How did the past Homeowner keep her 2 young sons alive out there?

BTW, anyone convicted of a Sex Offense before 1994 didn't have to register. So do you know the backgrounds of all your neighbors who are say, over 50 Yrs old or so? They can legally live across the street from schools, etc.,

We have a driveway alarm as well and i like that I know when deliveries are coming up our driveway before the dogs cause sometimes getting out the door is a pain getting them all back (we often have foster dogs and they aren't all behaved). We also have a driveway gate but only for night because people were thinking our long drive was a road.

Shes safer there than she was at the last house with the gate. And its no secret that Nick owns guns so if anyone was dumb enough to trespass because of Aaryn online then thats on them. As for the kids playing outside its not like some youtubers that let their kids play in the street.

I’m pretty sure the previous owners didn’t actually live there full time. Other than that fake ass letter they left for Aryan, everything about that house points to a cheap attempt to make some money off whoever could be suckered into buying it.

Maybe they had to install a security system because strangers are looking up their entire property on google maps. I mean this in the nicest way, but it’s just too much. There should be boundaries.

Anyway, the walls look really poorly done with the white paint on them. It accentuates the flaws in the texture or something.

IIRC, this was at a time when we were purchasing a home similar to hers but paid way more due to our area. So, I was very into researching realty and what everyone was paying. I wouldn’t ever waste my time looking up her entire surroundings on google, but I’ll remove my judgement from the situation. I don’t look up celebrity homes either. I was stating a fact which is probably why she is also afraid to be home alone. I would be too if everyone knew my address everywhere I went.

Fair enough. I’m not here to argue with anyone. It was merely a statement about why she might feel a security system is necessary. She’s very adamant about making it known she has one now, and we know she reads here.

These comments are based on HER OWN concerns that she whines about on her InstaScam. She complains about being afraid to stay alone in an dense neighborhood with neighbors all around. She complains about scary noises and every other dang thing you can think of.

Nor be a social media attentionwhore - which she is. She asked for all of this. She literally begs for attention. She shows us every ounce of her life - including tours of her homes, neighbhorhoods she lives in, the towns she lives in including the roads and shopping areas (starbucks) which literally is a map to where she is. THAT is not someone who wants privacy and security for her family.
She brings us into their lives - in such an intimate way. Her kids have no say even. She wants us to pay attention and comment. She makes money off of all of us.
Positive or Negative - this is what she asked for.
I mean FFS - she was sitting on the toilet in one story filming her cat. I am going to say something about it. She is a level or two beneath Brittney Spears at this point.

Hey I'm new here! How did you guys find the listing? I've tried inputting 3,000 Square feet, $680k, guest house, concrete floors, etc and can't find it!

And I'd also like to say that I thought it was very rude of her to bitch about the light switches when those people were so nice to them in that letter.

She made it pretty easy with videos and pictures and info she personally gave out. She laid out many parts of the map - and others followed it.

There is such a thing as oversharing. But she has not figured that one out yet.

INSTEAD of saving; this is what you get. The sad part is other than the house, they both have learned absolutely nothing and will continue to spend and already have.

This is all they could get people. Sellers do not have to sell you their house. They want a sale that won’t fall through. Their paperwork probably was listed as risky or came in too low every time they put offers in. Also seeing that he already has two big loans I myself would not have done business with them either. Too risky. Sounds like a sellers market in parts of Austin where it’s nicer.

They were better off getting a nice starter home with 3-4 bedrooms, one they could afford in a thriving school district, and spend at least seven years there. Meanwhile the budget would consist of no vacations and itemized list of how much they are allowed to spend per month divided by topics. Food, gas, all the bills... The big category being savings.

Maybe after saving and being happy you’re in a safe neighborhood with great schools, and you have a good relationship with the bank and proven yourselves..you revisit your options.
They want everything now so this is why they’re stuck from their own doing. I do not feel sorry for them. They planned a Disney trip before buying this. Come on, you’re broke because you want to be!

I used to think it was just Aaryn who was impulsive, but clearly they both have that issue
They either put very little thought into buying this home, or it was the only one they could afford that also had land/was in Austin area
The latter is pretty comical/sad given the lifestyle Aaryn has portrayed online
