i usually lurk on this thread but had to create an account and i know this is so old but since the gardners are weeks behind and i'm watching their disney trip now, the difference in the way they have shown it off to what the binghams did is crazy... the gardners are not my fav but they actually showcased what you can do at disneyworld and what the cruise has to offer while these people treated it as a vacation and paid no mind that this was a free trip to promote and share what the park has and the amenities on the cruise and didn't do anything of that. it was just another rad epic vacation for them.

Mindy calls Brexsen an annoying little brother for sitting quietly next to Ryler as he does his school work. Hazyl screams for hours on end and Mindy thinks it is cute. Your favoritism is showing, Mindy.

If any of them is the annoying brother my guess would be Ryler, his arrogance is worse than B&M combined. He is a self-entitled little shit and one day I hope someone literally knocks some sense into him and he portrays a little perfect temple boy for the world to see when I see something completely different.

I think that is why they got invited back. They're knuckleheads but they uploaded a lot of instastories and videos last year on the trip. Bonnie Hoellein treated it like a free vacation and hardly uploaded any instastories, and they didn't get asked back.

I can't even begin with how annoying Friday's blog was.

Unfortunately since YTMD was down for me yesterday I have to go back and reference because I lost my thoughts.

-I see the kids aren't dressed already on day 2. I was actually glad that the previous day she had decided to make sure they were still having some normal semblance of life and getting dressed, doing hair etc.
-Branden is at level 9000 for some reason. The kids look like they want to kill him already.
-Mindy: "I made homemade bread yesterday," Me: "Wow! She actually did that??" Mindy: "In the breadmaker (with an obvious krusteaze mix on the counter)" Me: (ಠ_ಠ)
-Branden makes fun of Mindy repeatedly for being afraid during an earthquake. Then I remember that it probably wasn't even that bad in their area so I side with Branden.
-Branden immediately pretends like he forgot the lyrics to the Milkshake song when he realizes the next lines are "Damn right."
-Mindy has to talk about taking pictures of documenting quarantine homeschool in that quaint voice of hers like it's a fun American tradition when thousands of people around the world are sick and dying. (Not saying they have to be negative in front of the children, but maybe think outside your bubble people.)
-Hazyl makes a purse cookbook because what else would a girl be good for?? While the boys get to go play outside as boys, of course, need to do.
-Mindy touches her phone while she handles food.
-Going out on an EPIC WALK.

Since I live in earthquake country (southern California) and I am used to small earthquakes, I was dismissive of the freaking out at first, but then I remembered that they aren't used to them. And Mindy cries over the littlest things. So I can actually give her a pass on being scared.
Branden is a jerk. People are always saying how they are "couple goals", but he makes a lot of little passive aggressive put downs. They both act like Mindy was "lucky" to land such a catch.

I don't like either of them, but I don't believe she was lucky to marry Branden.

I almost wonder if that's why she seemingly looks to the Our Life in Holland Binghams so longingly. They seem so much more calm and collected and not putting on an obvious show of happiness. I imagine that's rather stressful.

And I look at them as the opposite of couple goals. I hate the way they make digs at each other under the guise of cutesy joking, it's disgusting.

I assumed his parents were being sent home but watched the video anyway (actually just skipped through all the ‘homeschool’) to get the scoop and was still skipping around after and stopped when branden was talking about their plan for the evening. He said “popcorn” but the auto subtitle transcribed “hot porn” which is hilarious itself but even funnier that they’re Mormon

Mindy decided to marry Branden the day she met him and they really talked. According to them, she went home and said, "I met the man I'm going to marry." As far as marriage goes, I hope they are happy. I LOVE it when she burns him with some good zingers on camera. He is a bit insecure because he is older than her. My two cents. Also, was this site really down yesterday? I kept getting warnings not to come here as it was not safe. Not tonight though!

This site has a mind of its own sometimes! And I just think it’s crazy how quickly they got married. I mean I guess if you can’t have sex until married then I’d get married right away too

This site has a mind of its own sometimes! And I just think it’s crazy how quickly they got married. I mean I guess if you can’t have sex until married then I’d get married right away too

I feel this is the reason why a lot of religious people want to get married in the first place. Plus for mormons "college" for Mindy was more about finding a husband rather than education. Have to start popping out those children super early.

It’s so bizarre. I have a feeling branden would be pissed if madi dropped out of college after one year to marry some loser 8 years older than her with a 2 year old and a recent divorce but doesn’t think twice about it when it benefited him.

From what I understood though, Mindy was not LDS when they met? I think she converted right? Which makes me think she was more excited to be apart of his family name than anything. And I'm sure she was legitimately caught up in the excitement and romance, etc. Wasn't she only 19 or 20?

Branden was probably thrilled that he could restart his good Mormon boy life because I'm not sure any of the ladies in his church were going for him at that time.

From what I understand their family ancestry goes way back in the church-with whom they have heavy ties- and even in the state. There's a lot of places named after their ancestors, and their family seems pretty well to do financially as well as popularity-wise within their Utah bubble.

As a teenager I could see all that being very exciting and especially for someone like her who is into looks and status.

Of course this is all speculation, so take it with a grain of salt.
