Perhaps they shouldn't have moved in until they actually had appliances. Lol. She's always in such a rush to have a better, more expensive life and it almost always results in her having a meltdown.

It's really sad that she relies on a 3 year old for comfort. That poor girl is going to require years of therapy.

And I 100 agree, her “miracle” was just her nagging and bitching to CJ about it for days on end until he finally caves. Same thing with their apparent and second kid. She has to have her way no matter what.

I honestly can’t wait to watch the shit show unfold... I think she will feel even more comfortable shit talking her inlaws now that they are out and it’ll be hilarious to see how she handles the bills when they start coming in... You know she is financing all her appliances, furniture, etc... not to mention her nice new mortgage, insurance, and property taxes.

Well, I’m from the same area that she’s been staying and as someone who was also just recently looking for a house, I know exactly where they bought. Her plan starts at $290k, so with any upgrades, I imagine they financed upwards of $300k. It’s just hilarious to me, because I ran into her shopping at HomeGoods the day after Black Friday and remember thinking “weird, there’s like two HomeGoods between where you’re staying and here”. I should’ve suspected they’d bought then. But in her video she says she didn’t want to buy in Eastmark because they “didn’t want to be that far south from CJs work” and she’s literally 5 minutes from Eastmark. It’s the neighborhood all the young families want to be in, but it’s very pricey for what you’re getting and even their lowest plans are beyond her budget.

I ask because I look at pictures of her and am baffled by how ugly she is. And in pictures where she tries to look hot by not smiling and plumping her chapped lips she manages to look even uglier. It’s like the more she tries to look better (cakey MLM makeup,bleaching the life out of her hair, contacts that make her look like a reptile, orange self tanner, and caterpillar lashes) the uglier she gets. Maybe that’s it — she’s just so artificially looking that there’s no hope for her. Though even her natural features are unfortunate looking... tiny face, tiny eyes, huge nose and chin, and huge head.

Is she just so ugly on the inside that it’s reflected on her face or is she legitimately just ugly?

Yeah I think in many instances lenders want to see at least 2 years of work history, but in some cases your education can replace it if you work in your field of studies, which he does. But again...they got the house back when he was still in OR and no income. That’s the weird part.

I just think there has to be a catch, she got financial advice and direction from the real estate sales girl. I don’t know the US banking system but in Australia you are rewarded or penalized for your position on a financial application. To qualify for loan from a reputable lender you need to be in the same job for at least 3 months, last years tax return and a deposit of at least 5% plus fees, and even then the terms are not going to be brilliant, but better than renting. There are other ways of getting finance but it always costs more, because there is more risk to the lender.

To qualify on education with no proven income, sounds like there’s going to be a catch to me. Hope it’s not an old school balloon payment, those things can fuck you hard core

Okay, just have to say - she talks about him being a doctor as though his degree is on the same level as an MD or DO who went to MEDICAL SCHOOL, but it's not the same! Her newest video... how un-self-aware can she be? She's in no position to give anyone any advice on how to feel better about their physical appearance. Personally, I don't think there's anything wrong with caring about the way you look or putting effort into your appearance; the problem comes when you become so obsessed with your appearance that you let it define you and take precedence over everything else in your life, and it seems pretty clear that that's what's happened to her. She isn't correct about a lot of things, so I just assumed that was another element she had no idea what she was talking about. I'm someone who is getting her BSN now and will eventually be pursuing medical school, so I was highly offended when she kept calling him a doctor lol I just hope he's a good chiro for the sake of his patients!

And I'm so proud to be a member of the LDS Church, myself, but it makes me angry when people like her make all of us members look like idiots... We aren't all these crazy anti-vaxxers who don't believe in science and true, evidence-based medicine like the Everts household is like. I dont think everyone thinks mormons are crazy. I dont think all mormons are crazy. But....there are some fucking psycho mormons out there. Haleigh is one of them. She believes God made her exactly how she should be.
