I listened to her podcast interview today. It was interesting.

She talked about her dad and how it was so hard for her. The podcaster asked about where her mom was and Bri just shut down - mentioned that they had divorced when she was in college. But the way she acted you would think her mom is no longer in her life. She was COLD.

They pushed the angle that she was a teacher - the way the host talked about it you would think she’d been in a classroom right up until she quit to do YouTube.

And the host asked Bri what her single biggest sponsorship was - according to Bri, she got $15,000 for one video. And she still wants Apothic to sponsor her, naturally.

Edit: I almost forgot, she made it sound like she came from such a underprivileged background. Because she was the first generation in her family to go to college! Which is why she joined Teach For America, to help underprivileged kids like SHE was!

Also, her dad made her learn golf so she could keep up with people in business meetings. And she’s so good at editing her videos because she was a broadcast journalism major!

Now I’m super confused. Bri was the first channel I ever started watching (in 2016) because she worked in Human Resources...that’s what I did also. At the time I was pregnant with my son and watched her because she was a working mom also. Did she teach and the go into HR? And why? I don’t watch her vlogs anymore because they aren’t relatable. She did much better as a working mom...now she’s just neurotic. But How on earth did she go from teaching to HR?

She taught for Teach for America and then went on to be a recruiter for them from what I gathered. So, kinda HR, kinda teaching related.

That pretty much sums it up. In her past and latest interview she tries to puff up her bio. After spending time at OU getting her Broadcast Journalism degree, no one wanted to hire her (she blamed it on "the economy"). Desperate for a job she went to TFA which is where a lot of people with useless degrees end up (no one intentionally goes to college with the goal to join TFA after). From what I know from others that went with TFA, you are given a temporary 2 year credential allowing you to teach. During that time you are supposed to go to night school to get your REAL teaching license (though they can't force you to do that). Looks like she chose not to get a real license, so after 2 years she was out of that job. From her it sounds like TFA had a recruiting position in the Cleveland area, so she moved back and took it. A friend of hers worked for the Cleveland School District and managed to get her a job in HR there. The Cleveland School District is at the bottom of the barrel in the state of Ohio, consistently getting an "F" on the state report card. I started watching her YT around that time. She was totally in over her head at that position and probably was forced to leave after a couple of years. She did the same shtick there that she does now. Spent her time on the clock planning crafts and vacations (she was stupid enough to post her "post-it" notes at work detailing these personal activities). One of her biggest ideas as a professional HR person "was to bake cookies for new employees". I am sure her fellow employees loved her. She even went in before work and vlogged around the office without the permission of her bosses.

Bri grew up watching shows like 90210 and Sex and the City, thinking that life is wearing expensive business outfits and sitting in a corner office (doesn't matter if you have any real skills). Now she is obsessed with "The Bachelor" and expects her life to play out like the fantasy in her head.

Bri - You have DEEP SEATED MENTAL ISSUES! You need serious therapy in-person with a professional. On your IG today you talked out of breath saying it was from folding clothes. You are out of breath because your anxiety is out of control. GET REAL HELP NOW!!!

can someone please tell me why she’s constantly going to disneyland?? or world, don’t even know or care which one. she seems to do 5 trips a year there? why? what’s so good about it? surely if you’re going to spend money on a family vacation, go somewhere with more culture and opportunity to learn about a different language, culture, history, food etc. beating the same old rides and same old shit every single time. why?? surely the kids must be bored out of their wits going there yet again?? it’s hardly a sophisticated travel destination for adults. i don’t get what she gets out of it? and her packing and planning and consumerism
in the lead up to it is next fucking level. taking 50 pairs of pajamas and buying new outfits and shoes etc for everyone. she’s actually totally bananas. there’s nothing relatable or even admirable about how she goes
about it. most moms work and pack in a hurry with dad’s help the day or two before. nobody sits there with their powder pink printable, doodling away with their fluffy pink pen, idly ticking off meaningless check boxes. most normal women just throw open a case, pack the essentials and get on with it without fuss or fanfare. she’s actually embarrassing what a big deal she makes of it. like it’s crashingly obvious she has fuck all else going on in her life if packing for another sad disney trip is front and centre. get a goddamn life brianna. if you’ve got so much time on your hands, go volunteer at a soup kitchen. i don’t know how adam lives with her. unless he’s equally as insufferable. he doesn’t seem like that much of a catch so maybe they deserve eachother

She needs to go back to work. She can still do YouTube but working a regular job grounds her in reality. Maybe she could find something that requires less travel than her previous positions but still challenges her and gets her out of the house. Enough decorating for every holiday and season with faux plants and cleaning likes crazy person 24/7 and do something meaningful.

She is driven and motivated but directing it at the wrong place.

Her house is not spotless. Have you ever seen the close ups? When she deep cleaned her dishwasher and I think dryer I think it was, always so nasty. Plus she has showed herself hosing the shower and there is black sludge water

I'm a HUGE Disney fan. I live in FL, and we have year passes, so we go ALL the damn time. It's my happy place. I don't know exactly why she goes, but for her family...knowing the prices of everything...if she was going to go on 1 trip for more that 4-ish days, then it would be cost effective to just buy annual passes. You get so many perks for having them. So, I'm assuming she probably did that and either it will eventually end and she won't renew, or she'll just keep renewing (because you get a discount for that as well). I do typically buy Disney shirts through out the year when they go on clearance for us. We take A LOT of family photos there that end up on our wall. So I like to have 1 outfit that coordinates well for that. FYI, that's only for the longer trips we take there. Many times we are just driving there for the day since we are so close. And, there was one time that I couldn't quite remember what my son had worn on a day we were there. We didn't lose him, but he had gone off with my mom and since I didn't know what she was wearing either it was difficult trying to find them in the crowd. I definitely try to "theme" us in our clothes when we go now so that way I can better remember what everyone's wearing. I tend to do it fairly similar to the way she does it, but she is so much more...exact (??? i don't think that's the right word) than I am. She definitely goes over the top for her Disney trips and stuff. But I'm sure I would too if I had the time, money, and if I was a youtuber that could make it into content and earn money. LOL. But I'm crazy about Disney....so I'm sure she's at least a little crazy too. LOL. My family doesn't get why we go so often. Most of my friends don't get it either. So I really understand why you don't get it too. Most people don't.

Also, I have been without the kids too. And it's totally adult! You do completely different things there without the kids. I spent my honeymoon there even!

I would love to experience Disney with my little. What I don't understand is having four-year-olds who have been to Disney more times than they can count!
Crazy thing is, I think all these Disney trips are just as much about cONteNt as it is about the experience, but most moms can't relate to 3-4 Disney trips per year for kids barely out of diapers. I stopped watching/clicking on Dinsey posts a long time ago.
I think it's an entirely different story for families who live in CA/FL with season passes who can get to Disney with a 45 car ride.

Yeah, I don't get it either. How can they even afford so many trips? They're on vacation every other month it seems. We all know Adam isn't working. It would be a shame if that's how she's spending her dad's inheritance.
