My GP rang this evening to check in and we had “the talk”. Whilst we’ve danced around the topic we have now made it official for my medical records. If I contract coronavirus no extraordinary measures will be taken and the priority will be comfort care. We’ve had the conversation before because of where my health is at. However, having it in relation to coronavirus feels more confronting given it’s a very tangible threat. Plus with it understandably being a worldwide focal point and the extra precautions I have to take it’s not as easy to push it to the back of my mind.
I can say with certainty that when we hung up the phone both my GP and I had heavy hearts. With my phone still in hand I found myself drawn back to rereading all of your beautiful messages from today. Please know that whilst distance prevents you beautiful SISsies from following through with the help you wish you could provide I want you to know that hand on heart your intentions alone mean just as much. I live alone and don’t like to disturb family and friends at times when I know it’s a busy time in their households or when people would be sleeping. But you incredible SISsies make me feel that I’m not alone in these unsettling times, that I’m cared about and that despite the fact I wouldn’t recognise any of you if I tripped over you I have a network of friends that I can count on for comfort when I need it, for support, for the opportunity to unload instead of stewing on things and a guarantee that there will always be something you wonderful SISsies will have posted that will give me a much needed laugh.
And what I find so completely humbling is that so many of those messages have come from those of you that are also struggling with issues of your own. Yet you find it within your hearts to share your compassion and support. As I reread your messages after hanging up from my GP it actually made me pity the Greedners. They have hundreds of thousands of followers. Size wise our group is a drop in the ocean in comparison. Yet there is a genuine community here and at its heart there is honesty, real interactions, heartfelt compassion, respect for differing opinions, reciprocal support and a genuine care for one another. There is nothing like it on any of the Greedners platforms. They have had all the opportunities in the world to build a supportive community. Instead their picture perfect platforms are built upon a false foundation which requires them to have to constantly paper over the ever growing cracks. Even more pitiful is that each and every one of those platforms and the content posted on them is completely and purely self serving.
Rabbit it breaks my heart to hear this. I’m so very sorry. You know that any time you want someone to talk to please just message me. All of the wonderful ladies here, you know all of us “haters,” are always here for you any day, any time. Hugs to you.
I know this is the Greedy Greedturds thread but I saw this on the Dingaling Bingalings IG regarding their Costco “haul” which by the way they are getting so many negative comments about showing this much shit when others are struggling to find basic every day items and enough food for their families. Anyway, I thought it was also fitting for these dipshits as well. One thing I don’t get is why people think others want to watch them shop or what they got from the store. I hate all shopping so why in the hell would I want to watch someone else do it? You must think pretty highly of yourselves if you think people give a shit about what you get to eat. Seriously, who gives a fuck. You must lead a ridiculously boring life if you are interested in watching a vlog like that. Talk about not having a life.
YES! A THOUSAND TIMES YES!!
They're getting attacked by Bingdings KAD, aren't they? "They're so wonderful! We're lucky they share their lives with us! If you don't like it, don't watch" etc.
I have _never_ understood why anyone would want to watch someone else shopping. There is one channel my daughter watches, Mommyof3XO, and that's ALL they do. Shop, and do videos showing what they bought. They're not even a very attractive family
I don't get it.

I am so sorry. There are just not words that seem appropriate. Please know that we are thinking about you and praying for you.

That's a very good question.
And the food is so gross. So much processed crap, and convenience food. Why do they need packaged lasagna and mini tacos when they are at home?

I just wanted to say how amazing you are. I can’t imagine what it must be like for you. I really admire you and your strength, you’ve been dealt such a shitty hand and I so wish there was something we could do to help you. Sending so much love and hugs your way.

The pretend altruists are giving away money. Nominate someone to receive $100 - going to 10 people, so they are parting with $1000. The only thing they are trying to do with this stunt is boost their numbers on social media. Trash is also doing a flash sill and giveaways, blah, blah on QTK IG. Hey, Trashy, you look even more trashy with gold/yellow lipstick. They are gross and disgusting.

I am so sorry, Rabbit. I hope this isn't presumptuous, but having "the talk" with your doctor is so significant, maybe your family and friends would like to know so that they can offer emotional support, even if they can't be there. It is thoughtful of you not to want to disturb them, but if someone I cared about was in your situation, I would like to be told. Please ignore if this thought does not sit right.
Sending your warm thoughts and prayers from Canada, where we have all been asked to stay home. We can still send *virtual* hugs, anyway.

Once again, they don’t have an original idea. The Bucket List Family has something similar they put on IG a day or two ago. I’m sure that’s what prompted the Greeds.

Surprise, surprise. A comment was posted to the Greed's Facebook about how the BucketList Family is doing this. Only it looks like the List family is matching donations made by their fans to people in need. Greeds are such copying, tagalong fools.
