Also, how the hell did it fall? The video does even look like anything came out of the ceiling. You would think if it was screwed in, the plasterboard or whatever would come down too?

She is lucky that all she got was a broken ankle. She could have broken her neck, or worse, she could've been dead by now. What if it came unscrewed when her kids were near her? What if she had been really on top and then fallen down when she was upside down with her head hitting the floor really hard from ceiling height? That's incredible even for her. How can she be that irresponsible with kids, and how can anybody else let her?

Are we really surprised at how careless she is? She's stupidly stubborn to the detriment of her kids and her own wellbeing. I don't get making all the edibles with kids around. Why isn't she showing that she made them safe things as well, or is she really that selfish?
