Comments above said it all. She looks awful! I have also watched older videos and she definitely has to have depression mixed with a unhealthy diet. She definitely does seem more so like she is just going through the motions. I think she needs to change her diet and she needs to get some professional help. Maybe some sun.

I do see a resemblance but his features aren’t as funny looking as Emma. His nose isn’t quite so big. He’s really cute. I don’t find the baby that looks like Justin as cute.

I agree she looks malnourished and really needs to get out in the sun more. She said quite a while back that she had a diagnosed vit D deficiency, but she hasn't done anything to fix it. The supplements are ok but you're MUCH better off getting in the sun. She lives in fuckin SoCal, it's not hard lmao. Girl has been pale at for the last year. I agree it's probably a result of her depression. But rolling outside to lie in the sun for 10 minutes a day at least will help her depression so much, idiot needs to listen to her doctor.

But you guys... She just had pretty major abdominal surgery. She's gonna look like shit, and she's gonna want to wear baggy clothes. Do we really need to criticize her for that? I'd want to wear whatever the fuck I wanted if I was her too. I bet you would also. I've had abdo surgery, it wasn't even as intense, but I looked like death afterwards too. I'm not exactly trying to defend her but I just think it's kinda crazy to suggest that she shouldn't be wearing baggy clothes or looking exhausted. And just imo, I don't think the leggings and tank top looked better, not saying you shouldn't wear an outfit like that when you're bigger but I don't think it's as flattering as something less tight fitting.

I agree about her color

Your body goes through major shock when you have a baby.. vaginal or by c-section. It’s totally normal to look completely drained of color. She’s normally pale which hasn’t helped her vitamin D deficiency.. which is easy to sit outside in her location... but she doesn’t.

Well i also have had 2 c sections in my life so I get the looking like shit after it but this isnt just about it being right after her c section. Shes been starting to look rough for a while now. Before she even got pregnant with these babies imo. It might also be partly due to all the medications and stuff it takes to do this ivf stuff idk but she's obviously unhealthy. I dont care what shes wearing personally. Its something ive been noticing for a long time. She just posted these 2 photos and it was really obvious. My own thoughts are shes got depression shes never dealt with properly over losing brynn and potentially ppd with emma and then boom she got pregnant so fast again and with 2 babies now. So idk she needs to just try to be healthy and put healthy things in her body and get rid of the frozen burritos and dr peppers.

Oh, no I agree, she's been putting in a lot less effort for a while now and it's probably because of depression. For like a good year now, or since Emma was born I guess. I think she's depressed because having kids didn't fill the hole in her life like she thought it would, but that's another topic.

I'm just responding to the comments specifically shitting on her for wearing baggy clothes and not looking great on her way out of the hospital. I just think that's such a stupid thing to criticise somebody for, regardless of who it is. And regardless of whether or not Rachelle has been putting in less effort lately in general, if there's EVER a free pass for looking less than "ideal" it's that exact moment. That's all. She's unhealthy for SURE and needs some sun, but nobody is going to look their best after a c-section. NOOOOOBODY.

PS. I actually don't mind the outfit she wore leaving the hospital, I like simple linen-y shit and baggy stuff can look cool. It's better than some other stuff she's worn that's for sure. Maybe it's because I'm younger but in my opinion those clothes are more trendy now and it's not really associated with depression-era kids smocks lol. Like, look at Kanye's clothing brand, it's pretty similar. I can see why a lot of the older generation wouldn't like it though. The colour definitely isn't doing her complexion any favours and I dunno if I'd always pick that over other stuff, but the girl gets a free pass like I said. Imo her outfit last year was worse and much less flattering on her postpartum body.

When Rachelle said they are a family of 6 because she counts Brynn....is that common among loss moms? I've only heard her and Joan say it. I buy into the thought that I will hopefully get to meet my own angel baby one day but I've never had the mindset to count them as members of our family

When someone would ask my friend how many kids she had, she would say she had four but three are living. But then again, her son was two when he passed. I’m not sure if I would personally include a miscarriage/still birth.

Justin wasn’t even counting Brynn. It actually took him a second as to who she was counting. He thought she included Beau and not mister. Then he realized she had meant Brynn. I think that shows volumes on her mental state... that she never confronted her emotions around her passing.

I agree about the baggy clothes. I hate her as much as anyone else, but unless you’ve actually had a c-section you literally have no idea how necessary baggy clothes are afterwards. I’m about to have my 2nd c-section and I have my floppy pants and lose shirts ready to go. No shame.

I heard her say that, too. I wouldn’t do that myself, and I lost my first pregnancy at 19 weeks, same as Rash. I’d like to one day get a mother’s ring with my children’s birthstones, and I would include him on that. But I don’t ever say I have 4 kids or count my angel baby as an active member of the family. My kids will learn of him when they are much older.

Usually I find most newborns cute in one way or another. Like, they always have something cute about them. Emma though...she was NOT cute.

But these little guys are absolutely adorable!

I had a c-section with my first and my recovery was rough. It hurt so much and made the first couple of weeks so hard. And I only had one baby to take care of. I feel for her. I hope Justin steps up and does most of the physical work so that she rest and recover.

As much as I dislike these two, I'm so happy for them. I'm happy that both babies are healthy and not born much too early. A little trouble with low blood sugar seems to be a small bump in the road.

Watching the newest vlog got me thinking that I actually don't think Rachelle will have too much gender disappointment as the boys grow.
I think it would have been much worse, if the twins had been a boy and a girl. I think she would have shown favoritism toward the girl twin, always comparing her to Emma. See how she's already calling one of the boys her mini Emma. I think that comparison will stop soon, as he grows and becomes his own little person.
She'll always be comparing milestones for sure, but I actually think that two boys are the best that could have happened to them.
