W. T. F. She just posted a story about trying all of these “natural methods” to get off of Synthroid. I have Hashimotos as well and it caused some SERIOUS issues with pregnancy and trying to conceive when my levels were out of wack. I lost 3 pregnancies early on. Postpartum it caused my hormones to be all over the place. This is the absolute worst possible time for her to attempt to go off of her medicine.

Hashimotos is an autoimmune disorder. It’s chronic. It never goes away. It can go into remission, but it’s always there. Celery juice and essential oils on your neck won’t cure it.

She’s such a fucking idiot. Hypothyroid can cause swelling and the fluid pressure can cause numbness and tingling in the JOINTS, not a FOREHEAD. And if she is going to google symptoms, she should also note that any numbness and tingling could signal your dosage isn’t correct. But, yes, please try to cure your issue with oils.

What doctor is going to approve of her going off her meds? I bet you she plans on staying on them because this whole thing is a complete lie and just another scam to get people to buy her oils.
