I have to admit I've done that a couple of times with Furniture I bought unassembled that I didn't pay store charge for. I paid cash to the delivery guy(s) to do it for me. I didn't want to wait either.

I can't fault her for thinking that.

The amount of alcohol that actually gets into your breast milk is minuscule. There’s also alcohol in orange juice. A legally intoxicated mom’s breast milk has the same ABV as orange juice.

Her stories today rambling about the dishwasher. Imagine if this SAHM had to wash dishes by hand for 3 days. Oh the horror!!

Lol borrowing more money to buy a golf cart for The Land. I love watching these two morons spend money that they don’t have. Also good on the previous owners for building the cheapest house possible and flipping it. I especially love the sappy fake ass letter they wrote that Aryan ate up about how they’re so sad to leave the gutter less, appliances missing home with poop floors. For all we know, they didn’t even live in it. Maybe rented it out to the manure scoopers that worked on their other land.

If she has a septic and not a traditional sewer you aren’t supposed to use a garbage disposal.

Well she ordered one to be installed so I don't know what you're trying to say? are you arguing with what I wrote again? Or are you saying Aaryn is wrong for having one installed?

I was disturbed by the way Skyla yelled at Adeline, and here's why...the other day I noticed Skyla freaking out because Adeline wouldn't pose for a picture Aaryn was taking. I think it's quite possible that Skyla was yelling at Adeline today because she was whining and disrupting the video Aaryn was taking. If so, that's ridiculous. Even if it's for another reason, Aaryn needs to nip that behavior in the bud.

This house just gets worse and worse. It’s like a money pit now. Imagine all the other things that will be falling apart. It was built in 2015 for fucks sake. My dishwasher has been rocking out for the 12 years I’ve lived in one spot and it was here when we bought the place!
I’m sure she is also annoyed that their giant refrigerator doesn’t have a water/ice dispenser. Skyla even brought that one up. Enjoy that monstrosity of a water filter on your counter.
I’d imagine that they may have gotten a few grand back from the deposit in their rental (barring any damages) but that’s not enough to cover all the manic purchases they are making right now.
I guarantee she will somehow return those huge beds she crammed into the girls shared room. She has no idea how annoying it will be for the girls to share a room. Especially if one of them is sick or has insomnia. Or they just stay up and fight (like my kids do)
Also notice that when she said that the Lowe’s guys had to come back to do the dishwasher pickup, she said they have to come ALL THE WAY out here again. Yup. Living in BFE sucks girl. But you do you boo!

I really wonder if they had $ saved somehow but since the seller helped them out they didn't need it (the VA loan is 0 down - this is how Tara furnished her house when they moved). So that's the $ they are spending.

Even if I lived in town I would be annoyed to be inconvenienced and wait on the guys to pick up the dishwasher another tine. I have never had an issue with anything being unhooked by the delivery person to haul away and you pay to have it hauled away.

I also love how she said she wasn't throwing shade at the sellers for the dishwasher breaking. But considering they had moved out of course it hasn't been used in awhile however long that was. She knows that.

Can't wait to hear about the disposal installation since she isn't getting a new one to replace an old one. That's why she showed under the sink. Were the correct wires, outlet and turn on switch installed when the house was built and the sellers just never got one? I don't know how easy it is to have a brand new installation.

Their first mortage payment isn't due until Mar 1 so, if they don't have to pay rent at the old place, they probably feel like they have extra cash.

Everyone here has disposals with septic tanks but it really isn't a good idea to put much down the disposal. I just grind up bits of food that fall into the sink when doing dishes.

This house was prob sold to them as is. They may have had price
adjustments after the home inspection. If they put no money
down they are probably using the oil money scam to pay for it
all. I hope all her oil people enjoy redoing her home for her.
Don’t worry, with no money down on 700k the mortgage(s)will

dealing with Lowe’s. Ordering on line from HD is
so much easier. It has everything there next to
the dishwasher you WiLl need to click and buy for
it to be installed. She is so busy on her phone trying
to be class clown on stories with Tman, beak, and Liza,
she can’t be bothered with being thorough. I’m sure the
four wheeler though will be exactly right. Wouldn’t
want to walk on your LaNd. Priorities.

I honestly wouldn't be able to sleep at night with all of that debt. It's giving me anxiety and it's not even mine. I understand having a mortgage bc it's usually a debt that is unavoidable but everything else is crazy. Oh well better them than me lol

There might be ones that are safe for a septic. I just know that your not supposed to. She might not have a septic. When we bought our land we would not of bought it if they weren’t installing the city sewer. It got installed in our area before we moved in.
