This house was an obvious “flip” if you look at the listing and the previous buy/sold history you can tell that it was bought for a much lower price and flipped within a year. Not always the smartest move if the housing market bottoms out and the house “outprices” the neighborhood.

I tried to watch the video and it’s so echoey I cant hear anything and got annoyed. The one thing I did notice was at one point you see Hampton run by a window outside. Both adults are inside, so who is watching him? Pretty sure Evie was also in the house when they showed it.
I came to comment about the echo. I don't know a lot about vlogging, but if they're going to be spending a lot of time filming in the house, I'd hope they're able to find a way to reduce or eliminate that echo. Otherwise, it's going to get very annoying.
I like the house overall, but I'm not a fan of the giant ceiling in the living room. Maybe I'll change my mind once it's furnished, but I'm not feeling it for now.

I think a lot of the echo was from the house being completely empty. It also wasn’t as bad when she was holding the camera herself and not when Daniel was filming her, so they might not have an exterior mic on it. Maybe they usually do. I just hope with furniture it stops. I’m surprised they haven’t been posting more today with how things are going with moving in etc

The echo is probably due to the high ceilings and lack of furniture, window coverings, wall art, etc... once they do all that the echo should be gone... hopefully.

The house does look better in the video than in the pictures, in those pictures... it was not my cup of tea. One thing I don't like, is the closets though... I just would really wanna be able to shut the door/s, so if I didn't feel like folding things one day... I don't have to look at it. haha.
I forgot to add this to my earlier post... Kendall was talking about the master bedroom, and how they can open the whole sliding glass door to the outside patio, and she said "in the winter, we don't have to worry about bugs in south Florida" Is she serious?? Mosquitoes are nearly year round here... I hope they will be investing in some citronella.. or they'll be eaten up out there.

The most I’ve heard her mention is getting rid of some of the light fixtures (which don’t blame her there bc some of them are weird lol) and then getting stuff to put in the closets to help keep it organized. I would HATE my closets to be open like that, especially with kids.

I don’t think they were UPgrades exactly. More like changes. She wants to change light fittings and paint a bedroom a different color.
The house is really nice. I would love to own a modern bright house like that and I’d especially love palm trees and a pool in my garden. But I would hate those open closets. They would force me to color coordinate everything that’s hanging or stacked. I would like to be able close off the closet spaces
I honestly can't even hate watch this family! I was on IG last night and was looking at Brinley's account. I know it's been mentioned here before about how bad her teeth are and...holy crap! They are BAD!! Sad thing is, she knows this and is self conscious about it. Almost all of her recent pictures, she smiles without showing her teeth Brin is a beautiful girl and it sucks that she has parents that would rather buy 700K houses and $600 shoes than take her to the dentist to get her mouth fixed! She's old enough for braces, they clearly can afford it! What shit parents these two are!

I agree. I hope they are just giving her mouth a few years to grow before doing the work she needs. Her teeth aren’t that crooked. Braces won’t really fix her issues. She Is either genetically missing two teeth, or her lateral incisors are really small. She would benefit from a 2-4 veneers. They should cover her laterals and cuspids.

She just turned 12 so I would think they could do something! I noticed that about her incisors, she barely has those teeth! I know she has some sort of metabolic issue and that could be contributing to it. Again, I can't even watch their vlogs...have they ever showed them going to a dentist? If she is at least under the care of a dentist and they are waiting, then fine. My daughter just turned 11 and her dentist confirmed she is not looking like she will need any orthodontic treatment so I don't know a lot about this but it's clear that Brin will need some intervention!
Right off the bat I can see Kendal needs the help of a decorator. Those cabinets look pitiful. She has 4 shelves in each set of cabinets and she has decorated 2 in each. You cant even see the design on plates she put in there. She could have just bought plain white plates, if she wasn’t gonna stand them up and display them. That bar will always be a train wreck like it has been in ever other house they have lived in.
I have absolutely zero sympathy for the cat situation. I mean how stupid do you have to be to send money to a breeder online? So much drama with this one!!

Of course the kids thought they were pranking them at first. I felt bad for Brinley. Not her fault her parents are idiots. I hope when/if they do get a cat that they don't get rid of it once it starts puking on the carpet and scratching the furniture. The Riches seem to think animals are disposable if they aren't perfectly behaved.

I also hope they don't get it declawed... there are so many things you can do to keep a cat from clawing on furniture, but declawing a cat, takes away it's defenses, if it ever escapes. And I REALLY hope, they are smart enough to keep it indoors. Too many things can happen to an animal, especially a domesticated cat, outdoors.

I hope they keep the cat away from the guinea pigs or that could turn out poorly....or did they get rid of the guineas when they moved? They haven’t shown them.
