I... hello??? What the hell are they doing? I only say I understand Matthew's reaction because people tend to react rashly when their animals are in danger. It doesn't make it right, though, and they need to be educated about what to do in situations like this. But when they're outright saying their dog should have been kicked harder? They do not deserve to own animals. I wonder who wrote this comment; Sam or Nia? It's hard to tell now. Sam used to be the unlikable one but now they're both on the same page of nastiness.mandy88 wrote: ↑Sat Jan 11, 2020 6:21 pm I just read this off their Instagram

The dog was kicked so hard he literally hurled Oreo into your window pane. Video has been reported and I hope others will follow suit.

@alli.edgerly should have been kicked harder actually. Thanks.
Have they lost their minds?

It’s gross that she just kept filming, but then they thought it would be a good idea to also include it in the vlog? on their good christian family channel? god i hate them. I hope someone calls animal control and has those poor dogs taken to better homes.

From what I can garner from the pretty nonsensical story they posted on their instagram, they've rehomed Moxie. Good if true, but also reeks of bullshit. Nia claims they took the dog because their friend couldn't find anyone else to take her, but suddenly they can find a new home for her within days? I hope she hasn't ended up in the shelter.
They also deleted their entire post about the dog fight situation because they couldn't take the negativity. Hope someone screencapped/archived those comments about them saying Oreo should have been kicked harder.

Re: The Rader Cult Where No one's an Adult Part 7
I think we always knew that Moxi would not last long, I don't believe the little dog got stitches, she was not bleeding when she came into the house, sounds like lies to make them look better. I know the would bring up them growing up in Texas, where dogs roam free, kids don't wear helmets, kids don't sit in proper child seats in cars, she always blames everything on how they grew up.............you need to change.mormonts wrote: ↑Sat Jan 11, 2020 9:33 pm From what I can garner from the pretty nonsensical story they posted on their instagram, they've rehomed Moxie. She mentioned clickbait. In that everyone on YT does it, so the can't be better than others.
Saw that she used my comment on her Instagram post, then goes into a long explanation of why they used a stock photo for Moxi, I just pointed out that the photo was not Moxi.
Funny this all happened when Sam is out of town again, and Nia is home alone with Abram, so it was Nia saying, to kick Oreo harder, WTF is wrong with her?

Re: The Rader Cult Where No one's an Adult Part 7
OMFG! Any good will I have had towards these people is quickly evaporating. I get the feeling Nia is the one who said she should have been kicked harder. I don't know why these people have any pets at all. Oreo was clearly traumatized before they found her and they did no training to help her. If you don't care enough to help this poor sweet girl, why do you have her?? I don't understand. I know from watching Hope for Paws that there are people who specialize in helping traumatized animals and this is what she still needs. Nia admitted on camera a while ago that Oreo won't even eat in front of her!!
I don't mean this meanly, but I just don't think either Nia (or both of them) is/are intelligent enough to understand the needs of dogs. They are obviously people who would make their dog live outside, as they did with Annie, who obviously needed training. Someone on the SamandNia IG account posted a link to a petition that has a screenshot of the comment saying Oreo should have been kicked harder. https://www.change.org/p/terrell-texas- ... eral%3EBMM
I have also felt that Nia doesn't like Oreo/pets in general, she is not loving to her at all and seems to just tolerate her. Surprise surprise, she posted this 12/17/19 "I’m officially a dog person. I knew Oreo was special and somehow I grew to love her, but now with Moxi we had an instant connection! I used to be afraid of dogs and highly annoyed by them! I guess hyper jumpy yippy dogs still aren’t my fav....but man I love our girls!!" I have news for you Nia, you still come off as highly annoyed by them and there is no freaking way you are a dog person. A dog person would have taken the time to train their dogs, pet them, walk them, clearly show love to them.
I am glad to hear that Moxi was given to a new family (I hope).

Also found it super strange that she was saying someone mentioned her lying about her miscarriage, and her primary objection was that it happened in 2015. She had to kind of correct herself and add that she didn't lie after pointing out how long ago it was. Surely the fact is apparently isn't true matters more than how long ago it happened?

Let's not forget their SHAM "charity", convince their fanbasics to purchase merchandise, that the proceeds would go to their charity, to help needy followers, then the charity page stays stagnant for months, then disappears altogether, without a single person getting any money from them, yet they raised a hefty sum.Wasabii wrote: ↑Sun Jan 12, 2020 12:38 am "I'm not an abusive person"

Don't forget the Vloggerfair (or con) can't remember what it is called, where Sam wanted to fight another vlogger for liking a tweet, about the Ashley Madison finding, still don't believe that Nia knew about it beforehand, pretty sure she found out, when the rest of the world found out...............another lie.
So now the upright Christians say that lying is OK, since everyone on YB is doing it............I follow many successful You tubers who never use clickbait, and have 3 times the followers then they do (which theirs are falling fast) , still think it is funny that the little dog was not bleeding, or yelping when brought into the house, but after the fact, had stitches done, but never showed the stitches, and no I don't believe Matthew one bit.
Still not sure on the miscarriage, I think she just got her period, and surely no heartbeat was heard at that early stage, but I think Nia has convinced herself, it was a miscarriage, so be it.
Yes, another dog, not properly trained, left to do whatever, so they blamed the dog, and off it goes...........hoping it went to a good home, but more likely, it ended up in another shelter. The dogs were just guarding their territory, and Nia saying it was Moxi who started it (oh but that was not recorded), seems like a cop out to me, I am sure they have been thinking of getting rid of her for some time now, and this was the perfect excuse. But we all knew the minute they picked up Moxi, that she was not long for the Radar household.
Will never get over Nia saying "should have kicked the dog harder" I believe it was Nia since Sam is in OK, and says they don't have service out there...........how could any animal loving person say such a thing, and gotta remember Nia has said in the past, that she does not like dogs, and she really has very very little interaction with Oreo, unless it is for the camera.
Nia kept harping on her "character" in the insta post, really wanted to say to her, "honey, your character is not so great" so anything said to you, is not hurting it a bit.
And Sam is at the cabin AGAIN, now with the girls, if he was really interested in finishing the cabin, he needs to go there by himself for a week and get everything done, with no distractions, but since Nia freaks out with having to be alone with the kids at home, that will never happen, and the cabin will never get finished, and Sam will continue getting away from Nia, hahahahaha.
Re: The Rader Cult Where No one's an Adult Part 7
The little dog actually did have stitches. They had about three videos up on instagram of Andrea (?) taking her to the dog park and showing how she was healing before they took them down for the amount of hate they were getting. It is strange they didn't see the blood beforehand, though, or do a better once-over of the dog when she was in the house, because it was a significant amount of stitches for such a small dog.
I remember a very, very old video where Sam found a wounded or sick squirrel and it ended up dying. I believe Symphony said something about the squirrel going to heaven, but Sam mentioned that he held the belief of animals not having souls. They cut that part out of the video very quickly so you can no longer find it on youtube, but it says a lot about the way they treat their animals. Since Nia believes everything Sam believes, I'm sure she thinks the same way.
And Nia is not a smart woman. I'll say that. Her reaction to all of this has been very muddled and confusing. She's so hung up on people calling her out on using a stock image when that's not the problem here at all. It's justthat they're spinning the story completely differently in the thumbnail than how it played out in the video. She keeps blaming things on the dogs, but there are no bad dogs. There are only bad owners who don't teach their dogs or help make things easier on their dogs. And she can say again and again "I was so worried for my children! That's why I didn't react! I was worried about Juliet!" but I heard no panic in her voice whatsoever. It was all just juicy vlog footage to her. She absolutely was the person responding in such a horrible way to all those concerned people. I used to think she was just naive, but now I'm sure she's just as malicious and nasty as Sam.

This is the first thing that crossed my mind when watching her Insta story. She kept saying 'You know my character, I'd never do something like that". Except, yes we know your character, and you flipping had a paddle in your purse to hit your toddler with. What the heck. Said more about her character than I ever wanted to know.

Re: The Rader Cult Where No one's an Adult Part 7
So it was Matthew's fault that her dogs attacked his and he reacted to it. Yeah ok we buy that. She stood by and kept of filming instead of gaining control of her dogs. Juliet was in the house no where near the dogs.
Re: The Rader Cult Where No one's an Adult Part 7
I will say I’m glad they recognized it was bringing a new dog into the house with so little care that caused Oreo’s shift in behavior, and I’m glad they returned Moxie to her previous owners rather than tossing her into a kill shelter. It’s clear she was thrilled to see her old owners. I hope they keep her or find a home for her with a family who knows how to handle her.
Bullshit I noticed from Nia:
“Either we’re really just not cut out to have a dog—“
YES. THIS IS TRUE. Please recognize your brief moment of self-awareness. You’re absolutely not cut out to own animals. And I’d love to know what sort of “discipline” they were doing. They seem to have a very old fashioned view of owning animals, and I'm afraid they might have an old fashioned view of disciplining them as well. Positive reinforcement has been proven a lot more effective: reward the dog for what it does right, don't punish it for what it does wrong.
“I think we really did a lot of things right with this doggy.”
You didn’t. You did nothing right with this dog. As far as I can tell, you banished her to the backyard to protect your precious new carpet and made no efforts to bond with her. But yeah, you did one thing right. You recognized she was a poor fit for your family. Congrats.

Re: The Rader Cult Where No one's an Adult Part 7
Notice that after they, removed the dog fight vlog from Instagram, that they have not posted any more (to this date) vlogs on Insta. They are getting many comments on the vlog from yesterday, about the truck driver (from 3 years ago) getting mad at Sam, used it for clickbait as usual. Shows people are getting sick of the clickbait, of course you have the good Christian fanbasics, that see no problem in the lying, deception etc, because other YTers do it. They say "they are just trying to make a living" well, I say if you have to lie and cheat to get views, you need to find jobs.
I have to give Sam props, that the cabin does look good, not sure on his electrical and other work, but it does look nice. But how much money is he going to spend on the thing, the land around the cabin, looks like crap, the neighbors house looks crappy and his trailer is just gross. I still cannot see anyone renting that out as a vacation spot, maybe a house for Sam to live in when he and Nia get divorced (fingers crossed....hahaha).
I think what they did to Moxi was terrible, I only hope her previous owners will keep her and not put her in a shelter..when Nia was going on and on about Moxi, pushing Juliet to the ground, what did they expect, getting a big dog like that, and I am sure she was not hurt.................just more crap to blame her for. They still think they did everything for Moxi, they could, WHAT THE HECK, they did nothing, no training, no nothing, just left her outside all day, brought her in the house at night, to the laundry room.............they really should not have pets.

Didn't Nia post like a 30 minute vlog about how evil the Bachelor is and how Sam forbid her from watching it? Now she can't contain her excitement over a past contestant being at their youth leader retreat. It feels like a very cult-like environment at that place wherever they are but I guess that's them just being "high-calibre millennials".

It's definitely for the best that Moxi is getting rehomed.. I honestly wish they would do the same with Oreo, since they don't really seem to care about her.

Nia's Instagram is straight up just oils now, absolutely zero other content, only selling. I feel sad for all the women she's recruiting into her 'team' who'll likely never make any profit whatsoever. It'll probably work out for Nia because she has a large enough following already, but still, how can you be so obsessed with oils?!

Re: The Rader Cult Where No one's an Adult Part 7
But you have to remember that this is Nia, who never sticks with anything, ever. I give it 2 months and we never hear about it again. I do feel sorry for the people getting involved in the whole pyramid scheme, they will never make any money. I really don't understand the whole oils thing, all these people believing everything they see on the internet, just like Nia, with the gummy things for Symphonys attention problems, just because some Fanbasic told her to use them, so much for Sam chiming in as a nurse. I think they really are starting to realize that YT is not going to be a money making job for much longer, they are so far from what they used to make, at a high they were about $1 million a year, they are now at about $141 K a year. I see them selling the cabin pretty soon after it is done, I really don't see Nia wanting to spend any amount of time there, just not her style, and renting it out is gonna be a big fat bust.iamelisabeth post_id1554146 wrote:Thu Jan 16, 2020 11:23 am Nia's Instagram is straight up just oils now, absolutely zero other content, only selling. What is it with filters on Instagram and the oils people, I notice that Chantel always uses them, and now Nia is using them, to me they are just distracting, I wonder if it is in the selling handbook. And yes, Nia, we get it you are gonna have a "super secret Instagram page", for all your minions.........WOW SIGN ME UP.
Didn't that group retreat they went on seem a little elitist, only for motivated (can't remember the wording used) millennials, kinda weird. Also love how they skipped out on the first dinner, to see a friend, they are soooooo dedicated, any bets on when they will quit this too.
What is up with the kids school, I thought they were going to transfer out of the one they were in, cause it was too far for Nia to drive everyday, I really can't see them going to public school, where they might learn about things they don't want them to know. Also seems that all the kids activities have come to an end..........they really don't stick with anything, no gymnastics, no dance, no sports for Abram, no cooking classes. I guess that Sam and Nia don't want to be driving them around, cause they are lazy fools, and Sam is too involved going to the cabin, every chance he gets, and now Nia is consumed with her oil business.

There was a tiny billow of smoke around the 2:53 mark when she opened up the fireplace doors and it went away as soon as she closed the fireplace door again. She messed up the mic so we didn't have sound anyway. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, it may have smelled a little smokey but there was no visible smoke anywhere in that house.Liz_444 wrote: ↑Sat Jan 18, 2020 1:27 pm Did I miss something? The cabin is coming along pretty nicely but I can't imagine anyone renting or buying it to recoup the money put into it. Nobody in Hochatown is going to care about spending extra to rent a cabin with 100 year old wood or reclaimed barn doors. I think he could have spent 1/4 of the cost and gotten the same rental income from it.
