I suspect that the house is being sold. I imagine that’s a massive catalyst behind her “minimizing” and cleaning. She’s actually preparing it for the market and decided to kill two birds with one stone. Prep for market and also make YouTube content. I wonder if it will even hit the market or if it’ll sell before it goes live. Real estate is hot there

I found her house on Google. If it is being sold it should show up on some real estate websites once it is for sale and sold. I searched her on FB marketplace and it does seem the ugly wallpaper in her office is gone!! That's a huge clue, if now she also takes down the hideous wallpaper from the kitchen as well we will have our answer lol.

What street is her house on? I checked the MLS, but it’s hard to narrow down.

So let's break this down. They did the awful "throwing out half of my husband's clothes" video on Septmeber 17th. Then she did the "end of an era" video on November 12th, after a week off. I'm thinking making him going through his clothes and making him uncomfortable going through Pinterest pushed him over the edge and he served her with papers. Hence the week off and video content in November. At least that's how I like to think it happened. If it really was Elle that filed then she's a bigger idiot than any of us even realized, and that saying something.

I think it was Dan and I suspect his family encouraged him/gave them their blessing for him to go ahead with the separation.

I also think the excessive spending broke the camels back. If that was something we were able to observe as people watching curated content, imagine what it must have felt like for Dan to see all his money flushed away. Remember when blanket was still in her stomach and she was spending like crazy on all new top of the line baby gear?

Also as someone who struggled with secondary infertility, it really bothers me that Elle was successful in procreating even though her marriage is about to break up.

When they were doing IUI Dan was against doing the procedure on the month it was the wrong side tube because he said he didn’t want to waste $500. Oh Dan, if only you knew how easily your wife could make 500 dollars disappear.

And I feel kind of bad for Elle because I believe she’s voiced a fear of being left. And here she goes again. Although, this time seems to be of her own making.

I wonder how she’ll survive on lesser means. Especially after how extravagantly she’s lived the last year.

Remember when tragedy happened to a fellow YouTuber she post a sad photo of herself. This really turned off. I think someone posted that pic of her yesterday.

That picture is the most disgusting thing she has ever posted. Worse than Dog Bit My Baby, and worse than It Could Have Been Me.

Her friend/fellow YouTuber had miscarried at 16 weeks after years of infertility. Elle posted that ultra-posed photo, therefore making it all about herself...and then announced her own pregnancy THE VERY NEXT DAY. She then proceeded to shove her pregnancy down everyone’s throats for the next 9 months solid.

I actually hadn’t seen the Dans clothes video and I just watched it. Ew. She says she’s going to give up control and let dan pick his own style. And then she proceeds to curate a Pinterest board for him. She doesn’t even let him scroll and then she fucking TELLS HIM what his style is. I can’t with her.

I have never encouraged my husband to part with his belongings. I mean, I’ve told him I don’t like certain pieces, but he likes them, so he still wears them! He has pieces of mine he has voiced a negative opinion of as well, but I still wear them. And guess what, we are surviving and our marriage is thriving! Big shocker Elle, you can live harmoniously and disagree about things. She clearly doesn’t understand this. Wow.

Yes it's really shocking she didn't block and delete that, and Newsflash Elle it's not just us being bullies by talking about your divorce.clearly other people and even your loyal followers can see it too, the whole vibe is strange and that video looked really sad and lonely I actually felt bad for her because she seemed so sad.... And her claiming Dan wanted new clothes and the style upgrade or whatever was so hard to watch. She didn't even let him do the scrolling. You could tell her really could not care less about what he wears and now she says his clothes are none of her business? Hmmm something is up for sure. I just wish she would come clean because the way things are right now are awkward and uncomfortable to watch.

My thing is that one of those shirts she was practically beggin him to throw out in that video was the one SHE STYLED FOR HIM to wear to the flop of 100k subscriber party not 1 year before. It's the one with the trippy circle on it. It just shows how wasteful and "with the times" she feels she needs to be.

Sorry double post. But could it also be that Elle's selling like a mad woman to get rid of debt? Most likely forced upon her by Dan who had enough of her lavishness (wishful thinking). She could be doing Dave Ramsey's baby steps but is just to proud to admit it publicly. Just saw similarities with Cullen and Katie who just sold pretty much everything they can sell just to get up to date with their bills.

Oh no but wait she just leased a new car, nevermind.

I honestly think she’s selling everything to prepare for a move. But it wouldn’t surprise me if she is also selling to pay down her credit card now that Dan isn’t around to cover that bill. You know what's kind of pissing me off tonight? In all the vlogs where they take family walks, family adventures, they go to the park that is LITERALLY FIVE HOUSES AWAY! During the week, a quick morning trip whatever, close is best. But in the rare occasion that all of them get to go (including Dan), pack a picnic and venture to a new one. For goodness sake I count at least 7 within 1km of their house. Free, exercise, fun! I bet they have to stay close because after the footage has been recorded she's got to rush home to get it uploaded to YouTube. Funny, we haven't seen many of those lately. And most of the old vlogs have been deleted. I wonder why...

Top theories I’m entertaining:

- Elle left Dan, realized her channel is a failure and is quickly selling whatever she can to maintain her Instagram status as “relatable yet better than you mom who gets facials and does self care”

- Dan, tired of Elle’s bullying, left Elle and now she is scrambling to keep up her appearances with no man to leach from.

- Dan and Elle are together but broke AF. Elle is struggling with some severe shopping addictions that she won’t admit to, and is selling things to appease Dan and make it look like she’s “trying”

I hope someone set a realtor/Zillow alert for her area so we know as soon as the house hits the market

I mean really... we don’t know for certain they are divorcing. I know I’ve mentioned her a million times but jen Ross wore her wedding set right up until the announcement video. She’s still wearing her 10yr band.

Although it might be a little strange considering she’s never really worn her set much. It’s like she’s trying to prove something.

Today's Video: Filler because she doesn't want to show an empty house tour that I'm 99% sure was filmed weeks ago and she makes it a point to both wear her wedding rings AND make reference to Dan multiple times.

Also, I call BS on that little bag of garbage for a week. Doesn't she have a baby that uses disposable diapers? And she made a big stink about not using cloth because that's icky. So right off the bat take this video as a big fat lie.

Zero waste video. 30 minutes of snoozetown.

But Dan is there (she talks to him off camera) and she makes many mentions of him eating certain foods or them being a “family of five”

She shops at Whole Foods and gets Lululemon leggings in the mail. Mentions getting a new tripod. All this $$ just blown, yet she’s on fb marketplace. Maybe she’s doing fb sales for some upcoming video “how to be zero waste when upgrading your house”

On the zero waste front, I actually agree with her speech at the end about how zero waste isn’t attainable for all families (low income/fixed income, rural communities, etc) BUT... she she loops herself into that group because she’s got “such a big family” and “lives so far from Toronto” and “zero waste stores are the same or more expensive”. I don’t expect anyone to live perfectly zero waste, it’s NOT realistic. But she has the means to try and she just blows through excuses.


- She can shop at Whole Foods for makeup products, cereal, etc but can’t stop their bulk section for groceries?

- Can drive to iNfLuEnCeR events in Toronto but can’t drive there to pick up sustainable groceries?

- She will invest in “expensive but worth the price” leggings from lululemon but not pay more for sustainable groceries?


I’m also thinking her pantry video she’s getting rid of the Oxo containers to replace with glass jars to be more SUSTAINABLE.

Elle is so full of shit.... I google mapped her house to the nearest Bulk Barn (a store in Canada where you take refillable containers).... 11 min drive!

WTF is she talking about having to drive 45 mins to purchase food using eco friendly means?!?

And lord help me if she doesn’t stop touching her fucking hair when she’s talking to the camera....!
