8 Passengers: Feeding Your Kids Leftovers and Emotions | Part 15
Re: 8 Passengers: Feeding Your Kids Leftovers and Emotions | Part 15
This is random, but at 11:40 of the video "Wait... the Surgeon Said WHAT?" Ruby is saying that Eve missed a "Beatrice Party". I looked it up and couldn't find anything. I am mishearing her? I know sometimes she says words differently, but I can't figure out what she is talking about and I am curious.

I really just can't with Ruby. Eve is getting to the age when she takes showers and washes her hair? At 5? or 6? Three laundry room was a major selling point for Ruby? I don't come from a huge family so maybe that's why but I don't understand her parenting or lack thereof.
I can hardly wait to see her clothing line.

I'm not a huge fan of Ruby's sense of style, but she might surprise us. I noticed some new clothes on Julie and Abby in a couple recent IG posts. Lots of people were asking where the clothes were from and others were guessing it was a sneak peak of Ruby Do. If so, I think she may outdo her little sisters, which seems to be a theme...
ETA: The fact that its just the two of them and they have their hair curled kind of makes it seem like they were dressed up for a photo shoot

I noticed her sisters did the same thing every time someone moved something into their houses. Mommy must have installed that in them.Catface2 wrote: ↑Fri Feb 21, 2020 8:22 am Ruby is such a fake..her real mean woman came out bitching at the guys who delivered her 3 SETS of washer and dryers..”Dont scratch my walls!” Shit, I might scratch them just because she was a rude hag. On a positive note..I love Eve’s haircut. Seems like since Ruby can’t buy herself clothes for a year she might actually buy clothes for the kids. Eve got a nice haul. Now if only Chad can get in on that.

And then when the guy was joking with her she goes "you really didn't did you" all serious.athyker wrote: ↑Fri Feb 21, 2020 11:04 am I really just can't with Ruby. I just watched the videos where they get the keys to their new house...holy cow Shari looks almost scarily thin. I think I'm mostly shocked because her arms were so muscle-y, but she has almost no body fat. I would hope that if it got really bad, Ruby or Kevin would step in, but given their parenting history, I know they wouldn't. That's sad. I don't like Shari, but as someone who dealt with disordered eating and overexercising in my teens/early 20s, I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I ruined my metabolism, ballooned up over 200 lbs (i'm only 5'), and now I'm 25 trying to lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way. I just wish I would've known better back then.

If you get triggered it might be a good time to stop watching Shari announced that she is only halfway to her goal. She plans on dumping 4% more body fat. Shari wanted to lose more, but was discouraged by her trainer. I highly doubt Ruby and Kevin will step in, as they are only concerned when things affect them directly, and it is a ways off before Shari's behavior will have a real consequence for them to deal with. They have no sense of nutrition and health either. The woman "training" a teen to get down to a level of body fat that will rob her of her of her fertility, is the same "bikini model" who trains them.rdt1004 wrote: ↑Fri Feb 21, 2020 2:50 pm I just watched the videos where they get the keys to their new house...holy cow Shari looks almost scarily thin. I know people hate to watch Shari vlogs, but you really should watch the latest one, where she seemingly rubs herself down with Prickles to trigger allergic reactions to try and offload him a year and half early. When her family offers to take care of him, she talks about how she doesn't even want to contaminate the new house (does hedgehog "dander" work that way?). If it was about allergies, she should have refrained from mentioning that she emotionally outgrew him, his shavings were too expensive, and she "didn't sign up for a pet that would live longer than 3-5 years". They should have quietly disappeared him like Chad's lizard.
Ruby spits out some gems in this, like how she always puts herself first and would "get rid of it", she sometimes wonders if she should get rid of her pets AND kids....and tells Shari how her mood might perk up without Prickles there, since she is so "cranky" all of the time. Kevin is no prize, but I can empathize with his disappointment with which he seems to view his family for just "getting rid of" animals when they become a burden. They really need to get that girl into an allergist though, she suffers from terrible allergies 24/7, even when she takes trips away from home.
Re: 8 Passengers: Feeding Your Kids Leftovers and Emotions | Part 15
3 sets of washers and dryers sounds quite excessive when most of the only have a weeks worth of clothes, and are wearing the same clothes multiple days in a row. Eve wearing her school clothes to school and bed twice and then to the hair dressers is awful, just shows that ruby doesn’t even see the kids nor say good night before they go to bed or any sensible parent would tell Eve to go get her pyjamas on. I hope Eve got her hair cut right after school and not later in the day or on the weekend, it seemed pretty bright out, yet again I’m not surprised Eve is encouraged to change and put on comfy clothes after wearing a polo and skirt for 48 hours straight... does this also mean nobody gave Eve a bath in two days? Little kids get messy super easily, especially when there wearing clothes for multiple days in a row. If I remember correctly my mom would have given my a bath at least every two days at that age, and I certainly wouldn’t of done it all by myself like Eve is expected to do in like what? A week or two?

Holy shit, this is bad. What is wrong with this family?? The fact that they think this is okay to show and talk about on YouTube is absurd. I always say this but seriously, what do they do that they’re not showing us if they think this kind of stuff isn’t too bad to show??? I hope they get a ton of crap from viewers over getting rid of all their pets like they’re objects to donate to the thrift store, but since it’s on shari’s channel and not 8 passengers it might not get as much attention. Re: 8 Passengers: Feeding Your Kids Leftovers and Emotions | Part 15
why is shari so obsessed with getting to a certain body fat percentage?
what is the point?
why does she HAVE to hit that number?
also why does that number have to be almost dangerously low?
has she ever mentioned WHY she has to get to that number?
she's on a very slippery slope.

That bit about not wanting a pet that lived that long stunned me. So I am betting any tears shed over Nollie by her weren't real? Good thing she didn't get the cockatiels. They live at least 10 years. I get not wanting the responsibility when she goes to college, but putting it the way she did was creepy.imoverit wrote:Holy shit, this is bad. Nothing says welcome to the new house kids like “ok time to do your own laundry”

I am sure that Julie would most likely take her birds with her when she moves out... maybe they would stay at the house while she's at college if she goes. If not, I am sure Kevin would love having them, he seems very happy to have them as does Julie.

Ruby is a piss poor excuse of a mother, I can't believe how fucking lazy this woman is. Letting your little girl sleep in and wear the same clothing for two days is neglect. I feel sorry for those kids. Eve is still very little and needs to be looked after and cared for. What the hell does this woman do all day its obvious NOTHING. She is a real piece of shit. She neglected Eve a few weeks back letting her go without lunch all day because she forgot her lunch at home. Thank goodness she is not going to have any more children to neglect, she does not deserve those 6 beautiful kids.

Ruby it’s also your responsibility to make sure the kids wake up especially Russel and Eve.
Eve missed school because her clothes were at the new house
Ruby please don’t eat on camera
