The other day on her stories, her and Nick were driving down their driveway and she put in text overlay that he was complaining about all the rocks bouncing back up on his truck. FFS those two are pathetic.

They’re so confused. They want the country life but whine when their boujee 100k cars have rocks hitting them on their shitty dirt road driveway. I guess they’ll need to pave a driveway or maybe they should build a special garage at the end of the property and get a beat up truck to drive to their boujee cars. More things to fix and money to spend.

They either put very little thought into buying this home, or it was the only one they could afford that also had land/was in Austin area
The latter is pretty comical/sad given the lifestyle Aaryn has portrayed online

I so completely agree about Nick as of late. He’s actually the one that woke up randomly one Saturday and asked Aaryn if she wanted to go look at Navigators. And I bet he decided to buy that stupid golf cart on a whim too.

I honestly didn't think the house was THAAAT bad in the beginning. A total shock and joke yes because she's the queen of extra. But the more she shows it, the more I completely think they got scammed. That house is a total piece of shit. The land is 2 seconds away from a highway, WTAF?

When it comes down to it Aaryn and Nick were approved for a mortgage, bought a 700K property and if they wanted to buy a different property they could have. Many have pointed out other areas with similar properties at the same price points. So for whatever reason they chose this one. Hell, they could have bought a larger home in their old city for less.

I think the Guest House was a factor and the workshop as Nick does like building furniture.

They first look at the job and then multiply
that by how much money they think you have
just by looking around.lol I bet she calls maybe
two companies. I always get no less than five

Maybe she really is a RaNcH gIRl and this whole influencer with all the clothes, nice car and nice houses was all just for show, but that seems far fetched to me.
Aaryn going to this house from her GA house and even the rental house, would be the equivalent of trading in her navigator for a 2012 Dodge Ram with 100k miles on it that needs $10k of mechanical work. It just doesn’t make sense to me.

That Dripping Springs house with a pool that someone had mentioned pages back was in the $900s. I think we all would have been drooling if that't the house she had ended up with. That was the expectation. The bad vibes, shoddy build is the reality.

IMO all of these houses are nicer than the one they bought. Took about 5 mins on Trulia to find them. And 2 of them are less than 10 miles from the money pit. They’re impulsive and didn’t take the time to look for a nice house. They wanted out of the rental and settled on the first house they could.

I was going off all the responses here from multiple people stating how "they could have bought same elsewhere" is all. No I didn't do a Zillow search to back it up. Except I did back when we first saw it of houses in their old area, not land, and they could have bought a nicer bigger one.

Regardless, they got approved for the $'s and well they bought it. According to the Owners FB they signed right before Thanksgiving and Aaryn's Mom was in town so I'm sure she had input.

It's going to be a shit storm anyway one looks at it.
