Actually, I needed the Peri bottle after a C-section. I was so swollen downstairs and it helped soothe the area a lot. I probably could have used the cold packs too but I want given those.

You still bleed after a c section. I bled pretty heavily for about 7 weeks. My peri bottle was a life saver. Now the cold packs, i don’t think are necessary. They weren’t for me, but everyone is different.

What the heck!! You got lucky! My recovery was super easy though besides the bleeding, so i guess i can’t complain.

What the heck!! You got lucky! My recovery was super easy though besides the bleeding, so i guess i can’t complain.

I went through a 32 hour induction which ended at 5cm dilated and a stuck baby. Things I used: pads (which I thankfully brought from home) the hospital pads were so wide that they kept folding in on the sides. Also my detachable showerhead to spray my incision with. If a baby doesn't come out your vagina you don't need ice packs lol.

They're totally banking on the fact that the birth vlog brings in the cash to afford the backyard landscaping. But that's such a shitty time to get that done!having men in the backyard in and out, doing work and all that. It's such an extra headache meanwhile she has two newborns. And poor emma is going to want to go outside and let her energy out because we all know rash and justin wont give her enough attention meanwhile they have people back there landscaping for at least a week or two.
