Daily Mithy Wants a Girl but Bryan Makes Her Hurl | Part #108
Re: Daily Mithy Wants a Girl but Bryan Makes Her Hurl | Part #108
I think they paid $1,150 million or around there. So they really aren’t making any money off of it. I’m sure the whole pool remake was over $100k. The outdoor kitchen was a huge expense, chicken coop, all that weird stuff they did inside (the doors shutting off the playroom, that huge mural in Ollie’s room, all that wood siding on the walls, weird door that goes between the boys rooms).
I noticed that they took down all of those large photos in the hallway and it looks like they put up some landscape photos.
Remember Bryan was the one that decorated Missy’s office...that’s why it looked like a 12 year old girl did it!
I’d also be mad if I was that agent about her showing the listing.
I really think the $$$ decrease is getting to them and he’s put a ton of money into that studio.

If they get asking price they are breaking even.jmoysa wrote:I think they paid $1,150 million or around there. So they really aren’t making any money off of it. The site is loading way slow for me, so sorry if someone else answered this: they paid $1.15 million for it. I think it's overpriced as well.honeybear wrote:What did they originally pay for the house?
I dont know their areas real estate but that seems so overpriced for what it actually is . It's so dated and I've always absolutely hated the layout
Call me evil but I hope it takes awhile to sell lol

The house has a lot of weird angles and unusable space. The master with the tv next to the bed is one good example of this. That mini door in the wall and into the closet should have been fixed. The flooring in the whole house needs to be ripped out and redone. Carpet??? Why!? The dining room on carpet when you open the ugly front door...idk. Having someone to come in and stage the house would have done it some good. There is better out there for that price range but maybe someone will get it for less. The concrete discoloration would drive me mad. The realtor mentioned the many gas fireplaces... which is totally irrelevant when twice a year the hills all around your home go up in flames...yet failed to mention the solar.

I think they had some staging done. There is a lot less clutter, and pretty much everything is out of the boys" "playroom" (read "shut them in with a movie so Missy doesn't have to deal with them room"). And they changed some of the artwork.Free wrote:The house has a lot of weird angles and unusable space. The master with the tv next to the bed is one good example of this. I agree that TV on the wall by the bed is weird. You have to lie on your side to watch it! I admit I love the kitchen (I have no counter space to speak of) and I would loooove to have an outdoor kitchen like they built. Of course they only appeared to use it for the one big party and to keep drinks cold. But I would have used it a lot!

I love their outdoor kitchen. We're having one done this year with our outdoor pool. Yes we have two pools. It was already that way when we bought the house. Our house is my family's old Farmhouse that my family had owned for 190 years and and my maternal grandparents sold it in 1966. My 5x great-grandfather built it in 1776. It went up for sale two years ago and I bought it and it's now back in the family. I call the indoor pool an added bonus for being able to buy my family Farmhouse back at a very low cost (it was a foreclosure). I bought it at $200,000 less then what the previous owners bought it for.lmmomSD wrote: ↑Wed Feb 26, 2020 7:33 pmI think they had some staging done. This is awesome. I love when things work out like that. A historic, family built, Farmhouse .... Not many can say they have something like that in the family.PirateWench8 wrote: ↑Wed Feb 26, 2020 9:15 pmI love their outdoor kitchen. We're having one done this year with our outdoor pool. Re: Daily Mithy Wants a Girl but Bryan Makes Her Hurl | Part #108
Exactly it was an opportunity that I couldn't turn away from. My younger brother bought our old house (he has five children as well) so that we could purchase the old family Farmhouse back into the family. It was the best decision I've ever made. My kids absolutely love the school system that they're currently in and have excelled and my brother's kids love the school system that they're currently in. It worked out wonderfully for everyone. We haven't regretted a minute of living here. We live on an old country one way road with two farms and our neighbors have three children that are around the ages of ours and our kids love being on their farm with their animals. I call it heaven on earth.Free wrote: ↑Wed Feb 26, 2020 10:10 pmThis is awesome. I love when things work out like that. A historic, family built, Farmhouse .... Oh absolutely once the kids are done school we're outside constantly. When my youngest daughter was a toddler she would stand at the back door of our old house in the winter and would ask the snow to go away so that she could go outside and drive her Barbie Jeep, lol. My kids are kids that prefer to be outdoors. Once the time changes and the weather warms up look out, lol.lmmomSD wrote: ↑Wed Feb 26, 2020 11:35 pmI had forgotten about that! Are those dead bugs extra $$$$ in the light fixture by the front door?
How long have they not had a maid? Are they taking the flag pole?
You can see the solar panels in the drone photo.

Finn peeing in the yard even though there are people coming over to see the house. Disgusting. And why does she need to document every time he pees in the yard and put it on her story??

Because that fits the narrative that Finn is "naughty" and "wild".coolusername1236 wrote:Finn peeing in the yard even though there are people coming over to see the house. Disgusting. And why does she need to document every time he pees in the yard and put it on her story??

Wouldn't it be funny if we all registered to tour at different times and don't show, just to mess with them!

It would be funny if it didn't effect the kids. I'd have no issue with doing it if it was just Missy and Bryan, but the kids have to leave the house when those appointments occur. I wouldn't hurt them for the world it isn't their fault their parents are as my husband likes to call them Jack Wagons, lol.emilyrose26 wrote: ↑Thu Feb 27, 2020 11:49 pm Wouldn't it be funny if we all registered to tour at different times and don't show, just to mess with them!
