she said they snack a lot but i thought that was being curbed. my little boy is a bit younger than carter and he eats about 5 times what she’s put on that plate. yoghurt should be a snack, not dinner. the cantaloupe should be dessert. so effectively, dinner is a crumbed piece of chicken, bbq sauce (loaded with sugar) and some avocado. wtf??

that yoghurt is loaded with sugar too. i get the impression she shops based on labels rather than nutritional content. i checked the sugar content of the blueberry yoghurt pouches (99g) and its 9g of sugar. that’s whopping!

tiff since you’re reading here, i’ll give you a few meal ideas that my almost-4 year old boy eats and likes:

flat bread (i get multigrain or whole meal or the spinach one, the bread is green which he likes) - i make a ham scroll for him or just tear it up into pieces and serve as part of a main meal as the carb.

do a cute fruit platter for dessert, kids could share one bigger one, using small tings to serve themselves (building fine motor skills as well). i use cookie cutters to turn some fruit into shapes like hearts or stars. kiwi fruit and watermelon and cantaloupe work best.

yoghurt i reserve as a dessert if we have no fresh fruit or as a snack. i wouldn’t serve it as part of the main meal as it’s loaded with sugar and they’re filling up on something that’s not really serving much nutritional purpose. cheese is a better alternative if you want to include dairy.

do a “traffic light” of veg as part of each meal; cut up some cherry tomatoes, i steam or microwave some frozen broccoli and then add in some steamed pumpkin or sweet potato. could use cookie cutters again to turn the pumpkin or sweet potato pieces into a star shape etc.

the breaded chicken is fine as i use this too from time to time with my toddler and he love it. he likes tomato sauce though but try and find a low sugar sauce alternative. you can also make your own chicken nuggets using chicken breast. or make your own meatballs. my kid loves meatballs.

other carb ideas: rice (brown rice ideally but white it better than nothing i guess) or make your own fries by cutting up potatoes into thick cut french fries and toss with some salt and olive oil and air fry for 12-15 minutes. they come out delicious and are much healthier than the processed crap you buy at the store or worse, takeaway french fries.

greek yoghurt is a good sub for sour cream or you can add your own flavoring to it to create your own sauce/accompaniment.

if doing breakfast for dinner (which is a favourite of ours too), add a handful of finely chopped spinach to the eggs to make “green eggs”.

zucchini slice is your friend!! https://www.kidspot.com.au/kitchen/reci ... e/ktvfk1tc
it freezes well so you can make ahead of time and is also a tasty and nutritious snack. or as part of a main meal.

smashed avo on toast is always a nice easy one. sprinkle some fresh lemon juice too to add extra flavor.

i could go on and on!

example of fruit platter i made for my little boy’s second bday party. doesn’t need to be this fancy for every day but it’s cute and appealing to kids.

LMAO please please please look at tiny’s post. He’s posing with his left heel off the ground like a tween girl. Too blessed to be stressed? What man writes that? He’s literally a female now. Straight up embarrassing!!!!

Oh and the fake LV she’s constantly showing it off after showing she got it on amazon. Fake bags were cool when we were like 16........... but she’s still mentally 16 so it fits.

i just checked the pic and i don’t think he is. the foot looks flat on the floor. it’s the angle of his leg and the pattern of the wood floor that makes it look like he’s doing that. at first glance it definitely looks like he’s got his foot balanced up but i think it’s an optical illusion. sorry 😂

carter for real is over half of shrimpy’s size though 🤣🤣

Her problem is that she cannot cook. I bet she threw those chicken tenders in the microwave so they were nice and soggy, all so she could run out of the door and have a delicious meal on her 1747289110th date nightImage I would eat that crap either! Today, my family went to the mall and we ate dinner there. I got me and my 18 month old hibachi (i thought it was the healthiest thing I could find) and she ate hibachi chicken, brown rice, and the vegetables which contained cabbage, broccoli, and carrots. She prefers vegetables, getting her to eat meat his harder but I can’t complain... because I made her that way. I always offered vegetables to her even if she didn’t eat them at first she sure as hell does now. If you keep offering it and don’t make a huge deal about it then they will actually start testing it out and eventually liking it. I really don’t know what else her problem could be.

The random fake purse modeling wth? Reminds me of little kids who hold up their present to show off in photos.
Pretty sad all these years she still dresses and styles herself the same.

I opened his post. #adidasfamily I'm rolling my eyes. Trying to get another sponsorship?

I'm reading the comments now. Thanking him for the Australia shout out, is that blue tansy? Asking when the tour will be up so they can copy them. Well I don't know why anyone would copy them, but just go to Ikea for most of their stuff. And he responded the tour SHOULD be up on Monday. SHOULD? this is your job man. If you had a real deadline at work you couldn't just decide when to do it. For 2 people that claim they get it all done they are really bad at sticking to a schedule. Ew, Tiffani called him a DILF. We all know the only reason she wants sex is to trap him into another baby.

Exactly. Ella had a huge plate at Disney world. They don't like her cooking. I don't like her cooking and I've only seen it. Undercooked chicken, furry kiwi salsa, trying to copy Starbucks egg bites. None of it looks good. It is probably another reason they eat out. The first reason being they are both lazy.
