I don't remember it in the vlog but I could be wrong) she pulled back the shower curtain and was like, "oh I didn't know the rock went all the way around the tub!" so sometimes I wonder if they even stepped foot in the house before they bought it, let alone got an inspection.

I cannot for the life of me believe that this house won out amongst every other house with land.

100%. Especially after I saw her post that he said “a fall is a fall on any type of floor” after she mentioned wanting to swap the concrete for wood. He was willing to shill out $20k for a ranger but she has to paint THE WHOLE HOUSE herself?!

Something fishy for sure! The truth will come out eventually! Seems like their whole marriage is based on money and the promise that Nick will be highly successful one day... I don’t care if my husband and I live in a cardboard box, I fell in love with him when I was 16. He wasn’t successful then and he ain’t now but he makes good money as a plumber. Our bills are paid and we have food. God can take everything materialistic, my house, you name it just keep my husband and my babies healthy.

I thought the same thing, especially when there was a house on the same amount of land in Spicewood (which is an AMAZING area), but I keep having to remind myself that they had to find somewhere where the old owners would do financing with them. Guarantee that’s the only reason they are in that house

When I was sleuthing trying to find out what part of Austin this ranch is in...I saw a number of incredibly nicer homes on good amounts of land for around what they paid or less. With no fixn' up to do. Grant it, I do not know where they are - but I find it strange this was the best they could find - A money pit. She really does NOT seem happy with this fixer upper. Esp when ALL of Nick's time will be fixing things up.

The key with their purchase is SELLER FINANCING. Their VA loan only covered to $510,000 someone on here calculated. To get it to 700K they had to have seller financing. I'd wager to bet that no one else would offer them financing. They had to find a less than ideal, middle of nowhere, shoddy build, on the market for over 200 days house with desperate enough sellers.

She said they were going to wait to be able to get what they wanted because nicks income was going to be going up. She never mentioned not being able to get financing. The truth though because nick switched jobs they probably did have to wait. When your between jobs it was going to be hard to get.

Absolutely. Do you think if Nick was a garbage man or something ordinary she’d be with him? No way. As far as love goes, She loves what he can provide, that’s about it.

She met him the night her dad passed and probably clung onto him. I'm not saying to take care of her in a daddy issues way but she believes he was sent by her dad or something.

Also if you saw the post that said the last fight she had with her dad was about moving back to Colorado. So moving back for mommy to financially support her (which I think she does anyway).

As far as the floors, maybe Nick just knows he's gonna be the one putting in the work because she probably isn't going to be the one painting herself. I mean she critiqued his shelves which don't look bad at all and he can't do anything right so he probably doesn't want to deal with it. I know when we were remodeling/even purchasing our first home people used to joke that if you can do that with a spouse you can get through anything.

Its not that I am a fan of Nick (I am not, because I love actual Alpha males and he is a pussie IMO).....but, I think the (little bit) of bashing towards Nick is not even justified. She treats him like shit - all the time.
He bends over backwards for her. At some point along the crazy train ride - he has internally developed a 'fuckit' attitude and remains in the background as much as possible.

She is intolerable. He loves his kids - but I watch him in her vids and he seems completely over her crap.
Some say he knew what he was getting into. Nope. No way. He got together with her during a time of mourning. Married her in a short time, had kids in a short time. He had no clue. Now he is stuck. I see zero love between them. Zero. Just a 'matter of convenience' for them both.

Could someone explain how they know that they have seller financing? The Deed of Trust in the county states that they have a 30 yr loan from the mortgage company for $700,000. Is seller financing mixed in with the mortgage company to create one mortgage payment?

So, I was looking at google maps - looking at their ranchette - well the area mostly. Im a native Texan and know nothing about the Austin area.

It cannot be stressed enough that this move is completely contrary to the image she portrays to the world via social media. It truly is quite shocking. Which is the real Arian?

- The town itself is a dump. Low income area for sure. It reminds me of far West Tx. The pictures of the home listing and her pictures make it seem soooo beautiful because of the trees. But in reality, the area is ugly. [I grew up in Texas, now I am in Colorado - it is just ugly to me lol].

- So they bought land, huh? LOL if you go to the Zillow listing, the map shows the lot lines. It is a very very wonky lot. Plus, the extra acreage they bought is really nothing to write home about. It is dirt - for farming - as in crops and a bit of vegetation for cows. Maybe they will grow some cotton. lol And it backs up to an interstate. lol On Google maps, you can see the roofs of their home and guesthouse via street view on the interstate. lol

- Have yall seen how freaked she gets about noises in her previous house? Thinking they may be supernatural/paranormal. Good Lord - being out there, it is only going to get worse w/ the sounds of nature and a highway in their backyard, animals...and who knows what. lol

- I do not think Arian is aware that her her closest neighbors (just a short walk thru the trees) live in trailers. I am actually laughing about that. While I would not care - that is so not something she would normally be OK with based on her bouji lifestyle. L O L

- Next, as most know, the schools are crap (rating wise). They are also very diverse. Which is usually a good thing. But not for a racist. No way she lets her kids go to the local schools. There is no private schools or good rated schools w/in a 30 min radius. Whatshe gonna do? Homeschool? L M A O No way could she do that unless hiring a private teacher to drive allllllllllllllllllllllll that way out there and paying the going teaching rate in the area. Going to drive up to an hour to take her kids to good school? Maybe.

SUCH good points. When we bought a house the two things we looked for were school ratings & sex offender locations. There is 1 sex offender in our entire city & the schools district is 9/10. I just did a sex offender search for her city & they are EVERYWHERE. 4 or 5 are within walking distance. Something isn’t right here. Aside from the house being a shit show, what had to happen to convince her to move there? Why would Nick want his wife & 3 daughters to be in this shit hole town with sex offenders & bad schools?? Wow.

Yes I looked up Elgin. Terrible ratings. They dove into this without really thinking. This whole thing is a big mess. I would be afraid of being alone in that house. Even with her assistant.

People who live in zip codes with 0 are definitely in the top 1-5% income earners (since most sex offenders likely don’t have jobs paying that well unless they’re crashing on a well off family members couch). I live in an above average income area and I still have 2-3 within a 5 mile radius, but I did check there are none in my neighborhood specifically.

Is that a real thing? I never knew that about zip codes... I always thought they just went in chronological order according to when the area was established. How does it actually work?
