Guys have you seen some of these utube families have. Must pay well. Check out Madison Bontempo. Huge house the type a football star would buy or movie star. And yes 3 girls and a boy on the way. That house is over the top. I just get over how lavish lives these people have on utube.

One thing about madison & her husband is outside income. They have been on soaps, both Madison and the twins and Kyler does music.

Yep. Or they could be using credit cards, which is ridiculous. It’s so hard to climb out of credit card debt when it’s a high limit and it’s maxed out. We actually used a credit card to buy things (furniture, etc) for our house after we built it. That was 20 years ago. We paid it off in about 18 months (scraping and saving) and vowed to never do that again. Now if we want something for the house we save the money and outright buy it. Our credit cards are for emergencies.

I know some cases the seller would pay for some things that come up on the inspection. My sister had it done but I can’t remember how it worked exactly. Just a thought maybe someone on here is more knowledgeable on that bc it’s surely not me lol

With the land it makes totally sense to get a vehicle to be able to drive into the woods and get some work done.

So the credit score can‘t be too bad if they still get a loan on that or they used all their equity for the add ons? (But I can also see it as a deal with the sellers - but as far I saw it somewhere else somethings like the gutters would maybe need to be fixed before closing?)

But can I be honest? Its nice to see thats she‘s honest that she is struggling with that kind of basic shopping. Maybe someone should point out the millions of DIY Videos to fix broken things like a dishwasher or how to install certain appliances, painting or doing the floors
