The only thing I could think was to bring in views because she put in the description any money made off that video was going to her family, and because she’s so close to Amanda and her mom I see that happening. I don’t think she made a huge dramatic video like she normally does, yeah she clickbaited it but MAYBE it was to help them money wise. Idk just trying to give her the benefit of the doubt lol

I feel like it will be hard not to talk about it. My family was struck by something similar that resulted in sudden death. It affected almost every aspect of our lives so idk how she could skip past it.

I knew Jesss would do a lot of things for views but seriously exploiting someone’s death for views. I could understand the text at the end but all the news clips, the thumbnail and title were all to draw in views and make Jesss money. She’s also got links in the description for people to donate, I doubt Jesss will be giving ad revenue from the video to her family who were effected.

I remember when my aunt died, so many people were posting on social media how they missed her and continue to do on anniversaries. Yet they didn’t send even a text to my cousins supporting them, my cousin is still upset to this day as she feels people exploited her mums death for a couple of likes. I just can’t believe how much Jesss is exploiting the death of someone while she can see her family suffering and grieving.

Other than the clickbait title/thumbnail... I think she handled the situation better than most vloggers would’ve... a lot better than we expected her to.
If she were to ignore it or leave it at “there was a family emergency” or something, people would be digging or starting rumors.. obviously we knew what happened thanks to social media, but people who didn’t realize the vlog was behind- or who watch it out of relevance, wouldn’t.

She didn’t make some dramatic cringe video of herself crying, story time, she didn’t drag on about it, play victim and if she actually sticks to not mentioning it, then I think she handled it appropriately. She was damned regardless of how she posted it. I think posting clips of what was already posted on news outlets was probably the best way she could’ve brought up the situation.

I agree. Jesss is full of money, maybe she should have offered to pay for the funeral or something, it would have been a better clickbait that makes her

I’d agree if it was her immediate family that passed away, but it was her mum’s sister’s mother-in-law. Sure, she’s close to her cousin and her aunt was hurt, but I don’t think it’ll impact her daily life. Plus, Jessica is selfish to begin with

Her grammy is terminally ill and family members died and got injured in accidents, yet the only thing she posts about is how happy she is about her new home to be. The only time she adresses the accident is to start another go fund me and rake in adsense, with the promise of money going to the right places. How about you scratch adsense and find some sponsor for save driving and give that money to your family? Or how about you scratch that no-good companies building of a home, that's smaller than your current one and give that money to your family? She's swimming in money, yet she keeps trying these trick with money from her followers.

Even shortly after her grammys diagnosis and her scummy go fund me trick, she posted something cryptic about looking out for people who are happy when you're happy. She really has no sense of her surroundings and a weird way of dealing with problems of others, even if they should concern her.

Like so many others- the title and thumbnail were gross but the video wasn’t as bad as I expected. BUT I don’t believe for one minute that this is the last we will hear of it. She spent almost the entirety of at least the week following the incident going back and forth to be with family- so is she just going to skip past all that and pick back up in current time? Hell no.. she will skirt around it to gain attention.

It was Mimi’s sisters husbands mom that died. No kids died that I’m aware of. And I think she gave an interview but I’ve never seen any of it, and she didn’t include it in her video.

I really think that side of the family told her that they do not want any of their private matters on her channel. Otherwise I’m sure we would have seen story after story of the funeral and stuff on her IG. The only clips she shows on her video are public domain.... stuff that’s already out there. She just couldn’t resist. Maybe she made a deal with the family: donate Adsense in exchange for being okay with her posting what she did.
