Maybe they're getting unemployment because of the virus? And of course they got stimulus checks, right?
Some of these vloggers seem to be making bank off of Covid-19.

It somehow bothers me that they never put June's hair up in a way where her baby hairs won't fall right into her eyes as she plays and roams about. It just seems so uncomfortable and she's old enough to have bobby pins or clips that she won't just rip out. I know loose strands and all are considered cute for a hairstyle, but for such an active kid it seems it would only be an uncomfortable face obstacle.

That seems risky for them. They've only owned the house for a little more than a year, so they probably have little actual equity in the house. So getting cash out as a "loan" from their original mortgage doesn't make good financial sense.Parktown wrote: ↑Wed Jun 10, 2020 7:21 amA cash-out refinance is a way to both refinance your mortgage and borrow money at the same time. You refinance your mortgage and receive a check at closing. The balance owed on your new mortgage will be higher than your old one by the amount of that check, plus any closing costs rolled into the loan.rosie_dalia wrote: ↑Wed Jun 10, 2020 12:00 amWhat? How would they get any money by refinancing their house...if that is what you mean. Re-Fi typically means a lower mortgage payment...not CASH. I'm not even sure where it was posted they did a re-fi.Parktown wrote: ↑Tue Jun 09, 2020 11:06 pm
It is not that expensive, plus the lady selling it was very old and probably wanted to get rid of it, really is old, plus notice how they left without renovations! They got a bulk sum from reinvesting their match box, which they will pay for more in the long run!
Plus they sold a whole lot of their junk in the garage!
This will be gold Kelsey was freaking overwhelmed in the matchbox well now the box got smaller!
June is at the worst age for prolonged travel and Tabor is teething and breastfeeding but dad needs to wander! Lol buckle in!
The short answer is yes: Cash-back, or cash-out, mortgage refinancing deals do exist, and you can get money out of the loan to pay down some extra debt,Corn is probably hoping youtube will take off again and he can pay off his spending!
They must have had a really high rate to refinance now. Even the cost of refinancing isn't cheap. Plus, they really didn't do much to the house to improve the value.
But, I'm guessing they probably have a lot of debt. I can't imagine they make anything from YT/SM these days. Maybe Corny's dad pays him a lot?

I've been camping for years and I have to say that Motorhome is in superb shape for it's age. That doesn't mean it won't have problems though. Depending how old the parts are on the vehicle they can expect dry rot and other issues. If they're outside when they're at the campsite and not in their normal position of sitting on the couch the kids may actually enjoy it. It should be interesting to watch. This should be fun to watch, especially once no one will be getting ANY sleep since their minions will be waking each other up. Tabor still has a mouth full of teeth to fill in, and it’s around the corner for him.
This should be VERRRRRRrrrryyyyyyyyyy interesting.......... they might regret this sooner than later and come up with a lame excuse like “ need to get home sooner to take care of the homestead” crap.

Plus, have they even addressed how they still need to drive the car separately because of the car seat issue?
I wonder if they are going to try to "flip" the RV and sell it for a profit.

Re: Wanderfam! What a Sham! | Steps to Wander | Part 8
When it comes to campers and motorhomes age doesn’t matter if they’re properly maintained. We sold our 1985 motorhome 8 years ago and the family that bought it from us still owns it and it’s still going strong. We own a 2012 travel trailer now because we’re a family of 7. The key to owning a camper is to make sure the seals are still sealed to prevent leaks. I can guarantee you super douche didn’t do that so June and Tabor will be going for a swim. No mention at all about traveling with the car. A lot of motor homes have seatbelts built into their couches and dinettes.rosie_dalia wrote:But it's older than they are! What happened to their chickens? They get tired of caring for them like they did Paris

They were probably strangled by the child genius. They've never been bothered to teach her to be gentle with an animal.Steps_to_STFU wrote: ↑Thu Jun 11, 2020 1:36 am What happened to their chickens? They get tired of caring for them like they did Paris

Re: Wanderfam! What a Sham! | Steps to Wander | Part 8
They probably got rid of the chicken when they realized how much work keeping them is, a long while ago.
It really did not look like Paris is going with them, the poor dog really isn't the baby of the family anymore and they could care less about him. I have mentioned previously how the carrier they use as a dog house is not insulated properly for him to stay in there for prolonged periods of time and he clearly isn't an outdoor dog. Maybe being rehomed for the period that the family is away will be good for him.
So what exactly are they gonna do with two kids in diapers on an RV? It's hard with one, but they clearly still have June in diapers (and being in a tiny RV toilet isn't going to help her feel comfortable going to potty and feeling comfortable around it either) and Tabor should be crawling in the upcoming months if they are gonna be strapped into their car seats for multiple hours a day it's just going to keep them back from catching up with their peers that much longer, not to mention that makes up for two very bored, fussy kids.
Can't wait to see Kels and Corbin in over their heads and overwhelmed living in an even tinier space than that "homestead" they were so proud of.

They probably just have grandparents drop in and throw food at the animals, poor Paris is just stuck outside no matter the weather!

Re: Wanderfam! What a Sham! | Steps to Wander | Part 8
Why are so many vloggers literally buying RVs this week?? It's so odd. At least three I watch have purchased, then at least three more are renting them.
I see themes a lot in YT vlogs. I wonder if they have managers who tell them what to do...if that makes sense. I've never seen a vlogger I watch buy an RV, but then THREE in the same week???
Does anyone know an estimate of the cost of that RV? How do they have ANY money to afford that thing??

Actually if I didn't already have one already I'd be buying a RV right now. Their prices are greatly reduced and you can travel with them and not have to worry about stopping at rest areas and using a public bathroom. You don't have to worry about going out to restaurants to eat and be in crowds. You don't have to worry about staying in motels. Depending on what campgrounds you stay at it can cost about $35 to $60 a night for a family of four. Those that are the higher end per night includes concrete slabs and full hookup of Water, Sewer, Electric and Cable. A 1990 24'4 ft Tioga Motorhome with side kitchen dinette like they have is valued at $4000 in excellent condition and $3300 in good condition.rosie_dalia wrote: ↑Thu Jun 11, 2020 7:47 pm Why are so many vloggers literally buying RVs this week?? Re: Wanderfam! What a Sham! | Steps to Wander | Part 8
Yeah that looks really unsafe. There is no way I'd be letting my small child sleep up there. They should just use the table bed. I have a funny feeling they aren't going to be worrying about vaccines.JetpackBlue wrote: ↑Wed Jun 10, 2020 7:34 am Is it just me or does June's "Bedroom" look incredibly unsafe for her? That net does not look like it would hold if she decided to put her weight against it and they mentioned her bed slides inwards, so that could be a potential hazard of her falling off when she climbs (unless it locks in place).
There is no way they expect Tabor to be a happy baby stuffed in a playpen and a tiny space. There is also very little space for him to practice crawling and work more on his rolling. Traveling in an RV with such a small baby does not seem like a good idea. Also, what about his doctors' checkups and vaccines? Will they get them on the road or is that just not their concern?

But they also have to drive the Subaru because of the carseats. I don't see it being a great option with two little kids.PirateWench8 wrote: ↑Thu Jun 11, 2020 9:09 pmActually if I didn't already have one already I'd be buying a RV right now. Re: Wanderfam! What a Sham! | Steps to Wander | Part 8
We did it with 5 kids ranging in age of 7-years-old to 3 months old. We’ve always used two vehicles. My hubby always has our 14 and 13-year-old sons with him and I have our 11, 9 and 7-year-olds with me. When we get to campgrounds and set up my hubby’s truck stays on the site at the campground and we use my SUV to sight see. Was/is it hectic, yes especially when the kids were younger. I wouldn’t change any of it for the world. My kids are always talking about how much they have always loved it and they have great and funny memories. Like the night we had a skunk under our camper. Try convincing 5 young children to keep quiet and not move. By some miracle we didn’t get sprayed. Our kids still talk and laugh about that night three years ago, lol. Our youngest kept saying “here skunky, skunky skunky”. She was 4 at the time, lol.rosie_dalia wrote:But they also have to drive the Subaru because of the carseats. Corbin is such a douche in his ski goggle glasses and his scarf. I can’t with that guy

So they stage a scene with Paris in the house staring at Corn and the Bear then tossed back out! Obviously to quieten animal lovers by their treatment of Paris!

When absolutely no-one cares about them anymore to comment here that you double post because no one else did!

Selling their house seems like a real dumbass idea to me. I don't think they will be in a position to buy again or even qualify for a decent rental for YEARS. Plus it's almost july already - two adults and two babies squished into an rv in the fall and winter weather with no space to edit videos and no stable income? In the middle of a pandemic?? Kelsey blink 4 times if you need help.

Why don’t they help that poor little baby with a helmet it is so unfair that he will have to go through life with a totally flat head?!
