To piggy back on this. Her "full time job" consists of filming and editing one, maaaaaayyybe two videos a week. She said the other day it took 12 hours to film and a couple hours to edit (let's say 15 hours per video if this is the norm, which I doubt it is). At two videos a week that's 30 hours. That's not even what my job considers part time hours. Throw in the fact that half of her videos are her cleaning her house and Bob's your uncle. She's LITERALLY getting paid to do what most moms have to do ON TOP OF a full time (40-80 hours a week) job. The rest of her time is spent filtering comments and reading here.

I really like how other Christians are calling her out on her fake Christianity. Especially since it’s all about finding who you are and this video perfectly illustrates how out of touch Elle is, with not only herself, but reality. I wonder how long until these are deleted or responded to. Although I highly doubt the latter.

So she totally stole her newest video idea from someone else (did we honestly expect anything different?).
This excerpt is from a book called "Starving Your Anxiety Gremlin". I only shared a small part as it is copyrighted but note how the language is pretty much exactly as she says it. It's called plagiarism Elle. You can't just use other people's ideas to fit your new channel direction. And if you do don't just Google something anyone else can and use one of the top search results or you're going to be called out.

I feel like this has always been a hot button issue on her channel. I remember when she praised a store for their change rooms (I think they were gender-neutral or something) and she got a lot of push back from Christian viewers. Also, I think it was in an 'assumptions about me' video, she said something about not being Christian in the traditional way... I think she clarified that by saying she does not practice/fully participate in the establishment or institutionalized form of the religion but has a more bible-based Jesus as a loving rebel view.

My guess is that she initially saw the Bonnie Hoellin/EllieandJared popularity and thought maybe she could appeal to that audience.
She constantly tries to appeal to everybody which sadly usually leads to being appealing to NOBODY.

Very good point! Normally she would have been milking (pun intended lol) her breast feeding journey with her precious Blankette. My guess is she ended up struggling and all the money she spent on equipment and sessions didn’t help.

I know Elle’s sister in law (Dan’s brother’s wife) a little and she has pretty strict rules surrounding her children and internet.
If Dan and Elle are going through something where he has requested the kids be pulled off the Internet I wouldn’t be surprised if it was at the recommendation of his sister in law. Especially after that whole pedophile YouTube thing.

She probably cane down hard on them for that. This is assuming they have any kind of relationship. Speaking of, Dan’s sister in law was Elle’s midwife in the Cohen video so maybe it was her asking the video to be taken down.

My gut tells me there’s a strained relationship there. His sister in law is a take no shit type with six children. She’s not the kind who’s all about hair dye and expensive clothes. She’s down to earth. A hard worker. A good mom. You know....I don’t have to point out the obvious.

I agree with Elle no mom should feel guilty about self care. Elle seems to forget though that quiet time, a bath, a workout, coffee date with a friend, going on date nights is also self care. Not just facials or spa trips! All we see from Elle's IG and YouTube is Elle doing self care! I hope that she lets her husband get some me time as well. And when do the kids get playtime other than their sparse toy room? Do they even go out on the weekends? Even when she was vlogging I barely saw Elle take her kids anywhere other than an occasional park trip in the summer.
