Re: The Lindquists: unravELLEing | Part 3
Why is she so obsessed with having a thigh gap? Even in that photo she is bowing her legs. It annoys me so much. Even her legs can't be "authentic"!!!
Re: The Lindquists: unravELLEing | Part 3
Ok, I was expecting a home tour today, not this garbage video.
You guys, I am starting to think Dan left Elle. I think that’s why she still refers to herself as “wife”, I think that’s why she’s still wearing her wedding ring, and I think that’s why she’s on such a “self growth” Journey. I think Dan left her and told her she needed to shape up, so she’s still clinging to her wedding ring, marital title, etc. She’s hoping this will blow over and she can resume normal life with none of us being any wiser.
But Dans voice made an appearance! 2:34 in the video. At first I thought, perhaps he was there visiting the kids for the weekend and she used that opportunity to shop so he could be alone? I also noted She wasn’t wearing her ring at that point, maybe so dan wouldn’t feel weird? But then I noticed this was filmed prior to her pantry clean out:
It was also filmed before she threw away all her junk because she mentions having bought the new tripod a day before and the new tripod was in Her junk video. I think this one went up to throw us off our scent! The part where she asks Cohen if it was daddy who threw that cereal insert away.... how awkward. Like your 4 year old would know. He gives her a blank stare and she takes it as a yes
Also this ridiculous response: There is no way! I did cloth diapers, it’s not gross, and it’s significantly less waste. Does she think the water consumption is what’s wasted? Elle, trade your daily bath for cloth diapers for two years... you’ll offset the water consumption drastically As previously mentioned. Elle will use any excuse she sees fit to make sure her life can’t be adjusted. Zero sacrifice for queen Elle.

Re: money.
Elle’s update on her dog mentioned her going for an MRI. My dog was going to get an MRI and we were quoted $3000-4000 for one. And even if Dan gets a discount he’ll still have to pay for something. We never ended up doing the MrI because our little guy was in so much pain we couldn’t wait two days for the appointment. Even on pain killers he was crying in pain so we put him down
Maybe she’s selling to pay for
Vet bills?

Re: The Lindquists: unravELLEing | Part 3
Lol at the comments section of her video today low key calling her out on bulk barn/bulk section and the diapers situation. I used cloth diapers until my set were too small for my youngest. Saved us so much money!
I think Elle only focuses on the trendy "ethical" practices and completely rights off old regular Bulk Barn or even the bulk section at Walmart or any grocery stores. I seriously do not know anyone who regularly shops at Whole Foods and Longo's unless they live in the downtown rich area. Even the people I know who are extremely wealthy just shops at Metro or Sobey's.
Also, are her kids only on a cereal and granola bar diet? How many kinds of cereal do they need? I just buy a big one from Costco one at a time. Less food packaging waste that way!
Oh and I laughed so hard at Elle getting special milk only for herself and baking a separate special loaf just for her. Dan and the kids get to share the other one.

Re: The Lindquists: unravELLEing | Part 3
Elle listed the watch her dad gave her for graduating university up on posh mark for $100. I remember it specifically and when she mentioned it in another video years ago (how much she loved it, what it meant to her and how happy she was she’d found it misplaced in her closet)
Is she that hard up for money, or just not sentimental at all?

From what you guys have posted here she is selling items ...used items at absurdly high prices. So I decided to look at Poshmark... I do not know how Elle claims to be familiar with thrifting, yet is so out of touch with what used items generally sell for...whether on ebay or local thrift stores. I know that used jeans (whether Citizens, AG, Hudson, J Brand, DL1961... whatever) are usually priced at $15-50; hell, I regularly find these types of premium brand denim on retail clearance racks (NEW) for under $50... I wonder if she is just hoping she has fans that will purchase the items as 'celebrity collectibles'.
Re: The Lindquists: unravELLEing | Part 3
I agree. Her asking prices are astronomical. She is so clearly out of touch with reality. I pay less, for the same type and caliber of items, brand new.

Re: The Lindquists: unravELLEing | Part 3
When you search and see things on Marketplace they start showing you comparable items in the area searched. There is NO WAY she's going to get anywhere near the prices she has listed. Comparable prices include:
- A Mamaroo that looks better than hers for $99
- A Jolly Jumper for $20
- Numerous comparable used cell phones for $50
- Skip Hop bouncers from $10
That's just to start. Homegirl is delusional.

Old navy used shorts for $15. Girl when they are on sale + coupon you can get them NEW for that!

Re: The Lindquists: unravELLEing | Part 3
Not a single item on her Facebook marketplace has sold. And a few Poshmark items have already been reduced. You’d think she would search these sites for comparables to see what she should ask. She’s completely out to lunch
Re: The Lindquists: unravELLEing | Part 3
Double post, but on last weeks video, she said that she was posting the home tour this week. So if she makes Thursday’s video a pantry overhaul, I’d say it’s confirmed she realized too much would be revealed about her and Dan during the home tour

Re: The Lindquists: unravELLEing | Part 3
Apparently it's OK that she doesn't cloth diaper, she puts her *Pampers Pure* disposables in the green bin (an organic waste bin for those of you not in Ontario).
Elle, sweetie, here's why that's a load of crap.
The idea behind the green bin is so that when they take the trucks to the landfill they can layer regular garbage with organic garbage and this encourages breakdown faster, better for the landfill, ect.
I live in Southern Ontario (not too far from Elle actually) and I used to use my green bin religiously. One day when I was home I watched my garbage man pour my regular garbage into the truck, then the green bin right on top. We had a 20 minute discussion after I asked him why they didn't separate them as I thought they did and he told me that the trucks and infrastructure was not in place for that and their standard of practice is to dump them all in together. Furthermore it would be YEARS before they'd have it in place to be able to separate them, if ever.
So Elle, when you tout on about using the green bin for your fancy disposable diapers you're really just sending them to the same landfill as the rest of your piddly, lying, pathetic little bag of *mostly Dan and the boys'* garbage.

Hahahaha, *mostly dan and the boys garbage*. That’s SO true! I like how she will throw her entire family under the bus but won’t take the wrap for the diapers.

I never knew that! I used to live in Toronto and I was always wondering how that worked.JustAMereMuggle wrote: ↑Tue Jan 28, 2020 5:12 pm Apparently it's OK that she doesn't cloth diaper, she puts her *Pampers Pure* disposables in the green bin (an organic waste bin for those of you not in Ontario).

Can someone with a throw away account please comment and let Elle know this?! She's acting all sanctimonious as if her sponsored and gifted Pampers "Pure" along with Blankette's girl poop will fertilize organic sustainable herb and vegetable gardens that will feed orphanages in Africa.

Re: The Lindquists: unravELLEing | Part 3
Elle is so boring lately. She doesn’t post decent content to YouTube, and she puts next to nothing on instastories. Then she has the audacity to complain that her channel isn’t doing well. It’s because you’re a snore fest Elle. Give us something good. Spill the beans on you and Dan already!
Her google nest hub is up for sale now. And her dollar store bins are marked down to $1.... wtf. JUST DONATE THEM!

Hahahaha. She’s obscene. Would she pay $10 below new for someone else’s old stuff? If the answer is no, that means no one will pay that for her stuff. She’s out of control.
