Most of the times they won’t come close to a human unless they are rabid. They are usually scared of humans.

The coyotes near me hunt in packs, and they chased my sister while she was out here. We don’t let our dogs out from dusk to dawn without us going with them. A younger child would definitely be at risk if unattended.

My dog likes to go lay way out by the woods and lay when we leave her out at night. She has 100ft lead so can go really far. My mom sits there and watches her like a hawk. ISurprisingly we haven’t seen any where we leave. But it can be scary since it is so untrue about them going after a large dog. They have said mating season is when you really have to watch with large dogs. They will act like they want to play and lure a dog into a pack like you said.

The longer she’s in that house the more dissatisfied with it she becomes

That house looks like something someone built as a hobby in their spare time. Doesn’t look like it was built by a home builder

Oh, that is a scary. My dogs are both little, so that’s why we are extra careful. We also have an extremely large bobcat we’ve seen on our property. It took on that pack of coyotes and lived. Texas is fun...

She hates this house. I can’t believe they paid 700k for a house that needs so much work. I wonder how long miss country girl will last out there.

I was looking over her IG - seeing who she follows/who follows her. I was surprised to see a number of BB people she follows and vice versa.
I then saw she was following Janelle Pierzina from BB - who has 3 kids around the same age. Janelle's life appears put together - but I have never once seen her complain non-stop about her life/kids. She works full time, as does her husband and is raising her kids effortlessly. Janielle, like her or not, is actually very well put together.

Then there is Aryian who cant do ANYTHING. That stems from the mind. A dysfunctional, unhealthy mind - which results in mental health disorders.
The post below....

This is normal life for families. Nobody really thinks twice about it. But she has to go way E X T R A and make a simple trip way more difficult than it is. Hairstyles, outfits? Let them chose their clothes (matchie matchie or not), let their hair go wild and free, pack a diaper bag, some healthy snacks and just GO. Why was nick not helping with the basic things?? She is no super mom, and she needs to stop trying. Hang it up and just be a regular ol' mom like the rest of us.

I know plenty of families (being a mom myself) with 2-4 little ones) and things can be chaotic of course, but that is when you let your hair down, be super laid back and just go with the flow. A tan wipe?????????? Any woman I see in a HD/Lowes and is all out glamorized - I stare and laugh. And I am a woman.

THANK you! You said it very well, she is just so extra...and not in a cute way she’s annoying with her attempts at being “relable”, because she never will be.
Also I feel the same way about finding this forum

At first it was all “dream home, laaaaaand, cute, I love the concrete floors” now it’s “need new floors, new paint, rooms too small, no water, dirty dishwasher, random wires, shotty plumbing, crooked switches, mailbox is too far, million miles from everything”

OMG.... this is worse than I thought... the floors, the walls, the crooked outlet covers, the rushed makeshift disproportionate shelves Nick threw together 🙈

Here I am thinking it would take her at least 6-ish months to hate the joint but they've only been there for what, not even 2 weeks? Oh this is too good.

And it's only been like 2 weeks, FFS! It was a huge mistake. I think it just proves they didn't have any other options for buying and she was so hungry and desperate for a house. They had to find desperate sellers who would give them seller financing.

I think she was in love with the idea of this house then reality set in when they actually moved in. I don't know. The whole thing is strange. They could have done much better with the money they spent even with land in Texas. Our housing market is not as expensive as it is in other states. You can get a whole lot for less here.

What’s so confusing is if you look at her “Ranch House” board on Pinterest NONE of the homes she’s pinned look anything remotely like what they bought

Are you in Austin? The Austin real estate market is hot right now. The max VA loan here someone calculated to be $510,000. That wouldn't buy them a lot of land here with a big house on it. They needed that seller financing to get anything close to what they got, even in that middle of nowhere spot. They just couldn't hang on the nicer side of town for that pricing.

I think she and Nick cut some kind of deal between them if she agreed to this house.

100%. Especially after I saw her post that he said “a fall is a fall on any type of floor” after she mentioned wanting to swap the concrete for wood. He was willing to shill out $20k for a ranger but she has to paint THE WHOLE HOUSE herself?!

I am in North Texas by Tara. Up here they could have done a hell of alot better with that money. I guess its different down there.

When I was sleuthing trying to find out what part of Austin this ranch is in...I saw a number of incredibly nicer homes on good amounts of land for around what they paid or less. With no fixn' up to do. Grant it, I do not know where they are - but I find it strange this was the best they could find - A money pit. She really does NOT seem happy with this fixer upper. Esp when ALL of Nick's time will be fixing things up.

I think she assumed a 'fixer upper' would mean just changing out fixtures and wall colors, type of thing. But now she is posting photos that the wall light switches are completely wonky!! If the builder could not get that right - what else is wrong? They clearly did not get an inspection.
Capture1.JPG

I expect them to fix things up - and eventually resell and find something else. Looking at the map based on ideas posted here where her home is - Nick's work is much further out. It is hard to maintain a healthy marriage/family when one parent is always gone. I know as I was married to 'the military' for 15yrs with a zillion deployments and long ass shifts. It is doable - but barely IMO

Plus, she did Starbucks daily. She is already complaining about the millions of miles to get anywhere. This will just continue to get more interesting and she will continue to give us more material.

Yep there are reasons the house was on the market so long.
