Guys it’s official. This is definitely the house. It was posted in the tax records! Interesting part is, there is no mortgage listed...... yet. But I will look in about a week to see! I would be shocked if they paid cash.

if you were able to find the listing, google the address and you’ll see there’s already a youtube video tour of the house. that way you won’t need to wait five weeks for these lazy bastards to “edit”.

Their treatment of wildlife disgusts me.

On IG stories - Callie's hurting a frog, swinging it around on its leg, and Phil does nothing but tell her to treat it nicely. She's 3.

Phil then goes off talking about how it's a work in progress to teach her how to treat the animals gently - while he lets her pick up the frog again, carry it away from where she found it, and place it in a garbage pin captioned "day pet". It's not Callie's fault, not saying that. But when your kid is harming wildlife, your job as the parent is to immediately stop it. Not spend the next year allowing her to hurt and kill animals so she can learn in her own time not to harm other living things. How about teaching her that we don't harm frogs by not picking them up and keeping them captive in a plastic bin where they can't escape.

No respect. They truly don't care about anyone other than themselves.

So Phil mentions that he never had to take care of a yard before....so why on earth do do buy a house with 6ish acers....just a small little lawnmower won’t cut it. You’ll need a bigger zero turn or bush hog for that matter....there child is also going to be born when cutting gras etc is essentially to be able to keep snakes etc at bay....so how is Phil gonna do all that when he will have to be there in the NICU with Alex..?

I think people severely underestimate how much money you tubers make (from YT and brand deals.) Also, despite blowing money in this whole RV escapade, they have very few bills.

Wow, this house is great. Why did Phil say that this wouldn't be their forever home? Its gorgeous and updated, plus has all the land for all the fake homesteading they want to do.

I'm so jealous, the house is a bit bigger than I'd ever want but the privacy and land is awesome.

It’s literally in the middle of nowhere outskirts of Nashville. If I had a high medical needs baby, I would not feel comfortable at all being nearly an hour away from Vanderbilt children’s hospital. This was a poor decision on their part. They should have gotten a house with half an acre for the same price in the actual suburbs of Nashville. The house on land should be their next house. They need to prioritize the needs of their baby girl first.

How do these people have such bad luck?? Constant RV issues/breakdowns, now they own a home for less than a month and making insurance claims. Wait til their premiums go up.

To be honest, I think they will really regret the location. But this is definitely the house. I will not be listing the address on this forum so please do not even ask.

Funny thing is, it only took me 5 minutes to find it on the MLS because they are so predictable. I have a more in depth knowledge of Nashville though so it is probably easier for me. I just don’t want to be in trouble by giving out the address.

“Certain” counties surrounding Nashville, $350-$550,000, 3 beds, 2 baths, 4+ acres, closed in the last 2 months. Bam it was like the 10th house.
