It cracks me up that she follows the Instagram account kids eat in color yet doesn't try to implement any of the recommendations that the account posts.

I just cannot fathom two stay at home parents justifying all of that nasty processed microwave shit they all eat. How hard is it to chop up some bell peppers, cucumbers, and carrots for your kids to snack on?

Also, why does this crazy woman add almonds to every meal. Does she think they cancel out all of the processed shit she eats? It is very strange to add almonds to pasta with red sauce.

So she spends over $700 on groceries, most of it being junk food, and this is what she feeds her kids for dinner? Are you kidding me? A few cut up strawberries, a couple cut up green beans, 1 chicken nugget and about 5 pieces of ziti. Seriously? Once again, under feeding and under nourishing her children. But Cullen and Katie always make sure to feed themselves just fine. Unbelievable yet so predictable at this point.

Yes, those are really small portions, but as long as they let the kids have seconds or as many portions as they want, it's fine. Maybe it will actually work? It's worth a shot.

Even with no mortgage payment, they still need to cut their expenses in half. Katie is using this three months of deferred payments to get off the budget and return to her normal habits. No one needs to drop $700 at Sam’s Club. They lived on rice and raman for a month, but it won’t count for shit if they just go out the next month and spend what they would have over the two months anyway.

Katie is clueless. Cullen would be better off to split the debt, walk away, and leave while he has the chance.

I totally agree Cullen would be better off to take half the debt and leave.
But Katie isn’t clueless. She knows what she’s doing, she knows she fibs the numbers and makes excuses for her spending.
She even makes the excuse that cullen will be so excited about some spices and cullen needs his Asian food meanwhile Cullen sat there and said he would happily eat ramen every day to get out of this mess. Cullen didn’t buy or ask her to buy any of that. She uses Cullen as an excuse and I totally think she knows it.
I wish cullen would stand up to her and get more involved in their finances.

Omg, that Sam's club video was bonkers. It was like watching Robert Downey Jr. drunk as hell and high on coke at the peak of his junkie years. Katie is a hard core smack addict, her drug of choice is shopping- for anything and everything she can get her grubby mitts on. Meanwhile Cullen looks like he is on the verge of snapping because he can't contain her.
Katie was in an out of body stupor. Her eyes were glazed over because she got such a high off of spending that much on crap. Even worse, she was delusional enough to feel justified for doing so. Newsflash Katie- you can steam and sautee nutrient dense fresh vegetables. I made Turkey burgers with a side of sauteed red cabbage with red onions and yellow peppers tonight. My young son enjoyed it too, hardly brain surgery. That is why Gaines looks so pale and sickly, you are feeding her garbage! All of that chemical filled, overprocessed junk food Katie and Cullen stuff their faces with then slowly poison their children with is disturbing. Katie then has the nerve to tell people to back off about her poor choices. Meanwhile, she is addicted to the chemicals in all of that processed food. Wow, Katie is dumb. Those Olly vitamins she gives those poor kids to try offsetting all of the Frosted Flakes, Mac&Cheese, Candy, Rice Krispie Treats, Doritos, Ice Cream, Gummy fruits, Pudding, Chips Ahoy, Sugary Drinks, Pizza, Cheese, Cheese and more damn Cheese are pure garbage. Olly vitamins are full of sugar and they have no nutritional value, one of the worst brands on the market. Katie doesn't read or do research so she would probably give her kids m&m's as vitamins. This is exactly why Katie and Cullen look so old and wrinkly for their age. Besides the sun damage they eat garbage and drink booze constantly. Normal people feed their kids well so they grow up healthy. Not this pair. These two are delusional a.f.!

TWO huge bags of candy, cookie dough, cookies, a gallon of ice cream, a huge pack of chocolate/vanilla puddings. That is probably over $100 in sweets.

Also 3 huge bottles of pain reliever, and Katie even said she knew about ibuprofen not being good to take with corona virus, yet she still bought 2 huge bottles of it?

What the actual fuck was that grocery haul. ZERO fresh meat. A bucket of cookie dough and a giant box of cookies...just to pull our MORE chocolate & candy. Then all the random ass “treats” for the kids. Katie: buy fruit snacks, apple sauce pouches, & Z-bars. Not pop tarts @ rice krispy treats. I seriously can’t. That was a frat house’s grocery haul.

She will never make different/more nutritious meals for those kids. She admitted before that she likes that they want the same thing every day because it makes her life easier. She is a train wreck that needs serious therapy. What mother would prefer her kids to be malnourished because it's easier for her?

She needs to stay off social media and work on creating a healthy dynamic and lifestyle for her family. I am sure those kids are glued to those iPads watching "educational" bullshit all day long.

Those kids are just a status symbol to her just like everything else in her life. Since they are staying in the house now I am sure they will join the country club again so they can use the community pool. So there is more monthly payments to add to their budget.
