I doubt they bought a house. Their current house isn't even up for sale yet and they've said they're planning on renting for like a year in NC before they buy. Also, they said they were going to pay cash when they buy a house and I assume they won't have that kind of cash until they sell their current house.

Get ready for a BIG beautiful house because with what they will make off their house in MD, they'll be able to buy something HUGE and really nice in NC. I just hope it's not too obnoxious. I actually like that she doesn't have the Barbie McMansion the other YT moms have, it makes her somewhat relatable.

Yup, he bought the house with her only seeing pictures. I think she's just happy to be moving and into a larger house, period.

If he paid their current house off in 5 yrs or so I'm sure they have a fairly large savings account as they haven't had a mortgage in a few years since and they are frugal.

they are full of shit. who has enough money to buy land to not build on for two years and a house one she has never seen? I trust my husband but there is no way in hell my husband would pick out our house without me seeing it. I mean if you are military that is different. also it doesn't take two years to build a house. We have have built and our house is on ten acres set off the road no electric, no gas or water lines it was a true custom build and it didn't take that long. So we are supposed to believe they have the house they paid off but can't sell and bought ten acres and another house? also what a way to annoy your neighbors he some how got the names and addresses of their new neighbors of the land so he supposedly typed up personal letters to the neighbors asking if they were going to sell soon sorry that would already piss me off way to make a good impression. this will be like every other time lies something will happen that will prevent them from building whether they don't like it or something. also they are moving away from all their family both sides? that is weird especially her mom helps all the time. she doesn't comment on what is going on in the world and just disappeared comes back and still didn't address anything. she didn't look into the camera which is the same as if you cannot look someone in the face your lying

I know Liza’s neighborhood quite well. I would imagine that house will sell for at least $700k (not because of the house - it’s the land). The new owners will tear the house down and will build new. There is a tremendous amount of money in that area. Great schools, every store you could want, and not a lot of crime. Friends of Liza and Alex all have money and some live in houses of $1 million and up. A friend of mine who lives a few blocks away bought a split level house built in 1960 for $875k and then proceeded to immediately put $150k renovations (cash) into the house all while renting a house during renovations. I have a friend who is a friend of Alex and Liza...trust me the money is there. I imagine Alex at least makes $250,000 a year? And no debt. Clearing $16,000 a month after taxes. Now all of that said, you are right. Something probably will happen. And taking 2 years to build is a long time. As for moving away from family..ehh, I don’t know how well they will deal with that. But they will make friends easily. Trust me....they like to “party”.
