Anyone’s who’s built a house before knows that popcorn walls are used to hide flaws and improperly placed drywall. They’re also ugly and the popcorn bits are going to be all over her house. I bet the kids will pick them off.

Mimi having the suite and never being there makes no sense. She could easily have her three boys and Tommy in those rooms, then the other kids could all have their own rooms and Mimi could have a smaller room. I’m wondering if she’s leaving the suite open for when Janell or Gabe come to visit. Although I’d guess they’ll come on weekends and that’s when Mimi would be there.

In regards to Jess not having room for parties, I’m guessing she’ll just constantly be in the park, using the tables there so no other families can.

Just wait, whether or not the plumbing works, the electricity is functioning and the cellar isn't wet is only apparent after a few years.

4 bedrooms for 7 kids isnt’t proper? Kids are allowed to share rooms. It won’t be the end of the world.

Even if Jess had 10 bedrooms she would never let the twins NOT share. I think that's why she wants Tommy in with them so its "triplets" (she claims they always called them this but that started last year and she had been with Chris for what 4-5? How would we know the twins are twins?

You know Addie will still be in their bedroom, so her putting Addie/Landen together was all so precious Landen could have his own room.

That bellybutton it’s been 18 freaking months. I’ve been looking at a lot of extreme weight loss videos to keep me motivated and some of the people have had tummy tucks and NONE look like this. Wtf?! Now that she’s in the same town and that hack, I wonder what she’ll do next

After seeing the comment where jess said it was permanent but not it makes me wonder if Poppy decided not to? Elk Grove is being built up so a teaching job shouldn't be that hard to find. They didn't think about this BEFORE agreeing to it & selling their home? Just seems odd after living there they decided to buy a home anyway. Jess said weekends, holidays and summer. So leaving a home for an entire summer? I know she camps a lot to so most of that will probably be in the rv. So much for helping grammy and even Ben moving there.

They probably changed their mind after living with her and herd of children for that short amount of time.

So let’s see.....they moved because the crime is so very bad in Modesto, yet her beloved Mom and Poppy are buying a small house in such an unsafe city. (Probably small, or a condo, so the wild banshees can’t move in.)
And the Scoobys moved to Elk Grove to be closer to Mimi’s ailing mother, tho Mimi herself will still live away.

And a few days ago she went to the bank by herself to to a big transaction related to the house. I guess Chris’ signature wasn’t necessary. She also told a kid that SHE’S buying the house for them .

And today, SHE had to open the door for the first time. Had to pose.

Makes me wonder if Chris’ name is even on the deed.

Does Chris even notice these things?! He always just stands there like a zombie.

It doesn't sound like is.But if they got divorced,he could still try to get 1/2 of everything.Although I think a judge could rule jessss could get the house,if she's the main one raising the kids.
Idk what would happen in event of her death.I suppose she would leave it in a will for him,should he be the one to continue raising all the kids.I doubt it,though.i think he would take addie,mimi the boys,and gabe would get lilia.jmo
