Yes even early for singletons. Singletons would be fine maybe a few days (in the NICU maybe not). But I think even twins would need to be in the NICU. I could be wrong tho.

Didn’t she say when she found out they were having twins the dr didn’t want her to go beyond 37/38 weeks? I don’t remember.

My son was born at 36 weeks and he was so poorly we nearly lost him. Both lungs collapsed, he had sepsis and we spent 3 weeks in NICU. I’d have done anything to keep him in longer.
I’m 37+3 with third baby and am in no hurry at all to get it out. I am so scared of being in the hospital and I know the baby is much safer inside.

She needs to keep baking those babies for as long as it is safe to do so.

Girl babies can wear pants and sweatshirts that aren't pink/purple, just as adult women can. It doesn't mean they "look like boys". This whole girl=pink thing is so old. Same goes for boys, they can wear "girl colours" too.

Actually the fact that Rachelle isn't always going overboard with "girl" colours and dresses and bows is maybe the one thing I could praise her for. Even if I'd criticize her for a lack of colour in general, and the excessive shopping. I could criticize her for plenty of shit (and I often do) but I just don't get it when people say it's necessary to show your kids gender through their clothing. They're just clothes! Be grateful Emma is dressed at all!

I know you arent talking to me but for me its more about dressing her like a peasant and absolutely no color. Emma shouldnt be in frilly pink dresses with bows or even leggings every day but once in awhile a pink or purple dress or a cute legging outfit would be great

This entire pregnancy I thought Rachelle was pregnant with one boy and one girl but the last few days I’ve realized it’s more likely two girls because she’s already had two girls. I’d be surprised if even one of the babies is a boy. Does anyone know is it more common for girls to have heart problems? I’m assuming it’s not I’m just asking since there could be a small heart issue with baby b. I think she’s going in sometime this week to have a c section. She keeps making vlog titles saying they’re gonna be here soon or saying it’s almost time. Do doctors schedule c sections for twins this early? She’s 36 weeks right?

I think twins are classed “term” at 37 weeks.

However she has two “large for twins” breech babies on board.

It would either be an option to have her in hospital for the remainder of her pregnancy, should she want to go into labour naturally and section her when shes in labour (which isnt ideal for mom or babies, a csection done when your body goes into labour is far rougher than one done thats planned and you havent gone into labour for and also has risks for the babies).

Or for her to be scheduled between 36-38 weeks - since babies are big, covid concerns, etc and get these babies born and home.

Here the most common day for csections is Wednesday, they get mom and baby home on friday before the weekend. With that in mind.... Wednesday 22nd April is my guess.

Boys are more likely to struggle to get better. When my son was transferred at birth, the team said they do far more transfers of newborn boys than girls. I’m not sure there is any higher incidence of illness in either sex though.

All babies are classed term at 37 weeks, whether singleton or multiple. Multiples are more likely to be born before that though. I would imagine the doctors will want her to make it to 37 weeks if possible, as there will is a far lower chance of NICU stay for healthy babies born after 37 weeks. With the one with a heart issue, who knows?

Whether you’ve only given birth to girls before or not doesn’t dictate future genders. It’s purely pot luck. Statistically, it’s a 50% chance of having another girl.
We all actually have a slightly higher chance of conceiving a boy as there are slightly more boys to girls born each year.

I’d roll my eyes into the next century if it’s any of these names lol. I’d get so much secondhand embarrassment if they named a boy Jackson. Also I’ve been binge watching This Is Us for the first time and I do NOT want them to name a baby Kate

Her sister’s name is Katie so they probably wouldn’t.

I’m trying to remember their baby names video from when they were pregnant with Emma and their style is pretty basic and/or vaguely religious, but I think they’ll lean slightly more trendy too now that they’re big fancy youtubers

My guesses are Micah, Jensen, Claire, and Quinn.
