(I made sure that I skipped the Ads, so they earn no money from me!)

My notes:

• Russell's Pyjamas looked way too small, Abby's hat was definitely too big but she didn't want to say. Her shoes were to small and Julie's sandals were definitely too small.

• Ruby calling the younger kids flip-flops, 'sandals' annoyed me. They aren't sandals for God sake! Image

• Russell disappointed that he doesn't need glasses... That also annoyed me but only because I can't live without my glasses and I'm really blind without them. It's basically wanting a disability Image (I also have a severe lazy eye and have had surgery on my other one. It sucks man Image)
As someone who is legally blind that didn't annoy me in the slightest because he was just being a kid. However, nobody but the staff were wearing masks. I realize that Utah has lifted Covid-19 restrictions, but masks should be required in certain situations, like eye exams. I'm thankful that even with some restrictions lifted in Oregon you're still required to wear a mask (exceptions made for very young children/babies) to medical appointments (obviously the mask can be removed for any exams/medical care involving the face such as dental work, doctor examining patient's mouth/throat, etc.) and both the medical center where most of my medical appointments are and hospitals have disposable masks available for those who need one. Haven't been to urgent care, but chances are they provide disposable masks too. While Safeway and Walmart don't require masks, there are stores in my town that do, even if it's just a makeshift one made from a scarf or bandanna.

Same applies to public transportation, taxis and rideshare programs like Uber. Masks are required for the driver and passenger(s) and on buses they have restriction as to how many passengers are permitted onboard. The latter is determined by the size of the bus, limiting riders on buses – 15 people on a 40 foot/20 people on a 60 foot vehicle and taping off seats to promote social distancing, and also asking that people make essential trips (work, necessary shopping, medical appointments). Drivers get their temperatures checked before beginning their shifts and to reduce driver/passenger contact, all passengers ride free.

Oh, and if any of you were curious about the painting that Ruby and the girls were discussing, it's called "The Responsible Woman". James Christensen painted it as a homage to his wife and her many responsibilities as a wife and mother. According to Wikipedia he taught at BYU.

Found another vlog I was looking for. (@ 6:10) Ruby explains her pantry reorg with the sandwich supplies on the bottom shelf, because she wants Eve to make her own. She claims she is really good at it....

Funny how she's never shared it before, and makes a point to now, to show her dedication to being a mom (not)

Well, if nothing else comes from Ruby being called out for abuse and neglect, at least the kids are getting new clothes, shoes; unlimited amount of pizza and dessert, and trips to needed doctors. Of the last 3 vlogs each has been like a defense to her neglect, cue the doctor visit; cue the many boxes of new clothes and shoes (I'll believe that Chad was treated to new stuff when we see it); cue the fun school's out party.

How long is it going to take for them to get their house set up and in order, geez. Glad to see they do have some framed artwork sitting in the music room though. It's a shame the kids can't decorate their rooms a little, how fun that would be and great vlog content. Oh wait, they are Ruby's rooms.

First offRuby stop suggesting to the doctor what possible therapies Russell needs the look he gave you spoke volumes!
Then tell him you don’t allow proper lighting for reading and make the kids wear a headlight to read hence his headaches probably!!!

The painting yes the mother looks forward but she is nurturing her baby close to her heart she isn’t telling it to go put itself to bed or feed itself she wears it close and tightly on her chest!!!!
Very interesting how you noticed the candles but not the baby tightly nurtured to her!!!

I said the same thing about the food! Ruby had an InstaStory of all the kids eating a fast food picnic and all the kids had a full meal with sides and a drink. I hope they are also eating fruits and vegetables when not on camera, otherwise she'll be sending someone off to fat camp next. I am glad they are getting the things they have needed for so long, but I do wonder if she is making them "work it off", like we saw her tell Shari after she got a haircut in the old vlog.

Does anyone know if Shari ever got her diagnostic procedure? From what I read it is very rare to have the issue in both legs, especially not as a professional athlete, so maybe she didn't need surgery after all?

The room thing is nuts. Chad's single Christmas wish of wanting to decorate a bedroom in the new house is even sadder now knowing he had been sleeping on the floor for several months when he said it, with no bed on Christmas, straight through the spring. You'd think Ruby would be embarrassed to film in such sad barren rooms. I wonder if they are all being punished for not contributing to the "family business" enough? Watching old vlogs, it is clear that Chad didn't fulfill his "responsibility" to post on SM as outlined by R&K when he got his phone....so I imagine that was why Abby lost hers too. Not even Shari gets a bed frame, but she was given furniture to film her vlog, then heavily "encouraged" not to end it after she admitted she was tired of it.

Not just that, but I think Ruby was hoping for some kinds of "quick fixes" for Russell's lazy eyes like surgery or patches so she would have less "responsibility".

Of course, we all know that Ruby will expect 8-year old Russell to learn and do the lazy eye exercises on his own because they're "HIS RESPONSIBILITY!", just like she expected Eve to make her own school lunch. And when Russell's eyes don't improve because he doesn't understand fully how to do them/does them improperly because no adult supervision he'll be blamed.

Abby's Nike? Cause her sandals were huge on her! And her feet are probably not going to grow anymore.. I think her Nike could go up a size, but... I think the kids are afraid to say they need a bigger or smaller size, for they might not get another pair in replacement. Ruby will probably just send it back and be like... eh done with it, too much trouble! Julie's sandal's looked like they needed a half size bigger. I wonder if Abby and Julie switched sandals, if they would have had the right sizes? And Eve's Birks... did she get them 3 sizes too big, so she could grow in to them?

Ruby is an idiot... no surprises there lol

I think a lot of kids will say things like "I want glasses" or "I want a cast" or something, to be like their friend... but, they don't have ill intentions, or anything by it. I have glasses, and I wish I could get surgery to correct my vision, even by 50% or so... so, my script isn't so expensive, and when I get them, I don't have to sit there for 3 hours, having them adjusted JUST PERFECT, or I will end up with a headache. ugh! But, I wasn't annoyed by Russell... moreso I was annoyed how easy it was for Shari to pick out glasses so fast! hahaha! (kidding)

It's funny because kids Eve's age need clothes that fit them properly as they are moving a lot. Getting a jacket/T-shirt a size bigger is normal, but shoes? There is no way she is comfortable in those. And when she inevitably falls and hurts herself, guess who will be blamed?

States, for example California or New York, mandated mask when cases increase. Texas and Alabama are good example where counties or cities have mandated them when they are running out of ICU beds with increasing COVID cases. Utah's cases have been growing since Memorial Day... Eve will be blamed because she wasn't watching where she was going. My mother was one who placed blame upon me for things she did or didn't do. it's was always my fault.

I think MAYBE, and only MAYBE because of how selfish Ruby is, the only way she'll wear a mask is if somebody related to her contracts Covid-19, like her parents.

I guess to her there is no such thing as covid and there is no such thing as news either unless it benefits her or the family. I can't believe that she doesn't watch the news or isn't at familiar with what is going on in the world.

Oh, she freely admits to not watching the news. She will probably only pay any kind to Covid-19 if she can use it for clickbait.
Her whole family is despicable. And Chad, the scapegoat? She let Julie use him as a thumbnail so Julie could get more views. He doesn't rate a bed, but she _knows_ he's the moneymaker in the family. She dragged out his homecoming from Anasazi into what, 4 videos? Then loaned him out to Bonnie for a video. Now she's loaned him out to Julie.
Makes her treatment of him even more awful. He probably paid for her trip to BVI with the Anasazi videos. Yet she still treats him like crap. It just makes me so angry. She shouldn't be able to treat him like that and use his image to make money.
