Has Aaryn ever blocked anyone on insta? She actually blocked me when I liked a comment back when she did her gender reveal for Reese. SOOOO many people wrote that the confetti was blue and not pink due to the lighting and I liked the comments because I saw blue too. Well, she blocked me for it! What a joke! I sent her a tweet months later asking her how she thinks it's ok to block people who help her earn her income and she unblocked me. Obviously I still followed her after that but my opinion of her has changed. She's very fake and superficial.

I'm assuming they make around 250-300k combined but even that's not an insane amount of money to brag the way she does. She likes to show off her spending and thrives off her shopping sprees. I think if she had it her way they would live in a similar house to the rental but have more land surrounding the house. Unfortunately, she put her, Nick, and children in a bind and they were forced to make a poor decision on a "forever home" which we all know they will only live in for maybe 3 years tops.

Her obsession with Tara is annoying. She will post, tag, and make a reference to Tara every other day in her posts and insta stories. I don't understand why Tara.. is it that she also has 3 kids? That she's an airhead as well? I don't see Tara being as obsessed with Aaryn though. I think Tara has more close friends than Aaryn.

Whoever said her ring is a joke is so right! It's the smallest center stone surrounded by rows of broken up diamonds. I'm surprised she chose that as her ring. I remember watching a video where she explained Nick took her to a jewelry store where she picked the hideous ring. I'm truly shocked she hasn't asked for an upgrade in recent years..

If she has a texture to her hair whether it be wavy or curly then it's going to go through an awkward faze before it grows out, but if she keeps cutting it it will never get passed the awkward faze! Better have it be awkward at 2-3 than 3-5....

Her ring is another example that she didn’t come from money like she likes to pretend. Anyone who knows anything about diamonds knows that those small diamonds are worth nothing. The bigger the stone, the clearer the color and the less flaws the diamond has the more expensive it is. She probably has a small center stone with many imperfections and piss yellow in color surrounded by 100 tiny stones to pretend it’s expensive. But like I said anyone who knows the basics knows her ring is cheap. I’d bet less than $3k. Which is fine if that’s what you can afford but why walk around with $600 Gucci glasses? It’s weird. My ring isn’t massive either but it is a solitaire VVS1 and as clear as they come. My husband saved for it and bought what he could afford to spend in cash. I will never upgrade because it’s classic and exactly what he chose. As materialistic as she is, she’s rather have items that scream money instead of a ring only people close up can see. Remember folks, rich is lould while wealth is quiet.

You can get her gucci sunnies on Ebay for way cheaper than in the stores. Are they real? I dont know. Nor would anyone else following her on social media. Doesn't even matter.
I love Oakley and Ray Bans (sunnies and glasses for the fit and style) and I buy them on Ebay, new with tags, for super super cheap. Im not ashamed. I love a good deal and never pay full price for anything!

It is all just part of the facade. Magic tricks. Theatrical productions. Don't look behind the curtain - it is never pretty.

My heart breaks for Adeline. I cannot explain why - but having a shitty mom like I did....its causing feelings.

I’m not normally too much of an aaryn hater and I usually think her houses/decor are cute but wow at this dump. I can’t imagine spending that on such a tacky house in the middle of a shithole city.

I don’t know what it is but the house gives me such bad vibes. Creepy to me or something... it’s just so depressing. Reminds me of the house in courage the cowardly dog lol

She blocked me for liking a comment that said “brown eyes are beautiful too!” on a post for Reese. Everyone in the comments were obsessing if she had blue eyes.

I'm still trying to figure out why people think they needed seller financing. From the deed: they paid cash (doesn't say how much) and got a 30 yr $700,000 VA loan from a mortgage company. The mortgage company gave $700,000 to the seller.

The VA loan rules have changed in 2020 and there is no limit on how much can be borrowed so they weren't limited by a dollar amount per the county. I think that was where the seller financing idea came up because, in 2019, they might have been able to borrow only $510,000 on a VA loan.

So, the fact that they paid some cash, indicates that they paid more than $700,000. But it doesn't say how much so it might have only been $10,000.

I was going off all the responses here from multiple people stating how "they could have bought same elsewhere" is all. No I didn't do a Zillow search to back it up. Except I did back when we first saw it of houses in their old area, not land, and they could have bought a nicer bigger one.

Regardless, they got approved for the $'s and well they bought it. According to the Owners FB they signed right before Thanksgiving and Aaryn's Mom was in town so I'm sure she had input.

It's going to be a shit storm anyway one looks at it.

Do a quick Zillow search. There are literally zero houses on the market in the Austin area, let alone the nice parts, that have that kind of land and some decent features like granite countertops, for less than a million dollars.
Yes, 700k weather it be bank, owner or both financed, is a lot of money, that house is a joke considering the woman who purchased it went from showing off $200 rhinestone tumblers and $500 Gucci sunglasses like she could walk into any million dollar home and own it the next day. Maybe she really is a RaNcH gIRl and this whole influencer with all the clothes, nice car and nice houses was all just for show, but that seems far fetched to me.
Aaryn going to this house from her GA house and even the rental house, would be the equivalent of trading in her navigator for a 2012 Dodge Ram with 100k miles on it that needs $10k of mechanical work. It just doesn’t make sense to me.

They’re impulsive and didn’t take the time to look for a nice house. They wanted out of the rental and settled on the first house they could.
