Sound like? He is. Well, obnoxious anyway. AND THAT EDITING HAS TO CHANGE!!! I skip through them now, the staccato style of speech gives me a headache. Branden, cutting out the pauses in speech is NOT editing. I can't believe he didn't know why not to abbreviate 2020. And cacophony? That is them to a tee! But I did like Mindy's eye shadow. I bet it's that Senegeance that she sells.

I agree that their editing is awful. Why does he have to make it perfect? Pauses and “ums” are part of normal speech. Constant video jolting where you edited something is not.

Yeah, just proof he was probably raised watching MTV. Oh wait, I take that back, plus his parents are nice folks. He needs to go see "1917" for great editing. Every shot is one long continuous shot, amazing. Maybe someone will clue them in about the crazy editing. All that being said, I went back and watched the one where he got his eye sewn shut, and the part where he can finally see the camera is HILARIOUS.."Oh HIIII everybody" just like a squirrel. Mindy said, "Okay, calm down." LOL!

I just saw Mindy IG stories - so they will not be removing the tiles - just raising the floor - putting the new one on top of the old - which a lot of people do to save $$$$$$ cause ripping up flooring = tons of labor.

Still. Why are the doing this to a house only 13 years old or so???????

Because they're idiots. And Mindy is bored and has money to burn right now. Hence all the "renovating" (which wasn't exactly renovating, really) last year, and ripping up a perfectly good kitchen.

They really are dumb. Before that house in their backyard was built they should have sold their house and built a brand new custom house. I wonder though if they couldn’t qualify for a mortgage with Youtube being their only income. Now they’re sinking a bunch of money into a house and won’t see a return on their investment.

They get about a 50% discount. So it's around $5000 for tuition right now, vs $10K, and housing is $7000ish as opposed to $13.
But honestly, I think it's more that they just live in the moment. They aren't thinking of the future. Otherwise, they would be socking away every penny they could. Or investing in Duck Donuts. They're acting as though the YouTube money is going to come in like it is now, forever. And that's just foolish. Even Shay Butler, the "Vlogfather", stopped pulling in views like he used to, even before the scandal. And with COPPA, some of their vlogs have got to be marked as kid-directed.
Again-- they're idiots.

This would be the smart idea, but the Binghams are not known to be smart. It's one thing if the home is over 30-40+ years ago and the kitchen shows plenty of wear and tear + showing its age and looks outdated. The kitchen they have looks basically brand new and modern.

There will be zero return on investment cause this kitchen is a bit over a decade old. Absolutely no reason to touch it or anything in the house. Just sell the home and find a builder to make a home the way you want it.

Mindy is going to hurt herself again. She posted a video running with her friend who convinced her to double her plan for how far she was going to run. With Mindy’s injury history, she doesn’t need someone to push her! She should be starting small and seeing a doctor.

This friend of hers has been notorious for pushing her to overdo it. She likely thinks she’s helping her and of course Mindy constantly rambles about how people should believe in themselves and push to achieve their goals. But what she really needs is someone to help her train properly. Just because you CAN run 2.73 miles doesn’t mean you should. And of course she’s still wearing those damn Nikes that have proven to not be right for her. Go get some proper shoes dummy.

Mindy, it’s totally normal for flooring to be installed so that it’s staggered. Nobody installs it so that all the seams line up. That would be dumb. Your installers aren’t revolutionary geniuses. It’s normal. I don’t like how pale it is. Pale floors, white cabinets, white counters. Not a good look.

Tbh I think what they’ve done looks WAY better than how it was before. If you compare the kitchen (even unfinished) it looks sooo much better than it did a year ago.

I do think the light floorboards are going to give Mindy a mental breakdown keeping them clean, but overall I think it makes the house look way nicer and more modern.

On the 8 minute mark of today’s vlog the editing makes it seem like Branden rudely and abruptly cut Mindy off while she was talking. He probably did cut her off in real life but the editing made it so much worse too.

In yesterdays' video, when he was talking about all the kids' games to go to, his speech was so fast I just said "I give up, he is insufferable." How she stands this I have no idea. He must have other redeeming qualities. The new floor does look nice. "This is how we spend it baby.."

I really feel like they're going to sell the house, if Brandon not literally mentioning it today wasn't the final push. I really think they should have done a darker wood with the floor boards though. It definitely looks better as a wood texture and as seamless flooring throughout the house, but that light colour looks so weird with the kitchen being stark white. I guess we'll have to wait to see what it looks like with the new backsplash..
also the front door especially looks off with the new flooring, really clashes I winced when i saw it

I still think they will look in to selling. They are dumb enough to put tons of money into them house only to turn around and sell it with no return on that investment. But I still think they likely looked into selling but realized proving Youtube income is sustainable to a mortgage company is a daunting task.
