Look for house sold for $300k after Valentine's day .. ramblerw/basement, brick, new roof, gutters, "as is", empty 10 years, 3 beds 2 bath under 7 acres

I can't find it. It's Harrisonburg VA????

Super dooper dated and dark. Needs a bulldozer!
300k FOR THAT HOUSE!?!! Stop the madness. 3 bedrooms for 10 people? I cant believe ANYONE would spend that much money on this house with that many upgrades....
The kitchen is the same if not smaller. Honestly what were they thinking?

She painted the kitchen grey and removed the spindle. It looks nicer.

She ordered all new appliances. The nuker doesnt fit.

BTW in that last video she made a remark, like "We have to let Travis have some opinions"!

I understand she dropped the price of their old house to try and sell it quickly, but they knew they were moving. Was the move date a surprise? Why didn't she have enough time to reserve professional movers? What was the deal with the weird movers to came out to "give a bid"? Was their intention with filming and photographs to case the house to come rob them later? And noticed all they have is unclean crap?

And dumb enough to lose all their excessive food supply right before the coronacraziness.

I'm glad that they're using the basement for other than storage, but that "tv-room" looks kind of depressing. I'm looking forward to finding out if they're ever gonna have time to finish any parts of the basement.

Yes, now that things are different she's making the time to grow produce vs feeding her kids a bunch of chewy bars and yogurts from Price Chopper. She could have chosen to be less busy before an epidemic but it's good it's happening.

Many people are telling her to pace herself and she was like I've butchered chickens before.

Meat birds are so depressing. They grow so quick, they can't move, and they can just have a heart attack and die. I'll be pissed to see a chics life being used in a dump and go slow cooker video.

I'm pretty excited to see what Jamerrill is gonna do with this homesteading thing and how long it's gonna last. It could be really good for their family if they go about it the right way.

Even though i am not religious in any way, i didn't mind the prayer she did in her video. For people who are christian, faith is probably a great way to keep yourself sane during this epidemic.

It must be nice to have the kind of money she has to pay for over a week of hotels, takeout food, groceries, home remodel, appliances, and new furniture all in one month especially when her husband doesnt work. Not to mention any expenses made to close on their previous house and downpayment on this current one. Dont get me wrong she sounds like a nice lady, but definitely not the smartest when she spends money like she does.

OMG the IKEA video!!!
She flat out lies.
She initially starts out 1/2 the video about going shopping at IKEA ALL ALONE, and spends awhile describing how she couldnt lift shit onto the cart they gave her and how she got the Ikea workers to help load her cart and load all the boxes into her car....

Then she describes how she got in the car, and asked the men if they took tips and she asked Travis for money and he gave it to her!

I thought Jammerill was all alone and needed help? But Travis WAS there!

Either Travis is lazy or the story is BS.

I noticed that too - what?! - Travis is just waiting in the van? I wonder if she would say he has a disability like a bad back (besides his obesity) or has social anxiety or something. I don't buy it that she's cool with him not pulling his weight.
Also, it appeared she was spending $$$$ at IKEA. I'm pretty sure they would've normally been more helpful, maybe she was expecting her"personal assistant" experience and pissed them off.
