Aaryn Williams: She’s got a new Ranchette and a whole lotta debt! | Part #41
Re: Aaryn Williams: She’s got a new Ranchette and a whole lotta debt! | Part #41
It might not look super pretty, but I think she should push both beds into opposite corners of the room (the corners without the door or closet), and then put the dressers next to each bed. That would give a lot more room in the middle and would be easier to walk through

Her impulse shopping strikes again
Those two full beds look sooooo bad, and are completely impractical when sharing a room.
I have second hand embarrassment for her and her complete lack of foresight and taste
Her Pinterest shows she Cleary wants them to have this big "princess" room, with like a swing in it??
What happens when Adeline doesn't give a rip about princess shit in a couple years but has to share that god awful room with her obnoxious sister

If she planned to paint & redo the floors they would have 100% stayed in the rental a bit longer & had it done. Or at least have everything moved into that big ass barn and lived sparingly until it was done. Did they even deep clean those thick carpets in the rooms before they moved in? Gross! Now Nick is busy building two huge Princess beds right on top of it....They are definitely showing their lack of maturity & experience right now. Super impatient!
Seriously - my first thought was if the house has been deep cleaned before moving in. When she went on IG getting in the tub, I cringed at the thought of it not being thoroughly cleaned. But, I'm the asshole that wears flip flops in hotel showers.

Honey no. That comment is ignorant. Everyone who has served earns that right. Army, NG, Marines, AF, etc. of course he didnt go by choice, I mean most dont have a say. Fun fact, were you aware that most NG see more combat than active duty? Did you know Nick was a sniper?Rima wrote:Nick was in the national guard part time. The only reason he gets veteran status and benefits is because he was deployed to Afghanistan(not by choice) for 7 months. If you are going to give someone a pass for their military service, Adam would be more deserving of it but I never see someone commending him for serving, only Nick.

If my dishwasher looked like that from someone else’s filth I would probably break it too, hah. Kidding, Im poor. Id toss a bowl of vinegar and then after the cycle is done give her a good scrub.MiloandMax1 wrote:Was the dishwasher gross just because of the water? She probably broke it herself just for an excuse to buy a new one

I am still DYING to know about that Amelia trip.
Psycho Mom and Tweaker Tara treated Krista like she wasn't wanted - if you read between the lines.

I mean come on you have two racists, a woman
of color, and then Liza who is an Aaryn stan. It
was doomed before it began.

Did she ever say why they moved from that beautiful house to the new place? I don’t keep up with her much but watches the house tour and was a little shocked.

Speaking of Krista, I saw this on her insta stories a few days ago, and immediately thought of it being directed at Aaryn.

They turned her crib into a toddler bed, now she has a big girl bed ...
What else is there to do?

So no gutters apparently since they are been installed today - I seriously wonder if they really paid 700k.
That house is missing so much, water softener, shutters, new painted concrete and walls (with all the marks there is no way not to paint) and so one.
How does the deed work in the US? Is if for the amount they paid or the loan they took out. If its the loan, could they use some of if after closing to renovate the place?

Seems like whoever built that house took A LOT of shortcuts No gutters, stained concrete floors, stacked cabinets, no water softener

Its possible they had money for a down payment but since VA loan you don't need any down they are using that for renovations. Tara and Adam did that to use the $ to furnish their house.
The way she worded the gutters it does sound like they are paying for them but I know when we looked at houses there were several sellers that gave a certain amount of $ to do things in their listings.

No you cannot use mortgage money to do any renovations on the house. In the US different loans have different interest rates so the money can only be used for specific purposes. A personal/credit card interest rate starts around 12-14% and a mortgage/car is around 3-4%. You cannot use mortgage or car loan money on anything else other than that specific item. Otherwise no one would take out personal loans or credit card debt. The amount on the deed is what they paid for their house and it includes nothing else.schnapperin wrote: ↑Wed Feb 05, 2020 8:02 am So no gutters apparently since they are been installed today - I seriously wonder if they really paid 700k.

Thanks! Totally different then in Europe then since we can use the property as security for a cheaper loan and usually a mortgage also can include renovations (or even paint, floors and kitchen etc)Cerie44 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 05, 2020 8:13 am No you cannot use mortgage money to do any renovations on the house. We have that in the US. It’s called a home equity line. You can take one out if you have equity in your house to do repairs. It’s just not a very smart way to do things. You end up losing a lot of equity in your house unless you pay it off quick. You go to sell and if you still have that equity line your going to lose a lot of profit.schnapperin wrote:Thanks! You absolutely can get a mortgage that includes reno costs. We looked into this option when we first started house hunting before deciding to build new. It’s not impossible that they did something like this. However, you have to have spectacular credit to be approved for a mortgage like that so if all the speculation about them living on credit is true, idk what the chances are they’d get approved for that. They may just be racking up the credit card debt to do it all.Cerie44 wrote:No you cannot use mortgage money to do any renovations on the house.
