LOL No. I tried two of her recipes that I found on their website. Each time, my son told me it was terrible and not to go back to her site again and do not try any more of her recipes. My son can eat almost anything and for him to say that, told me a lot.

She is busy telling so many people not to bake bread right now if you had never done it. Yet she proudly exclaimed how many recipes she has tried just to find the right bread recipe. Then she takes her failed attempts and other goodies to give to the neighbors.

No Cilantro, the recipe for cooking a perfectly good grapefruit calls for margarine. You see, she took a recipe from Martha Stewart and according to Tawra, the world famous cookbook author, made it better by changing it to margarine.

Tawra yells so much about how people didnt complain in the olden times (like the great depression). Was she there or something? How old is she? I would have to guess she was born in 1900 because she sure does like to rant and complain that people only complain as of late.

I realized why her voice annoys me so much. She sounds exactly like Becky's Homestead and I cannot stand that woman.

Her recipes are written poorly and have unnecessary ingredients and instructions.

I tried the Green Chile (Chili) and it says to cook on low for I think 25 or 45 mins, I had it on LOW for the prescribed time and
it never cooked. My stove is 2 yrs old.

The Maple Glazed Chicken did not need the BUTTER, nor the 450 degree oven. And the skin on those drumsticks never rendered and
still was flabby. Plus the glaze added nothing but a miniscule amount of sweetness.

You can buy a $5 George Foreman grill and a breadmaker at a thrift store to make healthier whole wheat breads and grilled chicken.

Ppl need to quit listening to people like Tawra and Mike (especially when he doesnt even get what Canker sores are) and listen to officials.
And Tawra admitted she cant cook, yet ppl buy her cookbooks.

It was kind of funny because when I cooked supper the next day, and called him to supper, he looked at me then asked, "This isn't Tawra's recipe, is it?" I told him that it was my recipe. So he filled his plate, knowing that the food taste good.

I just got a notification about their show tonight. They are celebrating celebrating Dave finishing his college finals. I thought they were against college and thought it was a huge waste of time and money. However, they allowed their son to take college courses? She seems to split both sides of the fence on many topics.

After reading the comments about Monday's show, I will have to finish watching it. She had me so riled up I wanted to punch the computer.

And for the love of God, WHY doesn't Mike go to a freaking doctor for his "canker sores"? He's been taking Lysine for years for the things. He's probably got H-pylori or some other gastric issue but they're so dim that they won't get advice from someone that is obviously smarter than them... Unless, of course, they think there will be a disabitly check in it for them.

I have yet another thing to say about Monday's disaster show. She kept on and on about how if people dont pay their rent or mortgage, they are stealing from their landlord. Suggested it was as if someone came and robbed an item from the renters home.

No. This is a very corrupted and sad way to look at this. Again, it is the usual victim blaming that Tawra just loves to do. Everyone is sacrificing right now for the goal of combating the virus. Work for non essential workers os slowing down. Work for essential workers is going up in some areas like grocery stores but no amount of grocery store jobs will fill in the other 90% of jobs. Everyone is sacrificing. Why would landlords also not sacrifice?

She often touts her knowledge of some holy book. I do not think it could be the bible because Jesus would have not sued or kicked out a poor person for losing their job--which is what landlords do when you cant pay.

Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard have more sense. Its amazing how 99% of everything Tawra says is horrifying.

Those people agreed to work for those terms... And this is a very Biblical principal. It's not their responsibility to pay severance or insurance...
