I watch most of their videos... I don’t mind them. They’re nothing special big eye training enough IMO.

They popped up in my suggested recently. They are Christians, they homeschool. It’s interesting to see life in Alaska for a normal family (vs the reality shows on tv).

I find it cringe when they let their oldest daughter vlog, I hope they aren’t creating little narcissists.

They're related to Heidi Somers, the fitness model/YouTuber, I assume? She's from North Pole, Alaska and all her family lives up there.

I've been watching them since almost the beginning, lovely family, good morals and the children are not bratty.
Heidi Somers is the father's sister. From what I've seen when she's on the Somers Vlogs, I don't like her. The rest of his family are nice and so is Jessica's mother.

Nah I dont think so. I just love this little family. I find the topic they live in Alaska and the differences we have is quite interesting. The only thing that concerns me is how dramatic the oldest one is. From her getting a cold to getting excited is too much at times. I hope and pray this is something she grows out of, but I know she has a good heart and that's all that matters.

I haven’t watched many of their vlogs, but I think their channel has a one up on typical family vloggers because of the fact that they live in such an extreme climate. Correct me if I’m wrong, but there are very few family vloggers in Alaska.

It’s really interesting to see how expensive everything there is, holy crap.

I've watched some of their blogs and find the way they live in the extreme cold really intresting especially coming from somewhere (Australia) with really mild winters.

I personally could not live for 6 months of the year (first snow of the season was back early October and they said it won't thaw out util the end of April) in snow and sometimes below -20 and -40 degrees freezing weather - but big props to them for making it work.

I really enjoy this channel. I do have to wonder what they tell their kids about their aunt Heidi. Buff Bunny is not very modest on social media, and also lives with her BF. Seems like she could be a bad influence on their Christian morals

Love their channel. They seem perfectly normal to me. Nothing. Crazy and I find Alaska to be extremely interesting. Kind of hate seeing them here because I honestly dont want them to get too much hate. Kids seem super nice and well behaved. The oldest is a little matter of fact it seems like sometimes when she vlogs but shes young still.

Ya know I'm not sure, but I remember Bert saying he was born and raised there so I'm wondering if that's why she moved so far away is because she could've been the rebellious one. Either way only they know the truth but that's my two cents for whatever it's worth

I want to rip jessicas stupid eyelashes out! plus all that black eyeliner she wears on the inside of her eyelids looks so stupid. It's so terrible I can't even watch anymore. The homeschool kids are always the weird ones...and it's getting worse!

I use to watch them but hated how they milked the mom's mouth sore into youtube gold. I get it, she had a mouth sore that was from HPV and had to have it removed. It really is NOT that big of a deal. If you don't get it removed it can eventually turn into a skin cancer, but they took care of it before that happened, and honestly--it just isn't that big of a deal. They milked that issue to death and acted like mom was dying of cancer. She wasn't.

Then later they jumped on the keto bandwagon, saying that sugar feeds cancer and from what they had been through (not cancer) they were avoiding it. It just felt very dishonest.

WOW! I thought (from half hearted watching their vlogs) that it was cancer but it was caught in time. I didn't know it was HPV!!!!!! Yuck. I don't want to give them an extra view to go back and rewatch. They lead everyone to believe it was cancer....and that is very dishonest. They are supposed to be these pure and honest christians...lol what a joke. Wow, I'm even more disgusted with them now.

The sugar feeding cancer thing is a myth. I had a family member going through chemo and their spouse yelled at them every time they ate sugar because of this myth. I did a lot of research at that time. If someone is that sick from treatment all the time, let them eat a cookie and leave them alone.

I hate when you tubers don’t research and perpetuate and spread myths like this.

I think you are being very dishonest. How do you know it was HPV? This family is pretty private about things unless they choose to open up about it so it makes me believe you are making it up. In the video where they opened up about this you could tell it was very hard for them to do. She had a cancer scare is what the family was saying and it was something that all of them had to process and it is a long thing to process from tests to the emotional aspect of all of it. And for anyone who has had cancer or a cancer scare it changes you and how you live from what you eat to how active you are so I would appreciate if you would give this family a break. Of all the families I watch on YouTube this one is my absolute favorite because they are very transparent about things.

LOL what the actual hell are you talking about? Just because they say they are christians and hand out cookies and talk about all their good deeds...does not mean they are "transparent". they are constantly hinting to be sponsored and wanting things for free. They are only "transparent" about the things they want to draw attention to....they are no better than any other youtube fam who will do/say anything for views and subscribers.
