IG stories alert. I am completely shocked- didn't even think Ruby could go that low! Did anyone else the story about Nollie? Ruby and family are cleaning the backyard and then Abby wonders what to do with "that", only to find out "that" is the dog's body, and then they all kind of giggle. I'm not even sure what to say.

Yes, just watched those. It’s Nollie’s ashes. I don’t think it’s a good idea to put her in concrete. She said toward the end of the video that she was glad they got her ashes so they could bring her with them. They didn’t think they would move from their old house. What if someday they want to move from this one? From the sounds of it, it’s a lot bigger then the house they’re in now. Once the kids grow up I’m sure they will want to downsize someday. Putting her under concrete is just too permanent.

I have seen the dog in other rooms but. I do not understand getting a dog if you're going to restrict it to a certain area. My dog is family. I'll never understand that thought process. Don't get a dog if this is how you treat it. That makes me so sad.
Huge issue with me too! Like Bonnie, they have no clue. Dogs live in packs by nature and want to be together for security. The entire family is in another room where the dog cannot see them, but can hear them. How sad to not allow him to be in the same room even. The thing to do would be to put him in the playpen in the same room, and don't interact with him. As it turned out, they brought him in the room and held him, and as to be be expected, he calmed down. Maybe they will catch on. If not, probably won't be long before he is donning a shock collar too.
I really hope they don't leave him in there for long. I think it's okay at night, or for an hour if needed, but a dog should be allowed more space than that. If they wanted something that would stay in one spot they should have bought an ornament.
Especially a dog like a cava-anything. They want nothing more than to be with their people. They were bred as companions ffs. They're such morons. Research the breed? No, why would you do that? Learn about the characteristics and maybe choose a breed that is more independent?
Youtubers annoy me so much. Like Bryan and Missy getting an Australian Shepherd and being surprised that she herded the kids, or that the Savannah cat wasn't cuddly and wanted to go outside and hunt...

Oh, no! They don't want to downsize! Ruby is already talking about grandchildren playing in the creek.
I'm sure she is longing to be the worshipped matriarch just like St. Jennifer the Flawless.

Thanks- ashes is better than a body but still I felt they were super glib about it. Also didn't help that Abby was holding a weird, unidentifiable package thing while talking about it! Anyway, I agree with you about the concrete.

i enjoyed reading the comments on sharis video where they give the dog a bath. she obviously doesn't delete hate comments because every second comment was talking about how controlling she seems around her siblings. she keeps saying "we will take turns" but every time the camera was on shari was holding him and no one else was allowed to help. at one point she told abby i think it was to lock the door and then ruby is obviously pissed off and tells her open the door and she lies and says "well i didnt lock it". they also think they are giving him a bath every 3 days. i dont have a dog but i know that you don't bath them that often.

No plans to move, this is the home they planned for so their kids can all come home to visit, and their grandkids can have a blast playing in a tree house. Can't remember which vlog, but, yeah, Ruby already talking about grandkids and this house is perfect for them.

Their whole title is based on the fact that Julie might start her period sometime soon? Way to embarrass them!
The life coaching thing isn't incorrect, but it's not exactly earth shattering either.

I'm all for lessening the embarrassment around periods, and normalizing talking about them. But the way so many Youtubers seem to take glee in using their daughters and their puberty to get views/money really rubs me the wrong way. Because the fact is that most young girls _are_ embarrassed about it. There are apparently a few out there that some girls say have actually helped them because they have parents who aren't comfortable talking about it. But I don't believe for a minute that at this point Ruby is actually trying to be helpful. She is exploiting her sensitive daughter and making money off of embarrassing her. There are ways to go about doing an educational video about it without announcing to the world that your daughter has started her period. I can't imagine having to walk into school after that kind of video aired. What's next? Bloody underwear in the thumbnail? And how come they don't do this to the boys? There's no armpit sniffing thumbnails, or close ups of Chad's acne, and except for the accidental boner picture, they don't have "Chad Got an Erection!" videos, or "His First Nocturnal Emission!" Not saying that they should, obviously, but I just noticed that all the puberty videos are about girls.

Maybe Russell will be the lucky one who gets that honor, since they’re even meaner to him than to Chad.... I hope we never see a “8 passengers: erections and nocturnal emissions” thread :?

I keep seeing them take turns saying "can you believe we named him Dwight?" And it just makes me cringe. They seem to be trying to hard to be ~quirky~.

I was uncomfortable with the conversation about Nollie's ashes at first. But since it seems like something the kids did one their own, and wanted, I can let it go.

I don't know, I swear I remember some horrible family meeting with the kids to decide how they wanted to dispose of Nolly after they offed her in time for vacation. I think Chad found it as disturbing as I did and stormed off. Probably to pet her in the entry way, while Ruby told her audience how they would kill her and burn her body the following day, tossing her in a shallow grave.

Found it. Ruby was already planning to dig up the ashes "in case they ever moved", before she was even euthanized. I wouldn't be surprised if she tossed Nolly's remains on the seat of the car hoping to get some tears from one of the kids. This is the same video where Russell writes a letter to his pretend pig saying he will always take care of him and never kill him.

I've recently just discovered this forum, so I apologize for being a little late in responding to this topic. But I still find it so interesting how Shari now wants to be a personal trainer instead of a lawyer, and one of the biggest reasons she's said she's made this change is because then she'd get to "spend a lot of time at home with her kids." Now I think I know why Ruby wasn't that big of a fan of her being a lawyer because if she were, then Ruby wouldn't get as many grandchildren as Shari would be busy with work, but now seeing as how Ruby was probably able to manipulate Shari into becoming a physical trainer, Ruby can now become content again with her having 3937382 grand kids.

Rolling my eyes so hard at Ruby's little speech about how she's sad that she'll no longer be doing Eve's hair. I can understand being sad about your kids getting older and doing their own hair and no longer needing your help or whatever, but that's not even the case! She could easily continue doing Eve's hair and.. I don't know, actually parenting her, but she's choosing to put that responsibility on her other children instead. This woman drives me insane.

This is one of her ways of twisting the truth and making her look (in her own mind) like loving sacrificing mother that has to sadly give up taking care of her young daughter because her older kids can do it. It is so funny that she just is learning as an adult what is a truth but still struggles so hard with it anyways.

She pretends to be sad when instead her lazy heart is happy that she has one less responsibility. It doesn't fit her narrative of motherhood to be happy about it so she has to be fake sad.

Eve is still so young that she is justified to get help.
What keeps Ruby from helping her still?
Her weird twisted idea that her kids are not her responsibility...

There’s a vlog whereRuby tells Julie and Abby that they have to learn how to do their own hair because she’s no longer going to do it.

In today’s vlog was Russel left home all alone or did Chad leave once they got back??
