I think they’re totally looking in to selling but they need to realize that is only surface level happiness. They have a perfectly fine house, they live in the suburbs of Salt Lake City, close to the college, their kids have a good school, good friends and relationships with their neighborhood. It’s very selfish to want to move to fulfill her Pinterest fantasies.

Yeah not a fan. They should have done something with a light gray tone or white with gray marbling to give contrast.

Gee mindy, maybe there’s not a lot of gold hardware available because stainless is in and everyone has enough sense to match their handles to their appliances?

Also we still haven’t seen the new huge unnecessary rug put into the living room imagine how washed out the whole top floor will be if she puts that back with the all white kitchen. Will definitely need sunglasses just to walk through.

Entirely way to white and bright! I would have put a checkered back splash in. I'll stick with my Amish made cherry cabinets and light green counter tops thank you very much, lol.

And I bet those Amish made cabinets will be there long after you're gone too. That's craftsmanship.
I can't believe the stuff Mindy keeps showing in her instastories about the house falling apart. Was it just shoddy workmanship all around? And Branden was SO proud of himself over "fixing" the closet door handle. I think he just tightened a screw. Wow. Betting Mindy's dad just shakes his head at how helpless Branden is.

Those Amish cabinets are gorgeous on both the outside and the inside. I love them. I got them cheaper then what they charge at Home Depot and the quality of them compared to the ones that a place like Home Depot has there is no comparison.

I'm surprised they're remodelling Madi's room again... they only did that a year ago and she spends about two weeks there total a year... I wondering if they're expecting/hoping she might live with them if she gets into BYU... or that she'll stay with them during breaks instead of going back to CA?

The only reasons I can see to put in a closet is resale value to sell the place or Madi coming to live there during college and needing a closet. There is no need for one for the couple weeks a year she spends with them.

I think they should have had her room done from the minute they moved in. She made sure hazels room was done when they moved in and the boys all had decorated and well thought out rooms.

Resell value so it has more appeal as a guest room, because they finished the bathroom last year. So now it’s a complete guest space along with the wet bar in the theater.

Mindy thinks getting her ring rhodium plated makes it less dull and “you forget how pretty it is when it’s dull and full of lotion”. Uh, the rhodium plating isn’t what makes it less full of lotion. CLEANING IT will do the job too. I clean mine and it’ll sparkle like crazy. She should maybe try it sometime.
