I’ve never sent money on YT but I would imagine it would have to be linked to a credit card? At her age that would Most likely mean her parents credit card. So if they aren’t paying attention to what she’s spending and where, then they’re idiots and probably aren’t too concerned with a college fund.

I do agree that’s a ridiculous amount to donate (From anyone of any age) to these people who are already making bank, especially per stream! I also would’ve been socking that money away at that age or at least spending on something tangible and not just a shout out on a livestream.

That’s actually super sad. Imagine how lonely this girl must be to be forking out that money just to get noticed by them. Shame on them for even accepting that

And they probably think "oh, she loves us so much! Isn't that sweet!" And don't even think about how lonely a 15 year old girl would have to be to throw money like that at them just for a shout out. And how sad it is that a 15 year old thinks she "loves" total strangers.

Right, they don’t look beyond the dollar signs. They make so much money off ads that they shouldn’t even do these super chats (I don’t know if it’s and option to turn off but I would think so?)
What are they teaching those kids? ‘Look how fortunate we are to afford so many nice things and vacations, but let’s accept money from strangers over the Internet. As long as we say thank you, it’s ok’

I couldn’t believe that was the same Karina they always talk about. She’s sent them gigantic packages multiple times when they used to do fam mail, I literally thought she was in her 50s and just some middle aged woman with no family.

Reminds me of Ben Gross from Never Have I Ever on Netflix. Extremely wealthy but his parents show him no love and are never around.

What if it’s a middle aged man pretending to be a teenage girl? Image

I don't know much about gardening but it seemed like she was drowning all those plants. Also if you're just going to be absentmindedly holding the hose in the same spot over the grass while your husband talks, maybe just turn it off?

I can’t believe how innovative she acted like she was on IG stories by laying the plants out first to see where they should go. Uh, doesn’t everyone do that? And then she marveled at how amazing it looked. You planted like 8 petunias in a row. What’s so special about that? Image

It's absolutely an option to turn off super chats. They're greedy and selfish. I can't imagine the mindset of someone who actually sends them money. They definitely make more money than most of the people dying for shout outs.
When did they stop doing the "Fam Mail"? They must have gotten some backlash in comments to stop doing that. Thank goodness. That monotone "thank you, we loooove you" never sounded thankful or loving.

They were probably getting overwhelmed with crap, no where to put it all and Mindy probably got tired of writing thank you notes that she bragged about sending to every single person. She needed more time to buy and return crap to target.

It's the same girl that does all the fanpage posts. I found her personal instagram and it matched up.

She must be making a ton on those affiliate links to amazon. “Swipe up for everything and anything I can find in my house that’s also on amazon so I can make a buck commission on it”

I’m in Northern California and we are still in an intense shelter in place. Nothing is open except a few select stores and it’s mostly Curbside service.

Ontario here
Still have an Emergency Plan in place until mid June (was just extended)
Mostly curb side, and severely reduced hours for most places open
Restaurants are curb side only or delivery
Most places are still only curb side or delivery
Garden centres and hardware store just opened this week, same rules as grocery stores. Six feet and limited customers
Doctors are by phone only, basically. Dentists are emergencies only. Not sure about optometrists, haven’t tried that one (the other two were on the news).
I have only been to Walmart for a store - mainly groceries
I utilize delivery as my hubby is an essential worker, and with one car and his hours (leaves 7:15 home by 5:45, and trying to eat as a family beforeI run any errands, though I try to wait until the weekend). I have been using delivery where I can get it. Stores are just starting to stay open later then 7-8 ish (and it’s just a few at least that’s what I’m finding)

They never made an announcement that they were stopping opening it on camera, but I noticed they never vlogged it again after the Gardners made an announcement that they were still happily accepting gifts, but they wanted to be humble and not open them on camera. On the one hand if people are going out of their way to send your family crap the least you can do is open it on camera and say their name, since that's clearly what they wanted, on the other hand I can't imagine just how much crap they must have been getting constantly. So hopefully not vlogging it stopped people sending so much crap.

How can Mindy seriously look down the camera and say she's happy that her kids "only" had four cavities between them. Ryler literally has a tooth GROWING IN WITH a cavity. I've never even heard of that before.

Does she know dental health is linked to overall health? To heart health and gut health?? How does she treat this so lightly???

I've never had a cavity in my life I don't understand what she is doing with her kids that they've all had at least half a dozen when some of them haven't even lost a baby tooth yet. I would be so mortified and ashamed of myself.

She also sounded so shocked that her kids have so many cavities... really? How much candy do they eat everyday?
