RubyDO clothing?! Yikes. I can see it now. I’m LDS, but based off Ruby’s horrendous style, her sisters Bollie line and the way she dresses her family this clothing line is going to be frumpy, overpriced and dowdy! The name doesn’t even sound like a “tween” line, but like a baby girl frilly dress company.

haha I can see some of the buyers feedback now, when they get their items and they are poorly made, like with Bollie brand... "RubyDo??? More like RubyDon't" What a terrible name for a company... she must have been listening to Scuby cartoons when she thought of it. :P

And I think Ruby is a selfish, lazy, b!tch, to not go and give Eve her lunch and let her starve. Honestly, I don't really get why a school that parents pay a lot of money to send their kids to, doesn't supply lunch to the kids in the first place... but, that's besides the point. Eve is 6 years old... she should not be responsible for packing her own lunch in the first place! I can imagine what that looks like... cookies, snack cakes, candy, all the sugar. Maybe Russell's age, but dang. And, maybe she did pack her lunch, and forgot it in Shari's car. Just because Ruby asked her if she packed it, doesn't mean she didn't forget it when leaving the car.

I'm very confused why she's acting like this is a surprise? Or that some people 'guessed' it? Does she not realize she literally told us she was doing this...? I can't remember when but I know I didn't have some kind of premonition so it must have been in some video.

I don’t know if she talked about it elsewhere but maybe a year ago she asked which logo people liked best for “Ruby Do” but she never specified what it was for. It judging by the childish looking logo options we assumed some part of kids clothing or boutique. Not sure if she ever discussed it beyond just showing the logo.

I wonder if any other family would be reported for negligence if their child regularly forgot lunch, AND if with the teacher calling the parent to ask that they bring a lunch in, the parent refuses. Ruby is a piss poor parent!!! This clearly does not make your child more responsible, you've stated it happens a lot. All it does is make the teacher responsible because the teachers care more than you do, and will sort something out for Eve, not wanting her to go hungry. You are too lazy to be a parent and it is shameful. This woman is going to be a life coach, how?? This makes me so angry that she vlogs this crap not with one child (Russel in the past) and now Eve at her young age. Is this reportable?

She just popped those kids out and washed her hands of being responsible for them when they began walking, or the first chance the siblings were old enough to look after them.

Shari, this is not how to be a good parent, please break the cycle and show your mother she did a shitty job parenting you and your siblings.

This requires a 2nd post, Ruby, the teacher is looking to you because most parents are still packing their child's lunch when in Kindergarten, or at the least following up with them to ensure they have lunch in hand. Ruby sits there so smug looking, gosh, I wish she would get in trouble with child protection, she is negligent.

I remember Ruby forgetting her luggage in parking lot at airport and a stranger offered her a lift to get it otherwise she would have been far behind everyone else (or something similar). Her consequences for forgetfulness would have been the luggage was stolen. Lucky for her it wasn't and someone offered help. Why can't she have more empathy for her children considering she has forgotten many things, as shown in vlogs. She misses doc appointments and this equals money out of docs pocket because someone else could have been in that time slot, she misses kids program and this results in them having no parent there for support. She forgets to turn stove off and catches fire to her house, resulting in a new kitchen. Just a few times Ruby has been shown compassion--learn some for your children.

I don't know what personality disorder Ruby has, but honestly do not see how she can function as a coach to anyone without sorting herself out first, if she ever can be sorted out. What a mess of a human!

This particularly makes me so angry, because Ruby forgets stuff all the time! What if when she left the house with the beans cooking, the insurance company said she "needed to learn not to do that" and didn't pay? Or what about the time she was leaving town and forgot her laptop and Kevin had to bring it into the airport for her? But her 6 year old needs a life lesson.

Does she not realize Teachers are mandated reporters for abuse and neglect? If she meets the wrong teacher, they could report her for neglect. Denying her child food is neglect and to make it worse, they have it on video.

I hardly watch the vlogs and knew. She mentioned it a few times maybe in September around back to school shopping time? She thought clothes went from too baby-ish to too mature so she wanted to design something for in between.

Her taste in clothing is horrendous. Her name choice for the line is horrendous. I’m sure the quality will be horrendous. It’s an awful decision and will be a huge waste of money. She should save as much as possible for when YouTube goes belly up.

If the name is Rubydo, it would be pretty unfair since she herself says that Abby and Julie have done most of the work. Then the name should be more focused on the two girls.

I can only hope. Ruby thinks she is being super mom and comes across as proud of what she did. There is nothing to be proud of when you make your child suffer. I guarantee Eve was sorted out with food at the school, as she didn't seem too anxious to eat when she returned home, looks like they had been there for a bit when Ruby finally offered for her to come have a snack. Those Griffith girls must be brain washed to think Jennifer did them good service. They all suffer from mental disorder that makes them harmful to other people, especially their children.

I am coming on hard so I apologize to everyone! This hits close to home because I have a six year old which I get up super early to make sure my child has a healthy nutritional lunch for the day!
To hell with you Ruby you are a horrible neglectful parent ! No 6 year old should have to take care of her lunch! Ever heard of the word NUTURE! Horrible woman!!! You seemed angry at the teacher for caring enough that your child goes hungry and you respond to her that Eve is responsible for her lunch! You need to be reported for neglect ! You are one disgusting money hungry human and you call yourself a christian good mother! Appalling!!!!!

seriously, this woman has no idea how much food kids actually need to function
no wonder they have behavioural problems, they must have permanently low blood sugar, especially with all the very physical chores she expects them to do daily (plus their extra curriculars!)
my 4yo goes to nursery, has a paid for lunch there and then generally has a second lunch when he gets home AND then still spends all afternoon asking for snacks
he's not even close to being overweight either - that's just how much fuel he requires lol
eve will need probably about three times the amount that ruby gives her already, to then flat out deny her lunch at school is just cruel

Did anyone else feel like Ruby was putting the blame on Eve’s teacher for wanting Eve to have a lunch?? “It makes her teacher uncomfortable” as if everyone is just supposed to follow allowing with her horrible parenting choices even when they feel they are wrong? Ruby has truly put herself on a pedestal and her children are suffering and overly punished for their mistakes but when ruby makes a mistake there is no similar punishment. It just blows my mind that Ruby didn’t want anyone to step in and help Eve. Not all punishments have to include depriving your children of their needs!!

My first teaching job I had to feed several of my students lunch. The parents said they qualified for free lunches, but would not fill out the paperwork. Students need a balanced lunch to be able to learn in the afternoon. Now a days I don’t think a teacher could do that because if there is an allergy attack it will come back on the teacher. Teachers should not be doing parents jobs. A six year old even an 8,9, and 10 year old needs their parents help to learn self care.
